Circuit Board Medics provides top notch service. I was amazed at how quickly they diagnosed, repaired, calibrated, and placed all new lights in my instrument cluster. Turn around was blisteringly fast too. I shipped on a Monday had my cluster back in my truck well before the end of the week. It is rare to find a company today that will do what they say, but this company goes above and beyond. Trust them with your repair and you will not be disappointed. They are the best!

Used federal express ground service for shipping right before Labor Day weekend and had my circuit board repaired and returned in about 4 days door to door. For about 1/3 the price of a new circuit board my toasted control board for my dryer was repaired. I would definitely use Circuit Board Medics again.PS: The dryer is a Whirlpool Calypso, not a Kenmore as mentioned by Circuit Board medics when they stated what my circuit board was from. Probably made in same factory with same parts though.

After finding out that a dealer repair for my 2015 Cadillac CTS CUE unit would cost about $2000, I found circuit board medics!!! After purchasing the service online, I received the shipping label in an email at 3pm on a Wed., had the unit out and to Fed Ex by 5pm in western KY. The unit was repaired, shipped and received at my door by noon on Fri!!!! Everything works great. I bought same day service for an extra $50 and the $76 for overnight shipping so the repair was under $400!!! Initially our Maytag broil function was turning on constantly whenever we wanted to use the bake only function and this would result in our food being overcooked, then the oven would not heat beyond 100 degrees. my wife and i could hear the control board relay clicking on and off and since our stove aesthetically still looked good and we really did not want to purchase a new one and so we decided to have Circuit Medics repair the main control board. We found Circuit Board Medics by first contacting a local appliance repair shop who recommended them since they themselves use them. We called their customer service department and the entire repair process was explained completely to us as well as the cost and warranty and because the process was so simple and the savings over a new replacement oven was significant my wife and I made the decision to have the board repaired. Recently sent my 2005 Mustangs Instrument Cluster in for repair. The video on removal was so detailed it made it easy to remove. Communication was fantastic as they sent an email when they received it and kept me informed of options for a quicker service and return as they were going to be closed for 4th of July. Had put off dealing with gauge cluster issues on our 2004 GMC Yukon XL for a couple of years. Finally we had no fuel gauge, tach, speed, etc. I just didn’t know who to bring it to. I was very pleased with the repaired ECU the turn around was fast even without expediting it. I did have an issue with my order in that the the extra car key was overlooked, but CBM staff was friendly, frank and quick to reconcile. This was inconvenient but the service was still best in class. I like the concept of this type of service having a 3rd party low level repair. Circuit medics is building a huge wealth of knowledge in common failures of electronic that opens growth opportunities for the company. Perhaps offer post mortem service to companies for improvement of their designs. Or Maybe provide customers with modified maintenance plans for products to avoid common failures. The knowledge along with your excellent service are a valuable asset I hope you continue to grow and protect.

2001 RAV4 slipping between 2-3 gears, and when accelerating, sluggish start, but fluid change fixed it for a week, so how could it be a broken transmission? Seemingly computer or electric problem. All transmission shops saying the only option is to rebuild. Over a month trying to figure it out. Last good one said he changed solenoid from the code but it didnt work and searching could cost too much money. Suggested dealership for final inspection. Searched and found an expired recall exactly for everything I was experiencing. They also said full rebuild and ECU replacement for more than $7k. Searched ECU replacement and found Circuit Board Medics. Chose to have them ship me a refurbished one for $260 to get it quicker, send the core back after. Been delivering in this $74k mile car up to 10 hours a day - zero issues. Madness! Was skeptical of 25k 5-Star reviews. Not anymore. If Id paid over $3k for a rebuild, it still wouldnt be fixed. Or the mechanics knew about this fix and would have made a nice profit off me. And others. Not just a great fix, but professional, efficient, simple process from start to finish with this service! Still shake my head driving around.

Took my Ford gauge cluster to them here locally, yesterday AM. They clearly explained what they would do and what their repair would fix. They called this AM first thing saying that it was ready. I had sent the circuit board for our KitchenAid refrigerator to another repair shop twice. Both times upon reinstalling the board, our refrigerator still did not power up. I was about to haul the refrigerator to the curb but I came upon Circuit Board Clinics website and decided to roll the dice and take one more shot at repairing the circuit board. One of the reasons why I gave it a shot and had a good feeling that the third time would be the charm was because their website referenced one of the symptoms that our refrigerator was showing; the interior lights would go on for a few seconds then shut off.As other reviewers have pointed out, the experience and response from CBM was top notch. They emailed me when they received my board and when it was repaired and sent back. When I inquired about the work done, they emailed me the list of components that they had replaced and provided documentation that the board had been tested and was functional. I reinstalled the control board shortly after it was delivered and the refrigerator powered up like new. The bottom line is that I couldnt be happier with Circuit Board Medics and the work they did for me.

