During the pandemic the Apple Store connected me with one of their partners for service. I had used them in the past & was always pleased but my last experience was a “home run!” If you are having problems with your computer(s), or deciding to purchase a new one, the service from the staff lead by Jonathan was superior. Jonathan and his team are simply the best. There had been an issue with a repair and he went out of his way to rectify it. I use my iMac for my at home business. So when Apple advised me to replace my old hard drive with a SS hard drive, I couldn’t be without my computer for long. All of the local authorized repair places on Long Island weren’t taking appointments. My next closest option was Computer Super Center. I called to inquire and got the nicest person on the phone who verified the part was in stock, explained pricing to me and what I was getting and told me no appointment needed just come. So I took the drive (under an hour) from Long Island to Greenwich, CT. Upon arrival the staff there could not have been nicer. They explained the process and promised my computer back within 2-3 days. Sure enough 3 days later (it was over a weekend) it was ready! My computer is working perfectly and all of my data was transferred. I could not be happier with my experience here especially with the staff and my technician, Prince. Thank you!!

I had an issue with my MacBook Pro keyboard. I had to replace the topcase of my laptop. They were great! Luckily they had the part and were able to replace it in a few hours. It was hassle free. I recommend going there to get any computer equipment, service, etc. over going directly to Apple. Very friendly and helpful atmosphere too.

Laptop had a Wi-Fi issue and they took care of it quickly. Very easy to deal with and professional. If I have issues in future they will be my first call.

Very nice store in Greenwich. Friendly staff. Unfortunately couldnt resolve my issue but to their defense, not their fault in any way. Worth the trip if you need something repaired with regards to Apple or PC products. Nice selection of products for sale too.

The shift key on my MacBook Air was broken and I originally went to Apple - thinking it would be a quick fix. They told me that I would have to leave my laptop with them for 14 days because they had to replace the whole board. They recommended I try Computer SuperCenter and that they might be able to fix it same day. When I showed up at Computer SuperCenter - I was not in a good mood. I need my laptop for work and didnt think I could do without it for 14 days. At Computer SuperCenter, they told me it would take about 7-8 days but that when I was ready, they would walk me through everything. They also suggested a quick fix in the meantime. I came back a few days later and they really did walk me through everything. And my laptop was ready just a few days later! I highly recommend them - great staff and great service!

After apple told me that i would need to have my machine serviced by an authorized repair center, i called the computer supercenter. i spoke with ted, and told him the date of manufacture and the serial number. he assured me that there would be no problem fixing the machine. today i get a call to tell me that the necessary part is no longer available and that they would have to buy a used part which they couldnt guarantee. the total cost for repair would be about the same as a new machine. i should have been alerted to that possibility when i spoke with the first tech. so now its going to cost me a total of $150 just to courier the machine back and forth. caveat emptor.

First time customer - needed a quick clean out of the interior of my laptop. The service was fantastic & they helped me out very quickly as a walk-in. They were super friendly, I really appreciated their work. Thank you! Wish I had caught the name of the guy who helped me but he did a great job! Will absolutely return here for other computer issues.

These guys are great- far more knowledgeable than the techs at AppleCare. All the staff are very helpful and go the extra mile.The person who fixed my iMac was Prince, I’d say the name fits, he is a prince of a guy. Will return here as my first choice for repair from now forward.

Im so thankful to the Computer SuperCenter for replacing my laptop battery so quickly and efficiently! They are super responsible and professional. It is also very easy to make an appointment online via their website and to speak to someone on the phone as well! They did a great job!

3 cheers to Prince, technical expert, who was expertly able to salvage ALL of the data off our 10 year old MAC as well as installing it in a usable fashion on our just new MAC we got from the SuperCenter. Josh Silverman listened, asked me to run my finger from left to right on the brand new magic keyboard that I purchased yesterday where the off/on switch is...I was on Apple Support for forty minutes asking for help on connecting my new keyboard to the monitor I use for my work as a teacher. The Apple Support agent concluded that the keyboard was defective, and she sent me the information for the Super Center suggesting I try to get an appointment. I dont need to have an appt., because Josh was able to guide me in about two minutes! KReilly

This is the second laptop that I have needed to bring for repairs as part of my professional duties. Prior to the pandemic, our standard practice has been to take it to an Apple store for service; however, with Apple stores closed that has not been an option. Discovering Computer Super Center has been an unexpected joy! I am completely satisfied with their service and strongly recommend them. For reference, I am a Graphics Engineer for NBCSPORTS with 26 years of Mac support experience.

I brought in my old IMac to have a SSD drive replace my slow hard drive. They transferred my data, and cleaned a Trojan from my external hard drive. The tech was Prince and he was professional and explained everything that he did. He also explained how I could remove malware myself if it ever happened again. The money I saved over a new computer was immense and now my glacially old computer is super fast. I highly recommend this place- supercomputer. !!!

Just had a great experience here. Worked with Ryan who was smart, knowledgeable and objective. Helped decide on a personal laptop and then easily and quickly transferred old hard drive to new unit. Would definitely go back and continue doing business with them.

Great experience! Quick, convenient, responsive and great service.I had keyboard issues with my MacBook and Apple listed them as an authorized Apple repair shop. They looked at my MacBook, realized the keyboard had a recall and fixed it in 3 days.Couldn’t have been any easier.

Highly recommend this place. Totally amazed by and grateful for their fast service in repairing my laptop. Had a bad screen issue (which, for the record, was a freak accident) and they fixed it in three days. In the middle of a pandemic! Dont think: if you are having hardware issues, go to these guys.

