I dropped off my friend one morning to pick up his vehicle and decided to take a quick look at the lot having been considering trading my beloved truck for a diesel car. Dan from sales approached me and shortly later I was leaving in a vehicle that I still love over a year later. Dan was not pushy or aggressive but was simply knowledgeable and paired me with the vehicle I needed. Trudi from the service department has since been exceptional and has gotten me scheduled for service seamlessly amongst my ever changing schedule. Both Dan and Trudi have recognized me and knew me by name when I return for service and have been very helpful and honest about my vehicles pros and cons.
I had the best service here. Been was fantastic and made sure that I understood all that was being done on my car. Heather was great at cashier services, Matt and Tyler came to check on me while I was there to see if I needed anything while waiting.

I live in Jacksonville, NC which is 1 hour and 30 min away and I did not have time from my schedule to come out searching for a new vehicle. I will begin by saying that I brought my Odyssey in for an oil change in January and at the time would have given this service center a 1 star rating. The service employee I dealt with was terrible and completely uninterested in helping me with my questions regarding another problem I was having with my van. I brushed it off believing wed be leaving town soon and other dealerships that would gladly handle my future business. Fast forward to today where I had a completely different experience! I was prepared to be underwhelmed again but I was surprised by the exceptional service. For everything lacking on my last visit, the new staff more than made up for with this one! Thank you Bobby and Courtney for your excellent service and taking the time to respectfully explain the problems I was having with the van. I would happily recommend this service center!
The Volkswagen service department will not return your phone calls. I had to come in several times and constantly badger them to get the work done ...not without problems (they didnt put enough coolant in my car)

This is top notch service for all Hyundais. I have had bad luck with cars in the past and promised myself I would take care of my vehicle this time. This lead me to this dealership service department. They went way above and beyond the regular shop service. They provide shuttles so you don’t have to wait for your car for hours and the driver they had was so nice and personable. He took me to get food and home. They caught a recall on my vehicle that was paid for by Hyundai and was done absolutely free. It was well worth the money. They included a FREE full and thorough diagnostic test and called me on whatever maintenance service I needed. Matthew is great. He helped my proritize the problems and was patient with all my decisions and helped me figure out what was best. They brought me back to the dealership free of charge and gave me extra recommendations to keep my vehicle healthy. Just when I was already happy with my service, they threw in free deluxe car washes for my vehicle! Wow! I will take my car no where else for major under-the-hood issues and maintenance. Thanks Joe Pecheles! You would have thought I bought the car from them!
Joe Pecheles Hyundai was just great. Because of them I enjoyed the process of finding a car, which I didnt expect. My main sales person is Jay Clarke, who has remained as a contact for follow-up. Jay is a really nice person and very knowledgable--full marks for helpfulness and friendliness! Bradley Johnson, and Robert Smith were also great secondary sales team members, and together with finance rep Edwin Santiago, made it possible to get a fair deal on a car I really love (also unexpected). Their service has been wonderful as well. this is a good business with a team of nice people, highly recommended.
Service was great! This was my 1st visit to this location for a safety recall. Alex was pleasant and very informative. They set me up with a shuttle ride home and will provide pick up service when the vehicle is ready. The shuttle driver Qwan was so polite and social. Although, Im waiting for the final word on my vehicles recall inspection my intial interaction with both service employees has exceeded my expectations thus far.

My Hyundai Santa Fe has experienced another bout of trouble with turn signals. Seems Hyundai has a problem with moisture getting into the headlamp and taillight assemblies. This has cost me more than I would like. My rear passenger turn signal went out yesterday, so instead of buying a couple of bulbs and changing myself, I went to my selling dealer (Joe Pecheles) to have it checked out. Fortunately, it just needed bulbs, but theres moisture in the assembly.
Just this past week, my partner bought a car at Joe Pecheles. They treated her with respect and appreciation. After the excellent deal they gave her on a new Golf, I started to think about trading in my car for their GTI. Wow, a totally different experience. Although the salesman I worked with was great (the same one that partner had), the managers did not give me any actual numbers, so I wasnt sure what they gave me for the trade in or tell me the actual price of the car. It made me wonder if they were even willing to work with me at all. The payment of the new exceed what I was already paying. I wish they had explained to me why. Oh, well.
Jay Clarke at Pecheles VW was a great help over the last couple months while I was car shopping and test driving different models! He has been very helpful, kind, and worked around my schedule and was not overly pushy during my car buying experience. I had an overall very good experience but my Golf from him. I would love to do business again with him and Pecheles in the future.
I had a tire blowout on my Audi and Audi agreed to tow the vehicle as the distance to the nearest dealership was much greater than the range of the donut spare tire. Pecheles Audi was able to replace the tire (one wheel is on its third tire), perform the second and third safety recalls on the car, reset the check engine light, and investigate the EPC light coming on intermittently and the engine dying as a result. I really dont have nice things to say about my Audi, but Pecheles treated me well, fixed the car, and got me back on the road.

