I do not recommend this place. Overpriced. The owner Juan has two different tariffs. If you were white American, he will charge you $120 an hour which is double than you were Hispanic. If you could, stay away from this location. Only hope that he will get busted by the State of Connecticut. I warned you!
We got a flat tire on Rt. 95. We limped into their service station and they were obviously busy. They said they’d be with us in 20 min. Twenty minutes later, they jacked the car up, filled the tire with air, found the problem and said I needed a new tire but they didn’t have the one I needed. Recommended I try Costco, not far away. Five minutes later, they came out and told me they found one for me. They put it on the rim, filled it up, reinstalled the tire and had us on the road shortly thereafter.Very polite and professional. Fast service and a real life-saver. Very reasonably priced—in fact, I was surprised by the low price.
Excellent service. Very honest people.

This review is for Juanjo’s Auto Mechanic located at 269 Delavan Ave., Greenwich, CT., 06830. Business hours as of 8/31/18; M-F 8am to 6:30pm, SAT 8am to 6pm, SUN Closed. Juanjo’s is a family owned and operated business. English and Spanish are spoken here. This family has been a member of the Byram/Greenwich community for many years running. They offer 30+ years in auto repair experience and are beloved by the local community. Estimates and diagnostic tests are free. Repairs cover but aren’t limited to, oil changes, starters, struts, transmissions, brakes, engines, shocks, front ends, mufflers, electrical systems and A/C. Alignments are not offered. Tire issues are handled very quickly for those of you who are able to hobble into their shop during business hours. The hourly shop rate is reasonable and can be fractioned out if you raise this question with the owner. This is a 3-bay shop that strives for same day service since the lot has very limited space. Its location is a quick on/off Exit 2 from Interstate 95 to Delavan Ave on your GPS. Parts are sourced multiple times a day from Big City Auto, Carquest, Advanced Auto, Medallion and WorldPac. They are fluent in German, Japanese and American repairs including light pick-ups. You are welcome to bring your own parts for installation and worn parts are returned if requested. You may wait inside a portion of the shop and clearly watch your car being serviced so there is nothing left to the imagination if any doubts should enter your mind. The owners are kind, honest, helpful, humble and conscientious. They are raising an honor student at Greenwich High who sits for 3 AP classes and simply adores horses. I brought my Lexus in twice for service and they were as gentle with my car as I am. I trust them and hope you will agree.
