I joined 9 rounds on June 10th and since then some things have come up that is requiring my attention and monies can not be tied up. I chose the 6 month plan for 89 a month. Again have only paid the initial startup fee. The next payment is not due to the 10th of July and I am well within my rights to cancel. I asked specific before I signed up if I needed to cancel what is the policy the guy Pacificly told me oh just come in and cancel. That is not the case because they are telling me that the payments will continue to come out and that is not what I was told. I will not be going there and will not recommend because they do not explain the cancelation policy

Great workout in 30 minutes- different each time. Coaches are very supportive.

I like the individuality of the workout. I can modify it to lessen the stress on my bad knee. I can also stay after class to get a little more work in.

I love 9Round and this location in particular. The owners Mills is a great trainer and great guy to be around. It is a quick but effective full body workout and since there are no class times I can always fit it into my busy schedule. I also like that you get one-on-one trainer input. I cannot recommend 9Round highly enough.

I love 9Round! The staff is very friendly, I always feel like I get a great workout, and it’s so convenient! No class schedules so I can go whenever works for me and I’m in and out in a reasonable time so I’m not having to sacrifice anything else for my workout! I hardly have to motivate myself to go because I enjoy going so much!

I love the convenience of walking right in and starting my workout within 3 minutes of arriving. I love the intensity and timeframe of the workouts. I enjoy the trainers and their workouts for the most part (Augusta Rd location).I love that I dont have to dedicate any time to deciding what Im going to do, its already there for me. I love how much I sweat. :) I love how great I feel when Im done. Ive never felt stronger, and I have only been going for 5 months. I cant wait to see the continued results!

I only got a chance to go here a few times but each visit the trainers gave me personalized attention while providing a seriously great workout. For anyone at any fitness level looking to reach new health goals in the Greenville area, I would suggest choosing 9 Round August Road!

Id give zero stars if you could. Another victim here. Cancelled my membership the correct way and they have charged over $500 still. Mills wont return calls or emails. Everyone at the store is super nice, but nothing ever happens, no one will cancel it. Seeking legal counsel now, but wow, what a hassle to cancel a gym membership. Dont make the same mistake, gym memberships come and go so everyone cancels sooner or later, not at Augusta rd. 9 round though.

Great place to work out among friends!!! Every workout is different but still challenging after 4 years.

Great workout, flexible start times

Every work out is a different experience. I have terrible knees but the work outs will wear you out physically without destroying your joints.

I forced write this because of our extremely negative experience with 9round in Greenville. We have tried to cancel our membership FIVE TIMES. We have phoned and gone to speak with people in person and we CONTINUE TO GET CHARGED every month. Please beware that if you wish to join them you are essentially in for life. IF POSSIBLE GO TO ANOTHER GYM. THESE PEOPLE DO NOT HAVE YOUR BEST INTEREST AT HEART.
