Before I got out of my car, the guy was telling me I would have to pay $199 for diagnostic service of a check engine light. After an hour they didnt know and said they needed more time, but the next sentence was that it would cost $300. I said for what? He said parts. I said how do you know what parts if you dont know what the problem is? I took my car and left.

Very helpful staff but the car that they advertised had been sold so it ended up being a wasted trip. Perhaps more accurate updates on the inventory.
I stopped in around 7 p.m. on a weeknight interested in buying a car I waited 15 minutes and nobody came to talk to me unbelievable
Not one person greeted or acknowledged my existence. I walked around for well over 20 minutes.
