I absolutely loved this place, all the way up until I had gotten quoted so much to bond a friend out, found a signer, paid a ride to get up there, just to get told that they changed their mind, they would not get him out due to some bench warrants they had. Which, I understand completely, my issue was that they had to of seen the bench warrants when they quoted me an amount, but never said anything about them until I went through the trouble of getting there.

I talked to a woman with this company to get an estimate on a bond.. there was no hey or how are you today NOTHING. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE OR PROFESSIONALISM instead I ended up hanging up with her crying. As soon as she saw the charge she was so hateful and acted like there was No hope in the situation and automatically said ohh hes going to go to prison! As I cried she still didnt want to hear anything that I had to say and kept interrupting me so I never got around to asking her what I needed to know so at that point I was too shook to call anymore bondsman so I called the lawyer to recommend a bondsman.

She took 10 minutes of my time going around in circles just to be rude, nasty, and disrespectful. She really needs to get herself in order, and learn some phone etiquette. If your having a bad day and lack professionalism, you should stay home and not bring that troubling toxic attitude to work!!! I will let everyone know the unprofessional, disrespectful service I received.
