I chose this Home Health service for my son after him being in the hospital for 209 days. The company promised me and my child professional RN, LPNs to provide services in my home. After 3 weeks, his Dad came to visit unannounced... He found the Nurse and her boyfriend eating waffle house and drinking beer at my dinning room table. Needless to say this was a horrible experience, and to make matters worse the Nurse was given another case after I reported it to the Manager. I would NEVER recommend this company. There initial meeting is full of promises that they DONT KEEP!!

Well about a couples weeks before it was time for my son to be release from lifecare hospital in Rocky Mount NC some of their Rep came by his room in rocky mount to sell themselves, and I fell for it. Well thats when my night mare started. I decided to give them a try, I never dealt with this home health facilities before so I trusted them with my sons welfare. Thats when my night mare started. They are the most unprofessional home health I have ever seen. I mean they was so unprofessional until it was just crazy. The head nurse put my son in the hospital for three days.I think they are a piece of crap. I wish I had never seen. I had the worst experience with them. I call medicare on them. I would never recommend them to anybody. I read some of the reviews and I saw me in them. SO someone else went thru like me, I can relate. Please dont give the time of day, you will regret it.
