Took my car to him to get clutch replace says he will have it done in one day, took him 3 days but I paid him anyway. Now my car wont drive like its not getting power to the to the wheels but the engine revs. He never bleed out the line and it has been a week still car is not fixed.

Had a brake job with new rotors done for half the quoted price from other shops. Great service, quick repairs, and the mechanic took the time to explain his work. I will definitely be back the next time I need repairs.

I left my truck there with a note. He still fixed the brake caliper at a reasonable price.

Terrible experience, would not recommend. The mechanic neglected to put my car on the lift and really troubleshoot the problem, which resulted in my spending $115 on a part I didnt need and $75 for the mechanics labor to put it in. When I brought my car back on the same day it was returned to me, still with the problem, the mechanic dismissed my claim and said that it would take a little while to start properly functioning again. When I brought my car back for a third time, in an attempt to give him the opportunity to fix his mistake, he admitted that he had guessed on his diagnosis, still did not put my car on the lift, and suggested that I take it somewhere else to have the problem diagnosed. The best he could do for me was to offer the labor if I could figure out what I needed him to do.The whole experience was very unprofessional and casual. Im guessing the mechanic does not have the knowledge to handle more complex problems and that he does more routine things like brakes, etc. Avoid this place if you want your car issues fixed well and in a timely manner.

Worse mechanic ever had to pay someone else to clean up the mess he made waited a month to get my car back and still had to have it towed, he acts like he could care less I give him zero stars. Play at your own risk the work he does is bull sabotage

Mr. Burgess really took care of my mom who had car problems for about a month and NOBODY could tell her specifically what it was BUT HIM. We went through a couple of parts and when it wasnt the problem he let us know and THAT SHOWED TRUE HONESTY... found a forever mechanic.
