These men are so understanding. I made my boyfriend an appointment because he has never felt worthy enough for a good cut. After a little coxing I drove him there and the place was so awesome. It is a definite man palace. We walked in and they offered him a beer while he waited for his appointment. He felt comfortable and included. ( This is HUGE for him)I left him in great hands and when he came out he was a new man. A confident stud. Thank you all so much for what youve provided. It is not just a haircut, it is a glow up.

I can only speak about getting a beard trim. My goal was to cut off the split ends and while I know that not all of them can be done upon further inspection I found 10+ that were in plain view. I wanted my mustache a little more highlighted by lowering the cheek lining around the mouth. After a closer by my girlfriend she noticed that the lines werent even with the left side higher. Overall Id say find somewhere else that may be a few more dollars extra but you may end up with a better result.

Average. Got my haircut done here, however, it was not up to an exceptional standard. My man didn’t even touch the clippers and just used a trimmer on my hair and my beard. Worse part of the beard trim was that he cut all the weight in my beard, which I specifically asked him to keep long. Was not happy; was not sad. Average experience overall.

I have fond memories from my childhood watching men like my father and grandfather take pride in shaving their face, putting on a manly aftershave, and taking care of their hair as best as anybody knew how to those days. This place absolutely brings those feelings back for me.Old Crow Barbershop is a relaxed atmosphere where anyone can come in and be a friend (as long as you booked your appointment online in advance and brought cash to PAY for your haircut and TIP your barber). Robby is my guy but really any of the guys there are pros at what they do and will have you well taken care of. You can have a complimentary drink while you wait, shoot the shi...I mean, breeze, and never have to worry about how your haircut is going to turn out.You like your beard? Great! Theyll shape it up and trim it for you. You cant grow a beard? Thats okay too. They can give you a better shave than that Gillette or Harrys razor at home could ever dream of. Love your hair? Fantastic! Theyre going to make you love it even more after theyre done. Seriously. I could go in there, not tell them *anything* about how I want my hair done and come out with the best haircut every time. Note: That last bit about not telling my barber anything is hyperbole. I definitely recommend telling them what you want...it makes their jobs easier.When OCB moved from Wade Hampton to N. Pleasantburg it added another 5 minutes onto my already 20 minute drive to see these guys and guess what? I.dont.care. Id drive double that to come see them and to not have to worry whether I could ever find a barbershop better than theirs.

I grew a beard for the first time 2 years ago when I moved to Greenville and needed to find a barber who could both do a great cut and help me with the beard. My first try was Old Crow and Josh. I haven’t missed a month since. While Josh has always taken great care of me all of these guys are incredible. I gave this business several years of my time and money. The guys there are really good at what they do. Joel has cut my hair for quite some time and hes on point! Here is my issue, the response that the ownership has had during this man-made pandemic shutdown has been extremely disappointing. First, they shutdown their business and sent every client an email asking for people to send them donations because of this shutdown. Heres a thought, how about keep your business open and earn money that way. The govt has no right to dictate what you can and cant do with your business. ITS YOUR BUSINESS. Dont voluntarily shut your doors and then ask people for money because your decision to not make any. Anyways, i was looking forward to them opening up and when i get there for my haircut i was denied service for my refusal to wear a mask. Not only that, but if people came in there without a mask you could purchase one from them for 3 cents. 3 CENTS! what an insult. After years of loyalty to this business, hours upon hours of time and hundreds of dollars spent on haircuts they would not cut my hair. How am i supposed to get a hair cut and a beard trim if i am being told to wear a mask??? Makes no sense. I really was disappointed in the owners response to this and took them to be a little more intelligent than what i experienced. I will not be giving this business any more of my time or money. I suggest anyone who reads this to look elsewhere for service.

I moved to Greenville about 5 years ago. I went from shop to shop trying to find a great hair cut. Almost 4 years ago I found old crow (Joshua) and have been there ever since. Good guys and great Barbers. Shop is fantastic!

I have been going to Old Crow (seeing Eric) for about 4 years now. If you are military or police this is the only place around that can do you right with a proper fade/regulation haircut etc. They are EASILY the most talented barbers around and if that weren’t enough they go out of their way to make the environment AWESOME!!! Do yourself a favor and check them out, you will not regret it.

Great service! Very friendly and welcoming atmosphere! I got a great haircut for a great price and had a lovely conversation about random things with Brent. (I believe... I’m not the best with names...) Also I didn’t feel any judgement at all being a transgender guy who’s not passing very well yet, which felt amazing! Also free alcohol! How could you not want to come?

They did a great job shaping and trimming my beard. It was enough of a change that colleagues asked if I had done something with my beard the next day. It was around $15+tip for a trim/style. Straight razor cleanup of face is an extra $10 and the scalp is an extra $30.

Ive been going to Old Crow for about 3 years now. Bryan always does a great job of shaping and trimming my beard. When I had a job interview, he trimmed it back drastically, and made me look more like a corporate professional, and less like a redneck biker. When I started going there it was about 15 minutes away from where I lived. Between them moving and me moving, its now about 40 minutes, but I still make the drive.

Great place to get a haircut. Ive used Eric, Joel, Josh, and Brent all 4 gave good cuts so no complaints here. Very comfortable atmosphere.

I heard of this place from a friend of mine so I went and tried them out and now I have been a returning customer for a couple of visits. Sure glad I found this place. Awesome atmosphere and Curtis does amazing work when it comes to beard trimming. Im bald so I cant tell you much about the hair styling other than what I see them do while Im there. haha.

Been getting my hair cut by Josh for 6 years. He was cutting in Lyman at the time. Living in spartanburg it was fairly close for me. They are now deep in Greenville I still drive that far to have Josh cut my hair. Ive had a few cuts by Robbie before due to short notice. Every time I leave there I have had excellent service and a good time. These guys are the friends you grew up with will crack on you and each other and will take a good ribbing as well. If you are soft or easily offended this place isnt for you. This place is for men not sensitive hipsters. The cuts are the best in the upstate hands down.

First off I love the laid back old school barbershop atmosphere. Everybody talking and laughing. Also the beer while you wait is awesome! Scheduled an appointment with Brent, showed up, and no one was inside. Called several times, no answer. Messaged them on Instagram, they read the message but never replied.

Showed up with a 2 and a half months of untouched hair, beard and mustache wanting to get cleaned up and dude Josh hooked it up with a cut fancier than id get a great clips and a beard and mustache trimmed up better than i do at the house in the mirror. To sum it up nice shop, cool people and they do good work. Cant see how it could of been better.

Traditional barbershops are hard to find, but The Old Crow epitomizes the soul and experience of the traditional hair cut. The staff are more than competent, delivering superior quality services at great prices. My haircut at this establishment was without a doubt the best I have received in years.

The 1 star sticks due to being blasted. It pretty much sums up the experience the day I went into the shop. Maybe it is their thing to be the rough and tough badass type. Kinda like one of those places where they throw food at you. Except those places the food is normally good. Here the haircut and employee attitude was you should be thankful for a haircut here. While I get what they were going for, it left a bad taste and never bothered to go back. This was 3yrs ago when I went in. Maybe the have changed. Either way, the 1 sticks after being blasted for it. Pretty unprofessional, when all they needed to do was reach out and give me time to respond. Hope lesson learned on their part. Take Care.

This is the only place I will go to cut my hair since moving to Greenville nine 8.5 years ago. I found Brian and Eric when they were barbers at a different shop.
