The company was in contact with me 24 hours before my trip and up until the driver got to my house. The driver arrived on time. The driver was courteous and very professional. The car was very clean. I will DEFINITELY use and recommend CTNY!!!!

Great Experience!We used CTNY Limo to/from JFK for an international flight. The staff who booked my reservation was very professional and considerate of the time frame we should arrive at the airport amid all the new covid preparations. Gus took us to the airport while Oswaldo drove us home. They were both very prompt, polite, considerate and professional. We had booked an SUV to the airport but they were out and upgraded us to a van, at no extra charge. They also contacted us to let us know of the change. I would use this company again without hesitation. They made the stress of travelling to/from the airport seamless for us. Thank you!!

CTNY limo was awesome! They helped walk me through booking transport back from a wedding, and they were very thorough and detailed, patiently reviewing everything with me several times to make sure everything was correct. Oswaldo, my driver, was perfectly on time, kept in contact with me beforehand so I knew what to expect, and was extremely courteous, polite, and helpful! I couldn’t be more pleased with CTNY Limo and Oswaldo! Would def recommend for future trips!

Booked late Sunday afternoon for a 4:30AM pickup to LGA. They called me to confirm the time Sunday evening (I accidentally entered 3:30AM). The driver was on time and everything went smoothly. Piece of mind is worth the price for early morning trips from the suburbs to catch a flight.

We have used CNTY Limo several times now for both personal and business. Weve taken town cars to the airport, a mini bus for an evening out with friends and had a stretch for my daughters sweet 16. Excellent service, beautiful cars and professional drivers, every time!

If you only read one review, read this. My son’s wedding was in Connecticut. We had family coming in from five states on the East coast, Midwest and South. But my daughter was flying on a red-eye from Portland Oregon to Newark, arriving at 7am. No one was available to pick her up. I needed to find a car service in an area where I had no experience. I had to pick one kind of out of the blue. I chose CTNY Limo. I’m so thrilled I did. Because I was a novice, I started the booking process and, more than once, I left out important information. Helen was wonderful. She worked with me. We got the arriving and returning times right. Everything went perfectly. Then, all of a sudden at 11pm the night before, everything fell apart and my daughter had to change her flight and leave five hours earlier. I sent a message at 11:30 pm hoping I’d hear back early enough in the morning to make the change. Helen responded at midnight with a few questions. Once again, I’d forgotten important information, but she was SO wonderful and we worked through it. By 12:30 am we had a confirmed pickup for the next morning. The limo arrived. The driver was wonderful and everything went perfectly. I think it’s completely honest to say I couldn’t have done this alone and I suspect there is a good chance it wouldn’t have gone as well with someone else. Use this company.

I had my brothers wedding in Nov of 2015 in Stamford, CT. I contacted CTNY back in in September of 2015 to explain the situation to them. Helen and Stacie were MORE than willing to help from the beginning. their prices were good but beyond that their SERVICE was awesome! I had about 95 people fly in from all over the world for this wedding to various airports (JFK, LGA, and EWR). Not everyone flew in together on the same day - we had about 60 different pickups and drop offs. I made an excel sheet outlining people, their flights, and groups and phone numbers. CTNY contacted each guest, picked them ON TIME, dropped them off in a timely manner, etc. I worked with CTNY because i thought they would provide me with peace of mind. they did exactly that. I didnt have to worry - we went over any holes in my excel file; they asked questions to learn what was exactly going on and when. I couldnt have asked for a better transportation service. Not only am I highly pleased; but most importantly my guest were blown away at how easy and seemless the transportation was for the wedding. If i could give 10 stars i would!! it doesnt get better than this.
