Transplace is almost the complete opposite of logistical.It is extremely difficult to contact someone in customer service, find specific shipment information and all around work with.There is almost always an issue with every shipment that is handled by Transplace.Orders are frequently late, misplaced and scheduled for different hours than were entered.I highly recommend using a different logistics provider. If I could leave negative stars, I would.

Had to call for answers about our load. When asking via email why we arent being loaded no one responded. Proceeded to call them for an answer, another rep, not the person I booked with answered placed me on hold and said she reached out to the customer and they should load him shortly. Hauling a load delivering 5am next day not being loaded. Very disappointed as we did a ton of loads with Transplace.

We like to work with Tranceplace but we had a horrible experience with Justin Murillo.

I am so sorry that I must click on even one star. I am giving them, not a 0, I am giving them -10.They are terrible, lying, cheating. I have booked a load with them. They told me pick up 10AM-noon CT. Driver showed up at 10:45AM, waited for the door till 3:20PM CT. Shipper told him that load will be MAYBE ready at 6PM CT. All the time I tried to speak with lady that I booked load with. Whole day she didnt answer. The other people keep telling me that she is on lunch or meeting, for hours. Driver drove 100mls total and waited for an hours. They refused to pay TONU. They are complete idiots. Guys, dont take a load from them. It will happen to you too.

No way to reach out the accounts payable department. Payment terms net 31 days invoicing will take them over 60 days to process the payment.The accounts payable ext goes to VM that is not accepting msgs.

My driver booked load yesterday out of KY to Miami, FL for $2250, he got loaded today and already left the shipper. Broker, John Kilby, just notified me that he has to reduce the rate for $150 and he sent new rate sheet and reduced it for $250, so my driver is taking load back!

Don’t waist ur time. They have a guy named rex I took a load with him my guy waited 10 hours to get loaded I waited a week for him to get me my detention I call back to see what the hold up was and he tells me I haven’t called him once on this load even tho I was emails that proved It then he was saying he needs the POD and BOL so he can get me my detention. This dude is a joke of a broker. Straight up Dick he thinks he badass hiding behind a phone.