This is the third cluster I have had repaired and just like the last ones it was done quickly, correctly at a fair price. This particular cluster had a failed repair attempt already with some circuit board damage. That issue was handled as part of the over all repair job saving me hundreds of dollars

Our Ford Escape had this very odd, intermittent, problem with the instrument panel and it affected whether the car would start sometimes… so much so that we couldn’t trust the car to start if we took it anywhere… our mechanics had it for 2-3 days and we’re baffled… Fortunately my wife found Circuit Board Medics when she googled the symptoms. I was a bit nervous about trying to remove the instrument panel cluster myself but I got it out and mailed it in… they fixed it the day they received it and so we only really waited on shipping (we’re from OH). Upon receiving it, I got it reinstalled in minutes and Voila! No more issues and we got our “new to us” Ford Escape back! This was just what I needed. I knew once I read their website and they had the random issue I was having listed (windows and radio going out intermittently) it must be a perfect match. These folks are The real deal! We had been struggling with a faulty control board on our Frigidaire slide in oven. It wouldnt heat and kept saying F3 on the display.I attempted to repair the board myself when I was told the part had been discontinued. (The oven is 21 yrs.old but in good condition.) My repair was short lived. I was looking at spending over $1,000 for a new oven and it was making me nauseous. In my search for ovens I came across an Ad for Circuit board medics. I also found out a coworker had used them for repairs previously. He gave them a good review as well. They repaired my oven cicuit board/timer control in 1 day and the oven is working great! I would give more than 5 stars if possible. Our 18 yr old downdraft stove/oven fried a board and no replacements were available. We could not find a replacement oven so we’re facing tearing up the whole kitchen, new granite, new cabinets in order to accommodate a range hood. Your fix gives us an oven back with minimum delay. I didn’t get my circuit board on time but the only reason was I was in a hurricane. After the area cleared out and got our electricity back it was delivered and installed it and worked perfectly.

I had my 2004 Silverado cluster re-worked. They completed the work quickly, had great communication, it came back clean, looks great and works great. I had them add the trans temp gauge and that works and looks great as well. I am now thinking about sending in my electronic rear view mirror.

I just had them sent me one and I returned the old one costs a little more but was well worth it have it in service everything is working as it should . I had the replacement in my hands two days after I ordered it just used the prepaid label and the same packaging and returned it. Awesome. I had the truck for about 10years day 1 I had issues with electrical then finally the cluster went black. Ordered a exchange reman put it in took about 10 minutes everything on my dash work. Received a replacement logic board for the same failing part in my KitchenAid refrigerator., performed the replacement, and its working great for the past week. Disappointed in KitchenAid not making the part anymore, but kudos to Circuit Board Medics for picking up the slack. Buying this logic board is much cheaper than buying a new refrigerator.

Service was great! Oven circuit board transformer was damaged due to power surges from faulty electric wiring. They located the part and contacted me regarding additional cost (very reasonable) and had it all fixed and returned promptly. I was having problems with door ajar alarm and key in ignition warning when there was no key in ignition and doors were shut. Bulbs in clusters had burned out. Circuit board medics fixed all of those problems with my instrument panel repair. I highly recommend their service.

Send my ABS module down for repairs, they finished it in a day and sent it back. Had an active code still, sent it down and they immediately fixed it and must have overnighted the package because it came so fast after they called saying it was repaired and now everything works great, much cheaper than going for a new module.

I needed the wiper circuit repaired in in my 2013 Jeep Wrangler TIPM unit. Followed the instruction on part removal and sent it in and had it back with 72 hours. Wipers back to working normal once again. Much better than dealing with the dealership which would probably had cost 5 times as much to repair!

Think the only thing I might change if I did it again would be to add atlas 40 with the 58v.

After a power outage the control board on our oven kept beeping with an F1 error. Since our oven is rather old, the only way to save us from buying a new oven was to take a chance with Circuit Board Medics, and Im so glad we did! The reps @ Circuit Board Medics went beyond what I had expected. They were able to restore my Dacor range where my appliance insurance (PSEG) was not able to due to “lack of parts available”. Shipped off to CBM and received back next week. Truck was having issues of instrument cluster going out and windows not rolling up or down. Installed instrument cluster after repair and to date I have not had any issues.

N My circuit board checked out fine and I received a timely call to let me know it was working. I was charged a very reasonable fee for having it looked at. It turned out a mouse had chewed through half of the electric cord to my stove. I will use these people again.

Circuit Board Medica gave us prompt service! They provided us email verification when our instrument cluster was received, and emailed us again once the repair was completed and on its way back to us in Illinois! We would very much recommend Circuit Board Medics.

I was very skeptical of using this service however they were very professional and repaired my board in one day and shipped it back right back.Ive had it installed now for about two weeks without any issues. Before my oven was constantly shutting off for no reason so we could not use it. My next step was going to be having to buy a brand new oven which I was not looking forward to.Anyways, you can totally trust this company in my opinion. They replaced several parts on the board and Its been working great ever since I installed it.One word of caution make sure you take several pictures of the board with the wires all attached before you remove it.Definitely worth the $200 I spent. Ive used Circuit Board Medics several times to have instrument clusters rebuilt/repaired. Every single time they have a quick turn around an the rebuild/repaired cluster is perfect as soon as it comes out of the box. Awesome company!!!
