I wanted to comment on the customer service we received from Tandem recently, most notably from their rep Karen Penley. I own a restaurant in Seneca, SC, which was devastated by a tornado early Monday morning, April 13. Luckily my restaurant was spared and power was back on Tuesday. Our internet went out Wednesday which meant that we were without a credit card machine,After calling Karen, we had a new machine that could operate offline in less than 24 hours. We had a quick training session, and we were up and running again. The next day, Karen stopped back by and fixed some issues we were having. She did all of this while volunteering for the City of Seneca and was able to take some food donations from us to feed people in need here in Seneca. Her communication skills and response time in this difficult situation was beyond reproach.
