Even through all the COVID 19 panic, Versco came and 1-Uped themselves all year long. Owner personally made time to speak with me and was very thorough in explaining their cleaning treatments and how they are designed to sanitize in this strange new pandemic world. Cannot say enough good things about this group. Highly recommend.

We have used Versco Commercial Cleaning for over three years and couldnt be happier. Our facility runs 24/7. Upon contract initiation, we were worried that having multiple porters, etc could become problematic. WOW, were we wrong!! Im happy to report that weve had an exceptional experience, and our Ops Rep has been outstanding. Can not rate this company, nor its personnel, more highly!! The Upstate is lucky to have Versco on its side.

I saw the last review on versco and I was surprised that the person that wrote the review says since day 1 they had issues but i wanted to post facts and show an actual email saying different:“Just wanted to pass some great feedback along. Two of my managers came up to me this morning telling me how excellent our new janitorial team is. This is the first positive feedback Ive ever received on janitorial service. We had to have our office cleaned in a hurry and the folks at Versco not only cleaned the place, they came in during off hours to meet our needs due to our hectic schedules. The owner personally came by to make sure we were happy. What a great company!

Our business reached out to Versco after having issues with a previous cleaning service. Several months ago, my management team met with Versco, signed a contract and Versco guaranteed excellent service. Since Versco started servicing our facility, their cleaning standards have been below standard. We now consider Verscos service to be worse than our previous cleaning company. Their employees do not clean the bathroom areas efficiently, they have not wiped down tables or even taken the time to vacuum or take out the trash properly. Versco has continuously run out of product to stock in out restrooms. We have sent several emails to the general manager and the operations manager. We have scheduled 1:1 meetings to discuss our expectations and still there has been no change. We are very disappointed with their service and professionalism and would not recommend them to anyone!
