I just had RPL to my home to fix the air conditioning. I could not be more pleased with the service! The person who came to fix it was professional, knowledgeable, and very nice. He also was so efficient and neat. I would highly recommend RPL and I will most certainly be using their services again. Great job!

I was wishing for a lavish, modern, smart home with all the latest facilities like an automated temperature handler, boiler system, and a well-modulated kitchen and washroom. For that, I called the RPL Plumbing and Heating team. I am very surprised to see that they just delivered me what I wanted. I found them very hardworking and well-coordinated. They actually value your money and time both. I don’t think so that anyone could have given better service than them.

There is no doubt that they are experts in installing heating systems. They also take care of the maintenance also. The power flushing feature that they provide cleans the heating system so well. It removes dirt, sludge, rust, and debris that may have accumulated over time.

The crew member arrived late yesterday afternoon and quickly resolved our ac problem. It was an outstanding job. I highly recommend them, and I intend to use them again in the near future. Their services left a lasting impression on me.He treated my home like it was his own. Very clean, courteous, and neat. Always concerned with making sure everything was in working order. I would have him back again if I required ac installation services.

Manufacturer sent RPL Plumbing to check on my water heater issue. Walter and Carlos replaced my water heater (had to take it to Home Depot for replacement per manufacturer policy). They were excellent and got it done. The job is a little tricky as the water heater is in a tricky spot. They got the job done quickly and professionally. This is my first time coming across the company.I just wish the price quote for added service was reasonable (I did not do through them at the end due to the quote), but, cheers again for Walter and Carlos for a very good service they provided!

I have been doing business with RPL since 2018 when they replaced my boiler at the same time they did an oil to gas conversion (including a buried oil tank removal). Back then I decided to go with RPL because, out of the 5 vendors that visited me to generate a quote, RPL was the only one knowledgeable enough and focus on doing my job under full state and city code and compliance.After seeing their quality of service and commitment, we decided to revamp our main drain line (1920s house), build a new powder room and finish our entire basement. Mr. Livigni was able to guide us, using his vast experience, to make the project fit our goal and most important, our budget.Since then, I have been an RPL Priority club member and they have been serving my central AC, my hydronic and steam heating systems flawlessly. A few weeks ago I had a big plumbing related emergency and they came and fixed the problem within a few hours.I highly recommend RPL for any HVAC, plumbing or construction related project and their Priority Club membership.

Service Man came to our door requesting we all need to be wearing a mask before he can come. He also had foot protection on. This to me is awesome. We had no heat happy we could get help the same day. WaterIs so professional. He explained EVERYTHING. He did the work guckly and so neat. Very impressed by him and the company he represents. The only thing I wish is I could give 10 stars. The person who answered the phone Basil was fantastic as well. Both were very caring an had real concerns for my family. This company was recommended to my by Rheem to cover a warrantee repair. They were professional from the first call, to follow up, and finally to the replacement of the hot water heater. The tech was very polite and professional and wore a mask the whole time. Thank you again for your quick response to no hot water. I highly recommend this company.

Horribly overpriced and misleading with their job descriptions. Selective memory about past jobs. Technician was friendly but pricing is so out of wack it’s not even funny. $150 cost just to show up and if you’re not satisfied with quote, they still charge you $150 for doing nothing. No credit for past work done that did nothing to fix the problem.

Our Furnace was not working. We called RPL and they promptly sent a technician out. Walter arrived on time and was very professional, courteous, and quickly helped diagnose and fix our heating issue.

We only had good experiences. Good quality work, no effort spared until all is working again properly. I recommend their Club option, which keeps your system maintained for a monthly fee cutting down repair costs in the long-term. Overall professional and fair pricing.

Robert was very helpful in working with us to get our A/C unit changed pretty quickly. They came in, took a day and closed everything out. good options provided and very helpful throughout the process.

I called RPL for their opinion when I couldn’t figure out why there was soot on my walls. I thought it was furnace related, and I had a number of other businesses show up and all had a different explanation and wanted to charge me an arm and a leg. RPL showed up and gave me an honest opinion, where no service was required. I just needed to vacuum my baseboards! Since I have used RPL to maintenance my furnace and plumbing and they were excellent and went above my expectations. I highly recommend Nick and his team.

RPL Plumbing and Heating installed two RUUD air conditioner yesterday, July 1. Two condensers, two air handlers, plus removal of old ACs. . I first met Bob (its his business), then observed Elvin, Walter and Ryan. The entire operation (ordering, delivery, installation) took two days, total. Amazing, and what a relief, as it has been hot and muggy. My old AC unit, for the downstairs, was broken and the upstairs unit was very old and needed to be replaced. They all, appropriately, wore masks. Polite, efficient, quiet. All very professional, very focused on the job. Elvin, at the end of the day, at my wifes request, kindly gave excellent recommendations regarding improving air flow and heat buildup in the kitchen. Thank you Elvin! Our old A/C unit needed to be replaced and our previous HVAC service privider told us that it would be at least 30 days to get us a new one due to the COVID supply chain issues. RPL, who had never worked for us before, got a tech to our house the same day we called them and had secured our new A/C unit immediately and had installed within a couple of days or our first calling them.The tech was courteous, professional and did a great job. The owner was responsive and did what he said he would on time and at the cost we agreed upon.They even called up the next day to make sure everything was OK. And the new unit works great.Highly recommend them.