That means if your Mac, like mine, is still under warranty, you can get it fixed here and NOT have to wait in the ridiculous lines at the Genius Bar.Ive brought multiple machines here for repairs. Their turn around time is fast. And Ive never had a wait time to drop off a repair - or an appointment - I just walk in.Jon and his team are tech pros. It sounds cheesy but when no one else could recover my data, these guys could. I went to three other places, including the Apple store itself, but none of them had the right enclosure to get data from my macbook hard drive. They saved me a MASSIVE amount of anguish and money by recovering my files. I want to hug the building right now tbh.

This is the best place with the best service! My laptop screen was damaged in a freak incident when I barely closed it on a pen and it cut the screen. Computer Super Center ordered the part for me and fixed it faster than Apple said they would — AND — got it all under warranty for me instead of a $499 charge. Can’t say enough good things about this place! Thank you!

The staff are super friendly and patient. The service was fast as well so it didn’t take too much time out of my day to fix my laptop.

Ryan did a quick MacBook Air battery replacement for me on very short notice. He even removed the cat hairs that were inside the machine! Everything took less than half an hour, and now my battery life is great again. He recycled the old battery for me so I didnt have to worry about disposal. Would definitely recommend seeking out their services, even for computer experts who could do this stuff on their own - big time saver.

Excellent customer service and they did a great job fixing the cracked display on my computer. Brought it in Friday and by Monday my precious laptop was returned! Best part was I had accident coverage on my ThinkPad so repairs were covered. 10/10!

My MacBook Pro 2017 keyboard falls under the butterfly keyboard defect category. Having the keys stick and then the space bar completely break during COVID was nerve wracking since I need my computer for remote work and all the Apple stores are closed. Thankfully the guys at computer supercenter saved the day! They were able to repair it in 5 days despite the pandemic and everything was covered under Apples warranty. My computer looks good as new! Big thank you to everyone!

Just saw Jonathan, Matt, and another young gentleman about my Old reliable lenovo thinkpad I bought six and a half years ago. Even though I will eventually have to update with new product, after explaining to them my needs and uses, they didnt pressure me into buying but maintaining my computer. These guys were great and helped me a bit without even charging me. I have bought a number of products from them and will always use their services. They have always been most helpful, friendly, and professional.

First time w Mac air that had water spilled in it they were great. Have an IMac that has alleys been a bit of a pig. Started to get so bad I decided to check to see if there was anything wrong and repair or would trade in and get new computer. I explained all I did and rep took Mac. They effectively did everything I did (they did repair some corrupt files) but found nothing other than slow hard drive. I was disappointed and felt like I was play for a chump HOWEVER they offer to comp the service. I accepted half since they did do something and they acted in a honorable way. I would not have left it knowing it would be more of the same. However fact they offered a refund impressed me and told me that we’re honest so will use again if needed

I came in, in near despair thinking that my imac and ibook were obsolete. Not only did Ryan clean out my 2008 and 2010 MACS, so they run faster and better, he slowly explained to me how I could have an overall better experience by understanding more of what I believed I was doing. This was service that I could have never gotten at Best Buy or I believe anywhere else. Even if I move to Alaska - I will still send my computers to Computer SuperCenter to have them serviced. Good work. Quick. Responsive. Geek Squad couldnt recover any data. Peter did. He got back all of our pictures and music. The computer had some trouble soon after he initially fixed things and he sorted out the additional trouble for free.

Tremendous service experience. I had an issue with my 2+ year old laptop that I purchased from Greenwich Computer. I was on the phone for hours with the manufacturer, who couldnt (or wouldnt help). This morning the Windows technician at Greenwich Computer solved the problem in about 30 seconds. A great experience!

I was in a desperate situation with a broken laptop and a presentation the next day. My computer had taken a walk down a long set of stairs and a day later i dropped my smartphone and destroyed it. I was to be on a plane for a two-day presentation without a back up. The staff at Computer SuperCenter took care of me and I was up and running immediately! I cannot express the professionalism and efficiency of this operation.

A higher standard of service from a knowledgeable team that will even come to your home or office at reasonable rates to get you up and running efficiently. Competitive rates. Right off the Avenue.

This place is incredibly well managed and deals with answering or solving those computer issues most cant handle. Labor rate is high but if you need help then love the team, also willing to advise you right buying approaches to stuff outside their point of sale.

Walked in to buy some headphones and they were very friendly with me and helped me pick one out. I went home and tried it on but unfortunately it was too huge for me. Came back and they took it back and I bought another pair. Loved the experience I had here and the headphones!

I had a serious spill issue and struggled fruitlessly with the Toshiba repair depot before I found CSC. I received prompt, courteous service from non-condescending techies who seemed to have good backup from more-senior personnel at the store.As it turned out, I was lucky - the parts I fried with my ice tea cost $40 to replace, along with the $200 service fee for evaluation of the laptop. It was obviously an issue where a less-honest outfit could have jacked the cost of the repair.The computer works fine now, and Id definitely go back if Im in trouble again.

I wanted to give 0 stars. My MacBook Air was damaged from a beverage. $400 later, I can turn on the computer and see all my documents. Now I cannot access any of the Word, Xcel or Powerpoint documents. I have lost 4 years of work. Thanks very much.

Friendly and professional employees, but after calling ahead to confirm they did warranty service on Lenovo computers, I arrived and they told me they couldnt help because I had an IdeaPad and not a ThinkPad.In summary: professional, but I noticed inattention to detail.
