My encounter with Bree was amazing! Devon self storage is lucky to have her. Super cheerful, incredibly helpful and went the extra mile to help me with some things in my locker. I’ve have been storing my stuff there for a long time. The manager Bree is very nice and all the staff are as well. I’ve never had an issue with insects or rodents (a BIG plus to me) and the place is very secure. I highly recommend storing there.

Bree was such a help! I will never go to another place. I started using this storage facility when I deployed to Iraq and she looked after the place. Bree makes the place because when I leave she asks when Im coming back and when I come back she welcomed me as if I didnt go anywhere. Im a real customer and Im not friends or paid. I went in late on a Friday with needing a unit and truck and Bree took care of me so fast. I was absolutely floored that I went into that business and was out in 15 minutes with everything I needed. She definitely is the brains of the operation there. Definitely be a repeat customer

It wasn’t difficult to get a unit, and moving everything in was simple. As expected, my things were safe in there. Also, I had lost my key to the unit, and Bree (Bri?) was kind, and made it easy to get my stuff back from it regardless.

A lady named Bree was there to help me, she was really polite and professional. The Unit is clean and the service there is great! Also the price range is good.

Great place for storage! Tina at the front was so helpful in explaining the process in renting a unit and had such prompt service. She answered all of my question, and was so friendly. She also helped me out with a UHAUL rental while I was there. How convenient!! Two birds one stone. Great to know that if I ever need to talk to them, they will be there.

10/10 recommend them! I needed a storage unit for about 4-5 months in between my moves. (caused by COVID)The staff is very friendly and its quiet. Never really too busy there so you can get to and from your unit with ease and dont have to worry about tons of people being around you. Gated entry and exit, awesome for keeping things secure. They are also very communicative. Always got my monthly invoice almost a week in advance! I had an outdoor (not climate controlled unit) and it was perfect. Im sure the indoor climate controlled ones are even better!

I had two units at this location in different sizes this past year. My units were climate controlled. They were perfect! Easily accessible. Motion Sensor lights in the halls leading to my unit were a real plus! They were clean and there was never any indication of bugs or mice. The climate was perfectly controlled as well. Bree (the person I dealt with from signing my contracts to ultimately moving my stuff out when my business moved to a larger location) was a delight! Professional, cheerful, and a great communicator. She was available by email and even text! I will DEFINITELY do business with Bree and this Devon location again!

I used this location for business storage! My company rented the unit and I used it to store marketing materials and temperature controlled drug samples. I never had a problem working with these people and they were always kind in passing! Whenever deliveries would come, they would gladly sign for me and put the packages in my unit. Very professional service with a personal, friendly, southern touch! Would highly recommend for any storage needs!

So these people at Devon self storage are very friendly and helpful. I called them the day before I moved and was lucky enough to have some availability. The storage was clean and secure. The price is a little high but the second month was free so it averaged out reasonably. I would definitely use them again

Everything was ready to go as soon as I arrived including the lock for storage and keys ready for the Uhaul. I was in and out in 5 minutes and finished moving a couple hours ahead of schedule.

Devon Storage in Greenville is great! We used the one located on the service road of I30. Bree is the manager. She helped us determine what size we needed. She was extremely helpful. The lady wanted us to leave a review when we moved in but I know better than to do that. We rented this to store our washer and dryer till we moved out of town. It’s advertised as first month free however after all there “fees” it cost me the same as a month rent. Second month I get an email saying that my rent is now past due even though I put a CC on file. I misplaced the card with her number and called to leave voicemails with no reply. Final she processed my payment. I inform her that at the end of the month I am moving out. I still receive a bill for the following month. She then replies very rudely that’s “IF” I was to stay. I do not recommend this place. Much better places to use in town. This is just scratching the surface of her unfriendliness.

Anything and everything I need they have been there to help or gave me information I needed. This place is absolutely great. Ive been renting from them for about four and a half years now and I could not ask for a better experience. The staff is courteous and professional. The facility is always clean and at night it is well lit. For self-storage, you can do no better. The manager, Brena, is an excellent addition to the company who serves the public well. The assistant manager, Tina, is a wonderful person. Im so glad shes working there. She helped us get into a bigger unit at an adorable rate while allowing us time to move from our old units. The management team is amazing. I love these guys.

Extremely nice property, had us in a storage building the same day and even pro-rated us for the end of the month. All in all it comes out to be 67 for a small storage building for the monthly fee, insurance, and administrative fee. Being pro-rated comes out to the same price about halfway through the month including the padlock. They also have climate controlled rooms at a fair price compared to the competition. Couldnt recommend them more than i already have.

Avoid this storage place at all costs! My mother in law has been a loyal customer there for 8 years and always made payments on time. Today was a Sunday and we went to the storage to move furniture in and pick up some of my MIL’s items.. We were able to enter the Gated unit area with our personal code just fine, but when we went to exit the storage unit, the code was not working and the gate would not let us exit the property. We called Devon storage phone number numerous times and they ignored it for a while until after 15 or so phone calls a lady finally picked up and greeted us with the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. She called us all a liar saying our code SHOULD work. We tried the same code NUMEROUS times and it would not let us out. She then accused us of following someone into the area without using a code, which was NOT TRUE. We used our code to enter, so the gate must have been malfunctioning or something. A man FINALLY walked outside and let us out but acted like it was a HUGE inconvenience to do this, like it truly put him out and he didn’t have 5 seconds to spare. Also, they apparently allow you to keep animals in these units which SHOULD be considered animal cruelty. When we arrived there after entering the area with our CODE, we heard several puppies crying bloody murder from the first storage unit.. Needless to say Devon storage in Greenville, TX lost a VALUED customer today. We will be removing ALL of our items to another storage complex soon. Poor customer service drives business away. The managers of this place should know it.

Spoke with Brena during the week to set up my storage space. She is as wonderful as everyone says. Stopped in Saturday and paid my rent and got my stuff moved in. So far so good. Every contact I have had has been good.
