It was frustrating attempting to obtain a quote. I had to call back several times to obtain a quote and get scheduled. I continued trying because I have used this company in the past and was very satisfied.No one showed up or called between the hours I was told they would and it was admitted that it was their fault. Therefore, the service had to be split into 2 days vs. 1 day to complete. Then I was charged $100 over the estimate of services and charges. I called about this and it has been 24 hours and I havent had a return call to discuss.The four employees that came out to do the work were great and they did a wonderful job. However, getting the work scheduled and dealing with the office has not been a pleasant experience.

We have used Spruce Services for our gutter cleaning at Creative Rods & Restoration for several years. The guys are always on time and very professional all at a reasonable price. We will continue to Spruce in the future.

This was our second time using Spruce. They did a great job. Once they left there was some residue on the windows. They were responsive and came back promptly to re-clean the windows. A professional who we look forward to workin with again.

Personable workers who came on time. I was not as happy with the work as Id hoped to be - too many drip marks, squeegee marks and window corners left undone. That said, it is very hard to see those flaws unless you are in front of the windows when the sunlight hits them. I will probably give this service a try again in 6 months and ask for more use of rags on the outside.

I have used this company 2 years in a row. The service was excellent as based on ease of scheduling, service performance and communication. We had to reschedule twice due to weather and Margaret contacted me the day before saying it was going to rain and offered a new time. Before Tyler showed up to do the work, I received a text message that he was on the way and a photo was included. When he rang the doorbell, I knew it was him. He was very polite and conscientious. You can get these services done less expensively elsewhere, but will not get the exemplary service I have experienced. Given the size of my home and its hilly landscape, I thought the price was reasonable. I will continue to use this company and highly recommend them.

Unfortunately I cannot offer a positive review on his company because I didnt receive a service. I was scheduled for one, signed and approved an estimate, gave payment information, then was told they would not honor the original estimate because they had made an error and needed to add an additional $50 to the estimate. After reminding them of the signed agreement and price, they were still unwilling to budge. So I cancelled the service. Im sure the services are great based on the other reviews. However when you make an error as a company, its on you to fix it and go with what your customer agreed upon (within reason). Its good customer service and its professional.

These folks are well equipped. They do a great job, and they dont make a mess around your home. They cleaned our exterior windows and screens quickly and efficiently.. I have used Spruce for years and they do a very nice job. You get a text when they are on their way and one when they are finished. The people who come to do the work are always friendly and happy to help you in any way to do the job correctly.

Did a very good job on the exterior window cleaning and removal of hard water deposits on shower in master bath. When job was complete, they had my wife inspect the work and sign-off on the job. My wife did not notice a 3rd story window that had not been cleaned. I noticed it the next day when I was in that bedroom (daughter’s bedroom). I immediately emailed them to see if they would send someone back out to clean the missed window. Several days went by and I called them about the missing window. I had not paid the invoice at this point. I was very disappointed to be told that because we had signed off on the job that they would not come back out. It’s their policy and that is fine. I paid the invoice including a window that they never cleaned. Told them we will not be doing business together any longer. I was a repeat customer and it didn’t seem unreasonable to me to come back out. I even told them no rush. Just when you have someone in the area. Again, the work done was very good, but you better inspect every single window before signing off on the job.

This is the third time that we have used Spruce Setvices and Solutions and as isu as l we are very pleased and happily recommend them.

This is at least the 5th year we have used Spruce for our outdoor Christmas lighting installation . It always looks great. If a bulb ever goes out or if I want more lights, they take care of it. They take the lights down in early January and store them until next Christmas. Highly recommend!

We have used Spruce Services for the past several years to clean our windows, as well as our brick-floored front porch. This year our front porch had not only a film of yellow pollen, but quite a bit of sawdust from the floor refinisher service people. The first porch cleaning did not remove all the residue, and Spruce was willing to come out a second time, for no additional cost, to make it spanking clean. They did a marvelous job and our brick porch floor looks amazing! I really appreciate the customer service.

Our experience was wonderful. Our technician was very hard working and took pride in his work. We had a few windows that he was not happy with how they turned out so he went back over them again on his own. We didn’t have to say a word! When he left, every window was spotless inside and out. I wish we had called them earlier! We certainly will be using them again.

Wonderful job with our gutters and front porch. We have a 3 story home on a hill so the roof is very high, and they do a wonderful job. Pressure washing is also fabulous. They left our gate open for the second time this past visit-our dogs dont run away luckily and I should check myself, but it is a tiny hiccup to be aware of. Still giving 5 stars for quality of service though.

The house was covered with at least 12 years of dirt and algae. I was very skeptical the ability of the soft wash procedure to clean it. Spruce Services did a very professional job and the house is spic and span clean. I would definitely recommend them.
