I went there for eyebrow threading. I am satisfied with the job.Only disappointment was that I had to make a couple of attempts as it is crowded most of the time, so you need to wait for 30 to 45 minutes depending upon how many people are ahead of you.This place is only open for 3 days a week.

I just moved from out of state and needed my eyebrows threaded, and came across Charming Eyes. I called about 30 minutes till close seeing if there was any availability and she got me right in. Not only did she get me in when she could’ve declined me, but she gave me a quick but thorough consultation and made my brows more even! She was super friendly, professional, and quick! Thank you, I will be returning consistently!

Great threading. Great service. Only issues is that they don’t always open when they advertise that they’re open. They could at least update Facebook if hours change. Currently, they’re only open Thursday, Friday & Saturday 11am-7pm. Other than that, I definitely recommend people to come here. I just tell them to call before they show up.

Love coming here because they are pretty fast and the threading doesnt hurt. Seems the lady who used to thread my brows is no longer there or works different hours. A friend and I have both questioned if we just had our brows done because there was no noticeable difference.

Hands down the best place to get your threading done! I use to go to another threading studio, but after going to Charming Eyes I could never return there. My brows are always perfect and I dont have to give a lot of instruction. Rashmi is the best, she definitely knows what she is doing! Give her a try, you want be disappointed.

Does a great job threading (if you prefer them on the thinner side), but the lady is rude that I refuse to go back. She has been on the phone multiple times when I’ve been in there and most recently, she rolled her eyes when I asked her to wipe down the chair before I sat in it.

Nice lady, had been going to her for over a year. She is great when she wants to be. The last 3 or 4 times Ive gone she would not get off the phone and has gradually made my brows thinner and uneven each time Ive gone. She is very good when she pays more attention to the customer.

Absolutely will not go anywhere else. And I’ve brought 2 of my friends to get theirs done and they love it too! It’s so much better for your skin than waxing, and lasts longer. She is AMAZING!!! Only takes 2 minutes and she’s so nice, her work is impeccable. 5 stars isn’t enough.

I read good reviews about this place so I was hoping they would do a good job. My eyebrows are very important to me as they are to most females. I had let them grow out so they would be good for shaping. When I arrived the lady was on the phone and left it on speaker while she was doing my eyebrows. I shouldve waited until she was off the phone. I tried to tell her Ive never been here so I really want to keep them thick and the shape how it is and she cut me off and said I know I know, dont worry. Like she was perfect at this. Then she proceeded to make my eyebrows so thin and totally changed the shape and removed my arch and I am seriously so upset. Why would someone take someones naturally thick brows and make them look like 1990s brows? BEWARE. This is awful, I am really not happy and now have to wait months until my brows grow back again.

SOOOOOOO QUIET!!!!! In an awkward way. But I guess theres nothing wrong, just some music or something wouldve been nice? ---The lady doesnt speak but maybe two or three words from the time you walk in and out. Theres no guidance or intro or hey how are you I walked in and she was sitting on the couch. I said (Im here to get my eyebrows threaded. Itll be my first time. She just finished her snack and pointed to the chair. I wasnt sure at all what to expect and she still hadnt said a word. But the results are amazing and super fast. Extremely fast. Shes really good, I got them tinted as well and loved it. Ill go back and would recommend it.

Very sweet lady, her doors were locked when I got there but it’s due to the wanderers from the bus station. She did my eyebrows very quickly and I was more than pleased with the outcome. Hard to find someone experienced like this.

I am so happy I found a threading place in Greenville! I prefer threading over waxing for so many reasons: it is more accurate, quicker to do, lasts longer, is chemical/allergen free (its just sewing thread!), And it is good for your skin! Charming Eyes does an excellent job at a great price. There is hardly ever a wait, just stop by and you will be out in 15 minutes tops!They do charge a fee for using a credit card and do not take checks so best bet is to ha e cash on hand!

Very quiet and somewhat awkward upon entrance but overall I am very happy with my first experience of threading! I will go here going forward as its very quick, not painful and I didnt get red or break out like I do with waxing. It feels much healthier for the skin as it removes hair only and not the skin.The other perk is its walk ins only... no appointment needed. That makes it easy to go to after work. The cost is also only $12 for eyebrows.

The worst! I honestly don’t understand how this lady has good reviews... nice lady but her work is terrible. She has messed up on my eyebrows TWICE. I have naturally thick eyebrows and she made them super thin and uneven. I’m from Detroit where there are plenty of talented eyebrow threaders, my experience here was terrible both times.

She used to be great, but every time Ive gone recently she wont get off the phone and stops paying attention. It saddens me that she used to be so wonderful, but it seems as though she doesnt care anymore, and Ive been going to her for well over a year now.

This place is PERFECT if you need a quick brow threading - I was in and out within 15 minutes. She is amazing, fast, and it is not painful at all. She shapes your brows to their natural shape, and I couldnt be happier with the job she did! Its not that much to come in and get it done - only like $12 and some change. So definitely worth it. I just moved here from Kansas and was looking for the best place to get my brows done. I have never had them threaded but, she had the best reviews so I gave her a shot an am so glad I did. I didn’t feel the lady was very welcoming and gets offensive very soon, I just asked her to remove the small hairs around my eyebrows, which were not easily be seen, and I had to tell her the same thing for 4-5 times and in that duration I asked her ‘are you able to see those hairs because it’s really small and light?’, so she got offended and asked me back, ‘why would I work here if I can’t see the hair?’.I just felt she doesn’t know how to treat a customer at all, I’m very unhappy with the service and I won’t be going back to that place again for sure!!

I stumbled upon this gem in Greenville and its honestly the 45 minute drive to get them down will be worth it! The lady tending to mw did a great job. I didnt think it was this possible to make my bushy long haired eyebrows look this clean!

The open sign wasnt on but I decided to still head in since the hours sign said until 7. I was just a little thrown off at first because it doesnt look the same inside as seen in the pictures. Have they started selling clothes? I walk in and after asking about eyebrows she says mine look clean. This is from her looking like 15 feet away or so. She was on the phone at the time. She said the lady wasnt in and to come back. She kinda looked like the lady doing eyebrows in the picture though. My assumption is she doesnt want to mess with doing a guys eyebrows or she didnt want to get off the phone.

She is so good at eyebrow threading, very nice and polite, is also affordable. Tip: if the door is locked, knock very hard or call her cell phone number. She is always there during the hours of operation.

Have driven 30 minutes now three times during their business hours. Every time I go the doors are locked and when I call the number on the door she says she is closed. Why even be open when you are not even open during your business hours??!!

I moved here over a year ago and have always waited to get my eyebrows threaded until I visit my favorite place located in my old town 5 hrs away. I finally decided to go out on a whim and try somewhere new with good reviews...I am extremely dissatisfied. It’s too bad my mere existence was an inconvenience and as a result she spent maybe 30 seconds on my eyebrows. I had to go home and finish tweezing them. Sorry ma’am I will go and spend my money elsewhere. You could have had a loyal customer had you showed a little human decency and professionalism. I advise others to go elsewhere too.
