These gentlemen really really really really help me out save my life today. I went to three different stores looking for a specific cord and everybody blew me off didn’t really try to help me. With these guys took their time figured out what I needed and actually looked at what I had in my hand and help me. I was able to use my hard drive tonight. Got my iPhone fixed in a reasonable amount of time for a great price! They were all extremely nice and am pleased with my service.

I didnt make a purchase, but for good reason. The staff was courteous enough to inform me of an alternative route to solve my issue that could essentially end up being no cost to me. Its rare that you have a business tell you a bettee alternative rather than be greedy and try to fix something they know could cost less, or nothing at all elsewhere. I reccomend anyone who needs this businesses service to trust their advice. Whether they reccomend the repair/product that they sell, or if they tell you the easiest cost effective way, you can trust their word. Businesses are meant to make money, thats a given, but its rare when a business truly honors customer service to the fullest. This establishment is one of the few with true integrity!

I was very happy to have found Computer Clinic. The technicians are very knowledgeable in what they do. I got my laptop back within a day, and they installed a fantastic antivirus for someone who likes to download music and books. They even repair phones and their prices are quite conservative for the work they do. This is an amazing place if youre having technical issues. I recommend Computer Clinic to all my fellow readers. :)

They helped me out tremendously to find a replacement motherboard. Went above and beyond to make sure I bought the one with the correct specs. Would highly recommend for computer parts.

These guys are the best! Very knowledgeable and friendly. I had a problem recently with my laptop shutting off for no apparent reason. They evaluated the problem, repaired it and returned it to me quickly. Definitely would go there again if I have any more computer issues.

Changes have been made in the past few months and as long ago as 2 years that should greatly improve your opinion of our service. They really know their stuff! They have repaired both my sons Windows computer and my iMac. Both came back working great! I also like that they have an Apple Certified tech on staff.

The manager Kenny Kelly was very helpful. He charged a very low rate compared to his competitors. He is a type of guy who looks to satisfy customers instead of overcharging! I highly recommend everyone taking their computer issues to Computer clinic on Lawrence Road

I have gone to these guys for years with great service. They go the extra mile to answer questions, trouble shoot over the phone and advise about purchasing products - even if you dont by for them. I will not use anyone else in town.

Worst service. They cleaned my hard drive and I had to Buy a new one after three weeks of service $200+. My guess they try to extract data with a machine which send the computer in over drive and it fails. Got it back after spending 260 and my computer had the same issue as before after i got it back. Took it to a computer service down the road. Diagnostic and told me it was a simple memory slot malfunction. Took it back to computer clinic, after waiting a day. I decided to stop by. Then they tried to say it was the mother board $100 + & I have to wait to pick it up even though I denied the service they wanted to provide.I only took it back to see what they would say and they gave me a million other things that was wrong. Why wast that found the first time I wonder. I am now using the same computer they claimed needed their service after just removing the memory card slot that was faulty. The same slot they claimed they checked. I would refer you to a little shop .2 miles down the road. Honest Work at the other place.

There was some miscommunication with the cost of the repair but they were willing to admit their mistakes and work with me on the price. So though it was a frustrating experience it ended well.
