You will be consulted if something unexpected pops up and informed of the necessary price. I can honestly say that I trust these guys and they have been working on my various computers and laptops for 10 years.

Windows 10 HP water cooled desktop had serious power up issues. Under the circumstances, repair turnaround was nothing short of excellent! Good communications skills, fair pricing and they even checked on its status after I pick it up. Kudos to senior technician John for his expertise. Highly recommended!

Weve had two computers worked on at Connect EBS - one to install a solid state drive and another for an internal battery change. These were computers used in our consulting business and they understand time is money and did the work in a very timely and professional manner. They replaced a motherboard in my computer; two weeks later when the computer failed to start they were unavailable by phone or in person to make good on their work. I had to go somewhere else. They are a fly-by-night operator. As a follow up to this review, shortly after Connect EBS posted their retort to my review my cell phone text received a text bomb of hundreds of useless texts that had to be individually wiped from the phone. I have no knowledge of who may have done this and make no claim as such. But I do note that it was coincidental in timing to the factual review herein. You decide.

Chris of Connect EBS was very professional and helpful when my laptop wouldnt charge and I suspected it was the cord. Chris checked it and ordered a new cord for me. Unfortunately the new cord wouldnt be in for a week; however, Theron (owner) was kind enough to share their office Lenono cord with me until mine came in a week later! This is the ONLY place I will ever take a computer for repair. Theron has repaired four computers for us and EVERYTIME, we have been so please with the service and the way Theron has treated us with his kindness, expertise and respect. The last repair was our Grandaughters school Chromebook that accidentally got knocked off of the counter. Theron recognized the fact that this was something she needed back in a hurry because of the home school work, due to Covid 19. I sent him some photos, he ordered the part that day and a couple of days later, had the computer repaired and working like a new one.

John is the man. He quoted me over the phone and listened to what was wrong with my computer. I took it to him. He completely and thoroughly explained what he thought the problem was. And how he was going to fix it. Within one day he saved all my photos and files from being deleted, fixed the hardware and software issues, reinstalled windows, and put all my files and photos back on the computer. Other people i called told me that my files couldnt be saved, most quoted over 150$. John fixed me up for only 89$. Unbelievable. He told me the only way the price couldve changed was if he would have had to order parts, which he would have called me before he ordered any kind of parts. Very good price. Very professional. He knew what he was doing. All my computer issues will go to these guys in the future.

My computer sufferred an impact and was not functioning properly. It would not turn on.
