Not the usual Enterprise experience! Requested a SMALL compact for a long weekend. Given a Mustang convertible. Thats all that was available although reservation for compact had been confirmed well in advance. When I want a hunk of tim I will order one; was made to look as if they were doing me a favour. Lousy gas guzzler. No effort to meet the reservation they had confirmed. lTake it or leave it attitude. NOT worthy of a PLUS customer!!! Beware. They have started to no longer care for their customers!!

I came here without a reservation on a Friday afternoon and was helped by Savannah. I explained to her that I needed a basic level car for my wedding weekend. Not only was she extremely helpful and attentive, she upgraded me to a better car at no charge. It was an awesome experience and I’d definitely recommend this location! I was in and out in 15 minutes!

The enterprise team in Greenwich is fantastic. They are very friendly and helpful, offering assistance with getting me home and helping me with a problem. I especially appreciated the new staff member who had recently come in from another location.

I reserved a full size sedan and got a brand new Ford Fusion hybrid which was perfect cause I was planning on driving to Canada. The car was clean and the process took about 15 minutes. I reserved the car til Sunday and they said I could return it on Monday morning for the same price. After I returned the car, I was given a ride back to my home. It wasnt the first time I rented a car from here. Both times everything went smoothly. Planning on renting another car here next month. Staff is always friendly which makes me not want to go to another place.

Needed a car for a day and got a free upgrade to SUV when I mentioned I had to pick people up from the airport. Was also dropped back off right away when returning vehicle. Would recommend.

I had a wonderful experience at Enterprise this weekend! Patrick was warm and personable, and called the day prior to confirm my reservation for the weekend. Within 10 minutes of arriving at Enterprise on Saturday morning I was able to drive off in my rental. I look forward to using Enterprise more frequently in the months to come!

Very professional and courteous. They picked me up at Honda and helped me to select a car, explaining everything to me. Upon returning the car on Monday, I explained that i had attempted to reach Enterprise to let them know that my Honda was fixed, but would not be able to return my rental in time. Enterprise very graciously gave me a discount and deducted the added rental day. I would recommend them to anyone needing a rental car

Its convenient that they have the pick up service. Nonetheless the fact that they are not opened on weekend gives me some return time dispute which incurs late fee. In addition, they were persistent on buying insurance from them. I didnt feel very comfortable.

Very smooth car rental. All employees were very friendly & hospitable. I would recommend to them that they dry a black car after washing it. When it dried, it looked worse than before washing it. Overall a good experience.

Enterprise has come a long way since I last investigated renting a car from them in the nineties. The overall quality of the vehicle was superb which made my week long round trip from The Berkshires to Chicago a most pleasurable and relaxing journey. The service I experienced in Greenwich was top notch, as well as the guidance I got when I needed to extend my plans a few more days, via my mobile. The Enterprise out of Greenwich is horrible. They are rude, unhelpful and not responsive at all. Go to the Stamford Enterprise - great customer service. Everyone at the Stamford location I spoke to was incredibly nice, accommodating, responsive, and gave prompt and helpful follow up. I would highly recommend them!! Do NOT go to the Greenwich location.

Jen is a really good and customer-oriented manager. I rent often from this branch. I have to say the experience I have from here is probably the best compared to everywhere else.

Horrible management . I was walking down the street on edgewood Ave and I noted that the sidewalk in front of the enterprise rent a car had a lot of ice on it. I went into the establishment and requested to speak with the manager. Upon speaking to the manger he stated that I should get the f### out of there and leave them alone. I have called the main office but I havent heard anything back about this issue. I then called the police and they finally took care of the issue. I am not ever going to use them to rent a car. I am going to use Hertz forever. I suggest anyone to avoid this place at all costs

I had a rental car reserved and when I showed up they told me that I had been bumped and that they would not have a car to give me. They were completely unhelpful and offered no alternatives or solutions beyond saying I was bumped because there were not enough cars. I will never come back here.

My sales lady was professional and friendly...the check out process was seamless. I wasnt happy when I saw that my final charges were different from what I had been told at check out. I called back and she was helpful and apologized for the error. Apparently whoever closed out my account wasnt aware I had returned the vehicle on Monday (store was closed). She promised to have the error corrected which Im assuming wouldnt be an issue. Another thing... the car was new yet the interior was rather dirty and smelled of cigarette smoke.

I am a return customer. The people who work their are fantastic and the service is great. I will keep coming here and I recommend it to all.

This location is a little small, but it makes up for it with great employees. They are always professional and do their best to make sure you are happy.

This location routinely overcharge customers. It is in the sole discretion of the station manager to determine the time you return your car. So you return Saturday and manager says Monday, then Monday is correct and you have to pay double or triple. Most business customers might not care, but if you rent privately you will be screwed and scammed. worse than all employees lie straight in your face, so must read contract like a lawyer. When i called Enterprise to complain, I learned that you cannot complain and manager is always right in determining the return time of car.Do not rent here unless you want to pay triple of what is promised. The Ceo of Enterprise should go to Jail - most unethical car rental company in the US.

I dont appreciate every employee in the place telling me to have a nice day, when they turn around and squeeze every possible extra dollar out of your pocket. I was told I only needed to add a few dollars to the price my collision insurance would paying for the rental. What I wasnt told was that I would be charged for an entire day - no matter what time I picked up or dropped off the car. I wasnt told there was an extra tourism tax per day, nor that I would be paying an extra surcharge + sales tax, out of my pocket. At the end of the day, I paid $52 for a service that was supposed to be supplied by my insurance company.I was conveniently picked up and returned to the automotive garage where my car was being fixed, but otherwise I am not a satisfied customer. I also got a car with a dirty interior.

They are a scam shop. Avoid. We were sent by our insurance company, Chubb. They over charged for everything and for a month later, kept charging me for things that I didn’t use. Every time we called to rectify the over charging we received extremely rude exchanges with everyone. They are not keen to serve customers and they are clearly not focused on the Enterprise brand. I would Uber everywhere before using them again. I am disputing all charges and will let Chubb know about the sub par performance. Go elsewhere.Even two months later, they are still charging my credit card without authorization. I have contacted the insurance company, Chubb and the credit card company. They lied about needing insurance even though we have a policy with the company who referred us. Thieves.I had a recent call with Steve, their manager. We discussed the charges and he was very defensive and yelled at me. I found his stance highly biased against women and he has a volatile personality. We worked through #Carlson and #ChubbInsurance. Neither are good and they did nothing to stop #Enterprise from charging me. Avoid them and #LexusofGreenwich.

If you dont have a major credit card with at least $250 available for authorization, then expect very stringent rules for a debit card. Authorized driver also needs a credit card.

We have done business at this location every time we come to Greenwich! Staff is timely, knowledgeable, professional and friendly.

I was very bad. My first car was dirty and has problem with blue tooth. Ive return car next day and got new one which also wasnt clean... I was told that Ill be refunded for full tank of gas Ive bought for my first card. When I return my car I was refunded just for 3/4 of the tank. Manager was very rude and told me nothing wrong was with my first car... Why they gave me new one.
