After being quoted one price for delivery and set up for furniture. Delivery came with a shocking add on of over $100 additional in set up costs once the furniture arrived. Customer service was rude and services rendered were not worth the additional costs involved. Use a different company if you want deliveries from Big Lots Furniture!

It was absolute horrible. Delivery time was set for after 3pm. They showed up at 9pm. Did not put legs on any of furniture said this was extra. I told i paid extra for tv to be assembled I would have paid for assembly of couch as well. 140 delivery fee and service was worst I ever had. This was my second time using them and first time was nothing like this.

Horrible service. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!
