The inner and outer fairing halves dont have the proper fit and finish and they shipped two right side mounting brackets.When I attempted to speak to them the next day, the representative was YELLING at me over the phone and REFUSED to send the proper mounting brackets, saying that they refused to do business with me (even though I had already paid them for the merchandise) and DEMANDED that I return the product without guaranteeing I would receive a full refund (as it was THEIR decision), even though all I wanted were the correct mounting brackets!EXTREMELY UNPLEASANT AND UNPROFESSIONAL!I strongly recommend doing business elsewhere.

They shipped the wrong product. I requested the correct item. They made me bring to Fedex, instead of them having Fedex pick up. They send the replacement late, causing me to cancel my vacation and lose down payment. They shipped the replacement to the wrong address. During all of this, I tell them that when it arrives, have Fedex pick it up. A couple of days later, I have a change of heart and say I will keep it. They claim it was already picked up, and that they will refund my money. They also refuse to sell me a replacement now. They also lied about Fedex picking up the package sent to the wrong address. I learned it was my new neighbor 2 doors down. Fedex did not pick up when Vector Fairings claimed they did. NOT RECOMMENDED!

Speaking with derek in regards to purchasing a heritage cart there is a slight delay as i call over the holidays Which is to be expected the gentleman is very respectful and proffesional so far so good forgot to email me my receipt but hes a human after all and we tend to forget things I simply reminded him and he did email me that also very responsibe to emails so no sweat there ill update this review once i recieve the hot dog heritage cart And inspect it and have my team of proffesionals review and give the approval or give me the order to ship it back depending on its workmanship and pending it has all its parts and feautures as this is a deal between the us government and this company so you can bet your hot dog buns the scrutiny here will be under review from licensed and qualified experts so you can expect this review will give you a for sure on how this company is most likely to treat you

Wouldn’t recommend this company, they aren’t willing to provide support for any of their older products. Even tried telling me that I had another manufacture trailer when their name is clearly stated on the manufacturing plate. Spend your money elsewhere.

Made required appointment to pick up the dolly, still loading parts on when I arrived. Ordered electric brakes, nothing but issues. Calls dont get answered, email replies from customer service no name. Purchased deluxe model, first trip out diamond plate broke free under the tires, tilt pin and securing pin fell out along the road, safety catch didnt... ended up dolly ripping back and ramps riding on pavement. Directions and owners manual are poor. No wrench provided to tighten straps, no required safety chains provided. They did email me back, if unit was not used, I could return it.POOR customer service, POOR warehouse operations, POOR quality tow dolly. Do business at your peril.

I ordered a portable hot dog cart. It was delivered to me in the perfect amount of time. The item was exactly what was pictured on the website. It was delivered in above-average packaging, which is fantastic. The delivery service was on time and kept communication. From beginning to end, this was a smooth transaction with a great product. PURCHASED ACE SINGLE RAIL AND RUNNING BOARDS. TOOK A WHILE TO ASSEMBLE. NO LIST OF PARTS THAT SHOULD BE INCLUDED. WAS MISSING CHUCK AND OUTRIGGERS. TOWBLAZER GOT ON IT AND SHIPPED. THE BAYONET MOUNT ON THE CHUCK WAS SLEWED SIDEWAYS AND DIDNT FIT OVER ITS RECEIVER. HAD TO USE HAMMER. OUTRIGGER HOLES DID NOT MATCH TRAILER HOLES. FORCED THEM. IF YOU BOYS USE CNC MACHINES THEY NEED ADJUSTING. CLEATS ON WHICH RUNNING BOARDS FIT WERE MISPLACED. RIGHT RUNNING BOARD CANNOT BE SECURED AS THE CLEAT IS NOT FAR ENOUGH TO THE REAR. RUNNING BOARDS, WHEN FOLDED DOWN INTO DEPLOYED POSITION, ARE INTERFERED WITH BY WIRING ALONG AXLE. FINALLY WHEN ASSEMBLED, ONLY LEFT RUNNING LIGHT WORKED. THE WIRING HARNESS WAS SHORTED OUT, BURNED THROUGH, AND HAD TO BE REPLACED. FINALLY, FROM ENGINEERING STAND POINT, THE CHUCK IS VERY DANGEROUS. TO WIDE. THE STORE SAYS MOUNT HOLD DOWN STRAPS OVER THE SEAT AREA FIRST....BUT STILL. TOO MAKE IT SAFE I HAD MY CONDOR CHUCK CUSTOM MOUNTED IN PLACE OF THE FACTORY CHUCK. PERFECT. COST ME ABOUT 250 DOLLARS. WHEN I CONTACTED THEM THEY ASKED FOR MORE INFO. I SENT IT. THEY DISAPPEARED. NOT AN HONORABLE ACTION. DONT BUY THIS TRAILER.....UNLESS YOU WANT TO REBUILD IT

Ordered motorcycle bags. They sent damaged bags. Tried to blame ups for the damage when the photos I provided clearly showing the inner box was damaged not the outer box. Then they refused to send a new pair or refund my money til the “inspected” the damaged pair. I filed disputes with BBB and my credit card

My experience with The USA Trailer store was about as bad a customer could have received. I picked the trailer up on Monday and tried to use it on a car and had nothing but trouble. I called them and took the trailer back only to find out how sorry their fourteen day return policy is. They didnt seem to acknowledge they may have sold me a trailer, but their liability doesnt stop there. If someone were to get hurt or killed because of this pile of junk the lawsuits could go on for years. So now I have to find someone with the knowledge to fortify this brand new trailer or sell it for scrape.

IM LUCKY TO STILL BE ALIVE!! This Dolly Tow almost cost me my life. You can tell from the photo the wheel was just about to fall off. TowBlazer, Inc NEVER did take any blame, offer to help, offer a refund partial or full. Never did they check to make sure everyone was OK, Never did they apologize. They did suggest I call someone to repair it, haha really?. Im sure they will reply to Google and deny everything and claim user error or some b.s. like that. But the photo speak for themselves.TO TROY; Nice hostel response - Yes, I do accept some of the blame. Since it was my first time using the dolly, I didnt know what to expect. I do believe traveling on an interstate during a rainstorm + a wheel flying off a trailer would have resulted in a fatality. Perhaps I should finish the story. I had no choice but to unload the car, and unhook the trailer in a HomeDepot parking lot (I secured permission to leave me car and trailer there over night). The next day; Troys I should contact someone who know how to fix trailers response to my email was not helpful. I walked several miles back to where I had left my car and the broken trailer. (Someone at HomeDepot was kind enough to key the entire right side of my car, despite leaving it far from others -There went $1,800) I sent photos to several repair shops, all said it would be months to repair and cost near as much as I paid. 789-miles from home on vacation, I spent two days locating a trailer large enough to two bow my car and the trailer back home. -There went another $700 add the $850 I paid for the trailer, the $1,800 for car repainting $3,300. I dont recall TowBlazer or Troy offering to help to offset any of that cost, not a phone call, not a oh you are near XYZ Trailer get it there we will figure something out. I GOT NOTHING, from TowBlazer NO HELP AT ALL, It was a very expensive lesson learned!
