I dont usually write a review for a buisness, the reason being, is that none of them ever made me feel like i got more than i paid for.David K. Was the associate that i spoke to. He took his time and explained thoroughly every step of what i was supposed to do. Every question i had he answered, and when i asked a question he didnt know the answer to he asked me to hold while he found the answer. He went above and beyond what normal buisness do. For that, i give my rating for this young man. He spoke with common decency, was very polite, and always held me in high regards when being spoken to.Thank you david for all the help and i look forward to doing buisness with you again.

This Johnstone is the place to go for all your HVACR needs they have they have everything from specialty equipment and tools as well as repair and replacement parts they will deliver to job site no problem at all no questions asked but the address and what you need and how they can help. All the guys upfront and in the warehouse are helpful very nice and well mannered and will treat you like they have known you for years the guys in the warehouse and the guys behind the counter get everything you need as fast as they can and will even load it for you these guys work very well together like a family. If you need a older or obsolete part they will try their best to find it and get it to you as fast as they can. If i could give these guys 20 stars i would only place i will ever go back to.Great job you guys!

Been working in heating and air for the past 20 years. Been to many supply houses in that time some bad some good. But this supply house was neither they are the best . Walking in the front door I was greeted with a handshake and smile like I was been shopping there for years. The store was neat and clean with shelf’s stocked with just about everything you could think of. I asked the young man if he had a moment to help me look up some parts that I was having trouble locating for an old unit. He figured out the part grabbed if off the shelf and bagged it up me and I was ready go within minutes. FAST HELPFUL SERVICE! These guys have it going on! Will definitely be using them from now on!! Thank you guys!
