Why does nobody pick up the phone???? Ive literally been calling and listening to it ring for 20 minutes straight all week. Ive tried calling different times of the day Ive left a message. How am I suppose to get help when NOBODY will respond?

Still open for business/support. Most of office rhe friendly and helpful staff is working remotely. On the door they have clearly defined and specific instructions...whether you are delivering something or in need of assistance.