They did fix my starter. I was originally told it was one problem, then told it was something different ($400 more) My husband and I both told them to check the dash light indicators for problems. They did not. Error lights are still on. They couldnt fix this when I picked up the car because the battery had been disconnected. They kept the car from Wednesday afternoon until Friday. No offer of a loaner vehicle, they didnt clean or vacuum the car, and when I asked questions about the lights, they ignored me and left me standing there until I gave up and left. Then they had the nerve to call my husband and apologize for how they treated ME. I will find someone else to service my car from now on!!!

Nice car dealership. If you want a honest service manager talk to Neil in the front service center. If you want to talk to an a to to John in the Audi and vw service area. Talk and walks like an aragaont man. In this one little area you have I believe 4 to 5 brands of new cars plus what ever different used cars they got.
Not a good experience. I arrived and was approached by the sales manager. He left without an explanation and turned me over to another sales person. When I asked why the first person left I was told he was with another customer. When I turned to see if that was true he was chatting with other sales people. No other customers in the store. I was trading in a Hyundai and they offered me far less than another dealership stating my car was not in good shape. It only has 40k miles and was 4 years old. I drove down the road and purchased a Honda that day.

My buying experience started in the service department. My old Hyundai had started with problems that were very expensive to repair. The service department was very informative as to my options and made sure that I understood the situation. Will Turner in service was very nice and explained to me that the amount of work that needed to be done would not be worth it for my 14 year old car. He helped me out by referring me to Eric Batchelor in sales. Eric and the sales department truly went above and beyond to get me way more car than I thought I could afford on my tight budget limit. You really cant beat the amazing Hyundai warranty.

So, you make an appointment for 8:30 AM. You get up early. You get there at 8:28 AM and you still have to wait till 10:45 AM before you are done. I am not unreasonable but look I came in with a specific issue, I needed a quote on the replacement of my ABS Harness for my Volkswagen Passat.. Youre honestly telling me it took that long to just get a quote? A girl came in after me, and she needed an oil change. SHE WAS SERVICED BEFORE I WAS! How rude!Firstly I had to spend massive energy to explain that I dont need the ABS Sensor itself. I just want the harness that was stripped.Secondly, the quote for the service was ridiculous as well. For changing a harness that takes 5 mins. I am being quoted one hours labour and then ridiculous charge for the harness itself. The harness is about $80 on the VW website. My quote was $250. What a Joke....Not impressed at all.Update 01/07/2017- Ordered Part on Volkswagen Website for $72.50 including shipping. Replaced harness at local mechanic for $20. Total costs $92.50 versus the $250 quoted by the dealership. All is good now. Watch out the prices guys!

I think that this dealership, along with themaintenance department, is a first rate business organisation thatoffers excellent maintenance at reasonable prices. The staff iswell informed and explains all mechanical problems in laymensterms. Just got rid of my 2012 VW Jetta TDI mostly due to the poor service I recieved from JOE Pecheles VW greenville service dept . Bought this car brand new and at 9000 mile had a particulate fault pop up . My first visit Ben Ryness said it was a temp sensor failure. NO FIX, . Second visit he now says the the particulate filter needs to be changed out .Did not tell me when or if part would be in for future fix . NOT FIXED .. Will not be a third visit .... He tryed to say because I did not make a appointment that he did not know about the first diagnosis, of the temp sensor being the problem . Others problems with the service dept as well . Sorry VW, I really liked the car, but can not deal with a butthead service manager .