I was very pleased with the work that Bob and his crew completed to convert our gravity fed water system to a pump. I got intouch with Bob he was able to come out the same day to assess my system and and answer any concerns that I had via email, text or phone. We booked our appointment and put down a deposit. His guys came over two days later and did a great job converting my system to a pump. His guys stayed there all day and were very professional. Our heat has never worked better. I highly recommend his services!

The only reason this company is getting 1 Star is because it is impossible to give less. I called them because my boiler was not working. I was told that the service call would be $150 to diagnose and then if I chose to get the boiler repair that $150would be used towards the repair of the boiler. The technician Darren, was nice but seemed very inexperienced. It took quite a bit of time to figure out what the problem was with the boiler. He finally figured it out with the assistance of calling technical support on the phone. Essentially it was fixed by replacing one wire that had went bad. The bill for that was $325. I was told a receipt would be emailed to me I still have not received it yet. I was told that The reason the bill was so much is because had he been there 1hour and 10 minutes. (I guess I should have realized that he was trying to stall for time and inflate the bill when he spent a good 15-20 minutes In and around the truck searching for something he lost) Had he been there under an hour the bill would have been $150. I had to pay an extra $175 because he didn’t know what he was doing and had to get step by step Instructions over the phone. I paid the bill by credit card and called the main Number to complain. They told me they would see what they could do and then get back to me. I haven’t heard from them yet. All they have to do is credit back my credit card with what they overcharged me. It almost seems as if all of these workers are independent contractors working for this company they have no control over what the people charge. They don’t have to worry about me using them ever again.UPDATE: The next day I received a phone call back and was offered a $100 credit towards my next repair with their company. I asked for $100 to be credited back to my card instead. They know I was overcharged, just do the right thing and give me back my money. The person said he would speak to his boss and get back to me. Still have not gotten a response or receipt yetUPDATE As of 5/23/19 - I have read the comments by the owner and the vast majority of his account is a lie. No other technician ever attempted to repair the boiler previously because I did not have any previous issues with the boiler. Additionally, prior to the technician leaving my premises I called the company to complain about being over charged. It amazes me that they say they’ve made several attempts to contact me but I have no missed calls and no messages. Additionally, I was offered a $100 credit towards future service to compensate for being overcharged. I asked for a refund of $100 to be credited back to my credit card instead. I did not ask for more than the amount that they agreed I was overcharged by. Why would I want a gift certificate towards future service when I’m not happy with the service you have already provided. I never heard back from them with a response and then read in the responses to my review of their company that they supposedly sent a gift certificate. This is also false because I have never received it. They have a nasty, underhanded way of doing business and this is clearly supported by their numerous complaints and low 2.3 recommendation score on Google. They are dishonest as you can tell by all the numerous reviews that have been posted and all the complaints that they have with the Better Business Bureau. More than half of the reviews posted are negative by people who do not know each other. That is not a coincidence. That’s worst odds than playing Russian Roulette. The work done at my home was done 2 weeks ago and I still have NO RECEIPT after being told it was going to be emailed numerous times.UPDATE: As of today, 6/10/19, I still have not received my receipt NOR have I received the certificate that they claimed to have mailed.

Terrible!They came out in an emergency and replaced a part for my boiler. Still didnt work.They said it needed a different part that they had trouble locating. I found it that day at my local store. Then miraculously they found it. Put the part in still didnt work right.Said I needed a different part. Still doing the same thing.When I called they said I would be first customer of the following morning.Waited till noon,no phone calls,nothing!Said I may need a different part and repair guy would be there soon.It also took a week to have them e mail me my invoices. Apparently their iPad is able to charge your credit card but not send a receipt.If you are talking to the guy on the phone...hes lying.I cought him in numerous lies. If hes speaking....hes lying.Youve been warned Beware!!!!!!

The owner is absolutely a liar. They visited my house and gave a total price of the service, charged $150 for deposit. Next Monday, the owner called and said that $150 is not included in the total cost, and I need to EVERY TIME they visited my house???!!! Whatever the owner says, dont believe in it.

Though they came in an emergency, they took their time and had to come back the next day for a clogged kitchen drain. They were very, very expensive! Called back a few days later about a problem related to the repairs they and said theyd be there 3:00 the next day. No show!

This is a great plumber he came out to my house in white plains at 11PM to repair my broken water heater, I was so grateful that i had hot water to shower the next morning, Thank You Bob
