Tim and Beth are the best service team I e ever worked with. Theyve helped me maintain many different vehicles and recently assisted me in the restoration of an old King Ranch. Theyre my first call for everything automotive because if its not in their wheelhouse, they know who to go to.

My tire popped on the side of the road in a city I do not live in. To say that is scary is an understatement. W.N. Watson Tire and Automotive had the highest rating in the area, and they made sure that I was able to get the tires I needed for my car. I was walked through every step in identifying my tire, and they were so incredibly helpful and easy to work with. They even went out of their way to make sure my car was all set for my long ride back home. 10/10 would recommend this place to anyone in the Greenville area!

I had a bad experience at another shop. Wasted a great deal of time and money trying to get my brakes from screeching. I looked up car repair near me and decided to try this place out. Had great reviews, so I contacted them via email. Tim Ethridge responded right away, I told him about what happened and what needed to be done. Told me to drop the car off for the day and they will check it out. Went to the shop first thing in the morning, and it was busy. Had a good feeling right away knowing the shop is already busy, as soon as they open.I went inside and waited in line, with two people in front of me and 1 behind me. When It was my turn, there was an older looking gentleman that took me, and come to find out, it was Tim. I didnt have to explain anything, as he remembered our conversation. Gave him my keys and I went to work. Couple of hours later, he called me stating that the pads were changed recently (the other shop) but it could be bad quality and asked if I wanted to change it anyways to the brand they use. I said yes, and around 3pm they called to tell me it was done. They told me to take it easy for about a week, and if there is any problems that they would take care of it free of charge. Its been a week, and my car is screech free.I will definitely be coming here in the future. The customer service is top notch, and they dont feed you bs information to try to upsell you more services that you dont need.

Had a tire plugged 2 months ago that came with a life time warranty. The tire began leaking and I called first thing this morning 7:30am and was told they were booked up until next Wednesday (Today is Friday). So much for customer service and life time warranty?? Unfortunately my tire wont wait until next Wednesday to accommodate their schedule.

Wow! That describes my experience with these fine folks and their business. Very friendly and helpful and easy to work with. Called about needing a new brake light, was able to upload photos to Beths phone and she called me back within 15 minutes having found a replacement part. I was only in Greenville a few days and they squeezed me in and all was done in less than 30 minutes time. Thank you so much to all the team at WN Watson!!

Sadly I moved away from Greenville about a year and a half ago, but still consider WN Watson the best and most honest auto repair place Ive ever been. Wish I could find a place like this where Im at now. Great service, friendly atmosphere. Just discover this gem a couple blocks off main street. Have been twice and both times we had fast service and quick turnaround. They service BMW and Lexus cars, as well as many other brands.

Great people and service every time

Been taking my cars to these guys for awhile now. I’ve had them do service on a 2008 BMW 3 series and a 1995 Mercedes E. They have always used quality parts and completed repairs quickly. Very friendly, honest, and trustworthy staff. Top notch service at a reasonable price. Highly recommended.

Really blown away by the customer service I just received. Went there for the first time today without an appointment because of a quirky alignment issue I have been dealing with. Beths first reaction was to put it on the lift and make sure it was safe. Beth and David really went out of their way to help me try to diagnose the problem. They were genuinely curious about how to solve the issue, even to the point of doing a few tweaks to my truck free of charge. Thanks for what you do... I really appreciate it!

For years I used WN Watson for all my automotive needs. Tim, the owner, is amazing. He is a super friendly, helpful and honest guy. Tire prices are phenomenal and all the repair work they do it top notch. They never tried to sell me anything that I didnt need. Tim would often even tell me what the issue was and that it was a repair that I could easily make myself. My brother-in-law now uses them and one of the non-profit agencies I used to work for uses them as well. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs tires or auto repairs.

Ive been using Watsons for about 5 years now, Tim and the team here are always friendly and knowledgeable. They are very accommodating and I never have to wait long.Its location to downtown make the waits great, a short walk and all of greenville is at your fingertips.Prices are reasonable, and so is the staff.

They checked out a car for me that I was going to buy. They pointed out a couple issues that helped me save 80% on it! Then had them fix it. Runs perfectly now! And got it on the cheap!

Not one to usually leave reviews, but had to take a minute to let everyone know about WN Watson. They are the Chick-fil-a of auto repairs! I have been back several times for different types of repairs needs. Each time I return, the service is excellent, the pricing is fair, and the employees know me and about me.A few examples:1) I was having trouble with my power window on the driver side. I asked them to replace the motor etc. When I picked the car up, they were able to get the window working by greasing the system and making some adjustments. Saved me $300. They could have easily just swapped it out but they were focused on the relationship.2) My wifes battery had died, I stopped by to see about getting it replaced. When they pulled up the battery we needed they gave me a price but let me know the battery was on sale somewhere else and it would save me $30. If I bought it I could bring it back to them to install.3) I brought my vehicle in to have the brake pads replaced. I received a call about 1 hour later. I was told I really still had roughly 5000 miles left on them and did I want to still change them or come back in a month or two.4) My vehicles AC system stopped working. I was going to travel for work and stopped by to see how soon I could have it looked at. They got me in that day, had it repaired the next day and I was on the road. Being short on time I couldnt shop around. So for fun I called a few other shops and asked for a quote on the same work I had performed. No one beat the pricing and I would have had to wait a week at least to even be seen.When you have a shop with amazing service like this, you keep going back. My only regret is they dont work on home HVAC systems, roofs, paint homes, do landscaping, or sell insurance. Life would be so much better.

They checked and topped off my tires for me at a moments notice as a courtesy even though they were busy and I had never been a customer before. I was extremely impressed by their kindness and I will definitely be back to buy tires when it’s time.

I had my BMW aligned here. They were very friendly, including the shop dogs, pleasant waiting area or you could walk downtown while they work on the car. Clean shop thats larger than youd expect, and I thought the price was fair the job done.

Dishonest. Dont trust with your TPMS sensors. Will try to convince you they need to replace the whole sensor when all it needs is a simple valve core that costs a couple bucks. Also they wont return your old OEM part to you when they cant complete the job. Would have given them a decent rating if they would have just given me my part back.I hate when mechanics try to up sell and convince you that you need a new part when the existing part works fine just needs something simple. Dont trust these guys.
