I have used this company several times and they are always wonderful. Today was no exception, my team was Daniel and Randall. They could not have been better – so nice, helpful, funny and kind. They even were willing to lug all of my stuff up my driveway to their truck rather than driving the truck down and risking tearing my driveway up. I highly recommend this company, and this team specifically. They are absolutely great! Thanks again Daniel and Randall, and especially for the ceremonial picture smashing which was THE BEST, ha ha, they will know what that means. The team from 1-800-GOT Junk were terrific. From the National phone receptionist to the local office to the guys who came to my home. They estimated what the cost would be. It was in line with what the National office predicted. The gents came on time, did a great job quickly and completely. I will definitely use them again.

If I could describe my interaction with this company in one word it would be: convenient. Easy to book online, their system followed up with an email and I got a call 24 hrs in advance as well. The guys start bright and early on Saturday and called as well to let me know they were picking up the truck, once more when they were 10 mins out. Perfect business demeanor as well as some friendly chatter, I didnt feel off letting them into the house to pick up my junk, and they showed me the price before and after. 5 stars, 10/10. I had 2 wonderful gentleman who couldn’t be nicer or more professional.They explained the pricing in detail and I accepted the pricing.We had flooring, rolled up wall to wall carpeting and a refrigerator among lots of other household items.Daniel and Randall worked hard and cleaned up after everything was loaded into the truck!I would highly recommend them!!!

Found them on the internet. The two gentlemen were extremely kind and professional. I found the price to be reasonable if you are looking to get rid of items, you just don’t know what to do with and you don’t have a truck to haul.

Dakota and Daniel were professional from the phone call until they left. They were fast, detailed and made the job enjoyable!The service was very convenient and cost effective.

I called on Friday afternoon and they sent a truck out Saturday morning to collect my junk. They came on time and loaded up my junk very quickly. I had some outdated spindles and construction trash with lots of nails attached and they handled everything safely.

While they showed up on time, the costs ended up being three times as much as quoted even though we had the correct amount of debris we stated at the time of booking. I will never use them again and highly recommend that no one else does as well. My company is one of integrity and character. The same cannot be said about 1-800-GOT- JUNK.
