My experience with Colony Tire was wonderful. I had quite a few things to get done, with 2 different vehicles, and everything I needed was taken care of, in a short time. I actually got everything I needed done,in one place. The service was great and the people who work there were so friendly and helpful. Stopped by on a Monday afternoon to order tires, the staff was super friendly and had them there the next day. I came by Tuesday afternoon to have them placed and get my car inspected and was in and out in less than a hour. The guy who worked on my car explained everything to me and the process was super easy. There’s a reason I return to them for tires and services when needed!

I have noticed the positive reviews and am surprised bc I had a very negative experience. Colony Tire doesnt even deserve 1 star but I had to give one in order to post. I experienced something similar by them about 10 yrs ago and stopped going there. I wanted to give them a 2nd chance.My appt was for an oil change and replace spark plugs. Jose wanted to run diagnostic test but I declined bc I knew what I wanted done. He tried to get me to reconsider but I didnt. My appt was at 9 am and I stayed until 11:46 am. I saw cars come and go and made them aware. When I finally got my SUV, it drove horribly. I called Jose and said that they did something to my SUV and believe it was bc I declined their normal diagnostic test. He objected of course and I had to go to Precision Tune and they ran a diagnostic test which showed one of the ignition coils were left unplugged. That was no accident!!! I went back and showed them Precision Tunes report and they reimbursed me for what Precision Tune charged. Never, ever going back to those dishonest bums.

Only get ☝🏾 star because there is no option for 0 stars. My husband took his vehicle there and the mechanic left the IGNITION COIL UNPLUGGED. Now how does that happen? That could have been disastrous. Did they think we wouldn’t notice? Very very poor service 👎🏾 We will never go there again and will tell our family and friends about our experience.

Jodi and the staff (and mascot) made me feel valued and concerned that my time was as important as theirs. I received the best quote for my new tires, easily set up a timely appointment, and the work was completed professionally and I was very satisfied with the entire experience. Jodi went out of her way to help me with a rebate available. Its easy to say I received more value for buying from Colony, than at any other auto service shop in the area!

Got inspection and oil change. The guy that serviced my car was very friendly but professional. The bill was $83. and some change. I think the inspection was around $16.75 therefore the oil change was over $64. which I think is high. I don’t know that I will go back.

I was in terrible need of a set of tires. I called around to price a set of tires.. I found Colony Tires and they were able to get my car in the very next day and they had the best price for new set of tires. Very pleased with the service they gave us and also didnt take a long time to put them on and balanced them.. It was a very good experience!! Next time I need tires I will use Colony Tires!

Got a warning that I was losing tire pressure. Called Colony Tire. They said they would work me in. After I arrived they took my truck within 5 minutes, removed the tire, found the screw a patched the puncture, balanced and remounted the tire. I paid a very reasonable fee and was on my way after just 30 minutes

Service was great. We have a car with wheels that are tough to change without damaging the wheel. Colony did a great job of putting the right technician on the job. 1st class all the way.

Already skeptical about where I take my car for service but I was provided with detailed information on my vehicle and even issues that the dodge dealership apparently missed. Quite hazardous issues..but I am glad colony tire was able to provide what is necessary to get the issues fixed!

I own an F350 King Ranch Dually and it is extremely difficult to find a quality service center that can accommodate a truck of this size. Ive tried other Service Centers but none compare to Colony Tire for their service, professionalism & friendliness.

Harbor Freight and tools used to be the place to go a pretty decent tools for a great price now like everybody else their prices are going up but the product quality is not going up for instant to truck bed air compressor used to be $1,000 now its $1,300 the warranty used to be 265 now its 295 why with that said that makes me look other places to shop if Im going to spend top dollar a second-rate product well I might as well buy the top rated product touches Craftsmans Cobalt and Snap-on and Duralast honestly I brought some Duralast socket sets cheaper than I could at Harbor Freight very nice set and I saved about $60

Chevy 3500 service truck. Had an emergency brake failure and they had it up and running the next day. After that I had all the brakes and rotors replaced, and aligned. They did a fantastic job after multiple issues taking my truck to the chevy dealer. This will be my first stop the next time I need my big ol girl worked on

Excellent Service. Purchased 4 new tires mounted and balanced and they even replaced my fog lights which had gone out and I was on my way in 45 minutes! I’d highly recommend them.

Good pricing and fast service

I have been a customer for 10+ years. They have always done right by me. I keep 3-4 older vehicles (< 2006) with high miles which means lots of service at times. Colony has not let me down. The pricing is fair and they stick with it until its fixed even if it takes a couple trips. Never had any arguments about the repairs with them (can’t say that about others). They have had some turnover in head mechanics over the years but the customer service has been great. I keep going back. I trust them.

I went in and, although they have signs noting to stay 6 ft apart, none of the employees are practicing social distancing and none of them are wearing masks. I am highly disappointed, as my family and I have been customers for many years. We will now be taking our business elsewhere since this shop has such a blatant disregard for the health and safety of its customers. There are people in my family who are very immunocompromised and could probably die if I got exposed to Coronavirus here and then brought it home. This is such a shame. As an Environmental Health scientist, and in my knowledge of viral pathology, I cannot believe that this business is not following the state-mandated laws. They are violating health codes and I advise anyone who cares about themselves or their family to take their business elsewhere.

The girl that answers the phone is rude and nasty. I will no longer patronize this company because of her customer service. The mechanics are friendly and knowledgeable. The tires are of good quality.

Friendly staff. They’ve always done a good job. We go there first for all repair needs and have for years. They’ve even checked a couple things out for me at no charge when I’ve needed it. Wait time is short when you make an appointment.

Staff was friendly and helpful, shuttle service was prompt and drivers were safe, technician left my lights in the on position. Thankfully my hybrid turns them off automatically when the power is turned off. Technician also engaged my parking brake all the way to the floor which made it difficult to disengage since there was little room to depress the pedal.

BEST CAR SERVICE. I have been going to Colony tire for my car services since I moved to Greenville, NC 3 years ago. Hands down this is the best place I have ever had my car serviced at. I am a very busy dental student and they have always fit me into their schedule on short notice, completed my services in a promptly time, charge at a very reasonable rate for their services, and I have never felt mistrust in the services they recommend.

Went to Colony Tire on 7/31/18 to get a tire plugged up. Unfortunately the hole was on the side of the wall so it couldnt be patched. On the positive side they gave me a good deal on a new tire. The service and wait time was amazing. Plus as a woman we know the importance of a clean bathroom and it was spotless.
