Nice little park for the kids- haven’t been to the pool since they have done upgrades to it but it seems nice. The park can be very busy at times and if you want a table to be reserved for you, make sure you call first!
I Love Going To This Place, Since COVID-19 I Am Not Able To Go Anymore. The Place Is Neat (Except The Bathroom), They Have Supper Nice Staff, But The Warm Pool Next To The Hot Tub Has Clorox! And Thats Why Theres A Shower Area In The Bathroom (That Needs More Privacy). I Like The Staff & The Swimming Lessons But I Feel Like Theres Something Going On At This Place.
My daughter loves coming here with her best friend, they hang out in the Olympic size pool while I hang out in the therapy pool haha
Clean spacious and fun the boys always have fun when we trust you
I have arthritis so I have trouble walking as I should, so I couldnt wait to get back to the pool to walk, it feels so good.
We had a terrible experience with the staff at the center this past weekend. I was verbally abused and challenged as a parent of a swimmer. The person who raised her voice to me should be fired. Completely unnecessary and totally unprofessional.
Loved it staff is so welcoming💜
I would give it five stars for their setup, if it werent for the fact that the management let the coaches run wild. While trying to see my daughter swim another coach had his team in front of the stands in the walking lane along the swim deck cheering for one of their swimmers. This would have been fine if they sat down so we could see over them, which the kids were fine with, but the coach came over was rude to several parents and made the kids stand up blocking the view from the stands. One of the security people even came o er to talk to him and ended up the coach didnt listen to him After being rude and arguing with several parents when done he turned and gave a big cocky bow to us. Totally ruined the experience there. That would never be allowed at our home swim meets.
I attend water aerobics here, I love the big heated pool. We have a wonderful instructor and it is a great bunch of people, my only complaint is that I feel the pool could be cleaner, and the bathrooms definitely need attention. The bathroom is clean but they mop the floor and missed the bottoms of the toilets .
I recently held my childs birthday party here. Never been here before so I had no expectations. I knew we had to pay per child for the party, but no one explained that I also had to pay for adults if they were swimming, which was fine, it just wasnt disclosed when i booked the party. Then once we get there there host we had was friendly but had no clue what she was doing. She had no training and I hold the facility responsible for that. We all got in the pool and it started lightening so they told us we had to get out of the water. That was fine also but there were zero disclaimers about this anywhere. So we ended up losing a lot of swimming time. No big deal, just writing this in the review so everyone knows if its a storm you cant swim. Then we got our pizza and I pretty much did everything just because these poor kids had no clue how to do their job. We finally got to the cake part and our host didnt wear gloves and was licking her fingers as she cut the cake. I told her just to let me take over because that was a serious health risk. I feel the facility doesnt give out any adequate training and the experience was not a happy one. I wanted my daughter to be happy so I kept my cool, but be forewarned that these kids have no clue what theyre doing, the facility isnt trained properly to have these birthday parties. After spending $242 I expected more. I basically had to take care of the whole party, ask questions that no one has answers to, and feel lost the whole time as to what to do. The kids did finally get to swim a little more, but I dont think Id ever have a party here or recommend it. For the price we paid it wasnt worth it at all. Oh and even tho I paid for 12 people, I only got 6 drinks. They couldnt explain that to me either. And I had to pay for caprisuns for the little kids... Which none of that was disclosed either in the initial booking.
Beautiful,lovely staff, clean
This review is for children swim lessons at the aquatic complex. Two of my children have done lessons here two summers in a row. The first summer was great, but this year has been quite disappointing. My younger son never once had the same teacher back to back lessons, which resulted in a lot of wasted time as each new instructor tried to understand his ability in the water. I get it that many of the instructors are teenagers and its not probable to have the same instructor for all 6 weeks, but for every single week to be a different instructor than the previous week is just a sign of poor management. I say that because there were weeks where my son was supposed to be with a specific instructor, who was on site at the time, but he was matched up with someone else because there seems to be little to no communication between staff before kids arrive for their lesson. One of the instructors didnt even notice when he walked off 5 mins before class and came to his mother because she was too busy chatting with her friend!I realize not everyone has the same experience as my boys did, and hopefully some of the organizational kinks can get worked out, because there are many good instructors here. Improving consistency from week to week is key.
I think the facility is ok, its clean and nice. However Im more concerned with how Ive seen people treat their employees. Ive witnessed numerous occasions where these managers are treating their employees with disrespect. Now im not saying all managers but theres about one or two that I think shouldnt be allowed to even work there. I remember watching swim lessons a while back because I was still getting use to the place on where things were and I noticed that the person in charge, she would leave periods at a time unattending her employees. So she just depends on lifeguards to watch everything for her? 100% not. Thats not doing your job, and its called being lazy. What if one of her employees needs something and shes not there. And Ive seen this happen more than once because I come every so often and the times Ive been there that manager is leaving those poor kids having to do everything for themselves. I can tell most of these lifeguards are not happy. I have eyes, I see things and what Im seeing is a lot of unhappy people. Yes I shouldnt assume but I also have ears and heard things about what goes on. Im very good friends with the woman who recommended this place for me and her child use to work there and quit because of how one manager made it absolute hell for them. So I spoke to another mom that I know who has a child that works there and still got the same thing about how their child hates working there. And according to the child, everyone is sick and tired of working there due to change in staff. I believe making employees hate their job is not the best. These kids are here to learn and make money to understand the real world. And if these kids are miserable then theyll end up thinking the real world is horrible which will make them give up on working and being responsible. So they need to change.
Pretty nice and peaceful when your there in the afternoon
Starfish program is disappointing. The instructors vary from good to horrid and you never know which one you will have from day to day.
Clean facility, friendly staff. Very relaxing environment.
We weren’t even there two hours, the most racist unprofessional place ever . I think this is for whites only 🤢 if you don’t want to be stereotyped DO NOT GO THERE, I will not be bringing my kids back
Great staff..Great pool!
