In my experience, its extremely difficult to receive results. Deadbeat parents seems to be favored at this office, its very frustrating. I fully understand that not every parent on child support is a deadbeat, but how do they justify assisting absent parents avoid responsibility?

The wait will break your heart. Its too early for the delay in responding to the people. The ILEAP program wait was to be as expected. Very disheartening that so many people need help trying to live.

My Uncle emergency worker had a bad attitude twice when we went in to get him the help he needed. It took the Supervisor in this department to solve my uncle need. She was called on one day just before closing and by noon the next day she solved the issue so my uncle could have his need meet. Any person whom has the least problems with a worker needs to ask for that particular department to get around bad worker in any departments. Do yourself that help and avoid all unnecessary problems and stresses from the start.

This place sucks. No help only for the sorry fathers
