I get all my service done on all my vehicles at Barbour-Hendrick Honda. You do not have to have a Honda to service here. They service my Range Rover, Ford Raptor, and Lexus IS. You can trust them with any vehicle you have. Ashley is the best advisor and I highly recommend asking for her. Set up an appointment time and drop your vehicle off with them, they can even help arrange a ride if you need one.
BHH has a wonderful service department. I typically have Michael Hamilton work on my car, and hes always patient about explaining the mechanics of my vehicle to me. The entire buying process was amazing, I found the truck I wanted on Saturday before Labor Day and spoke with Tony about it, I decided that I wanted to get it, They said it would be a few days before they could get it and then called me on Labor Day to let me know my truck was there. We have a 2018 CR-V with less than 19,000 miles on it. We purchased it used from another dealership approximately 2 years ago. We’ve taken it in three times for routine maintenance. The last two times my wife took the vehicle in and they told her both times that she needed new tires. The most recent was approximately one week ago. She declined both times because I’ve educated her on how to check tread depth on tires. Each time she called me laughing telling me they tried selling her tires. The first time I forgot to mention it to the service manager. The second time prompted me to write this review. I’m certain that calling and complaining to the service manager would be useless. The pressure to sell must be unreal. Good tires aren’t cheap and to tell us we need new tires twice when these have plenty of tread is just wrong. Our daughter drives this vehicle and I wouldn’t endanger her life by driving on tires at the tread depth indicator.Update: I spoke with Brian Wilson and the issue was resolved. He explained that new tires was a suggestion.

We had a great experience buying a used car here. We found the car we wanted listed on Autotrader and were pleasantly surprised with the transparency of the dealership. Their initial offer for the car was the same price as the online listing, plus title/tax/registration and administrative fees which were listed in the autotrader description. There were a few other options tacked on that we declined, but they were not overly pushy with the extras. Mr. Ned Hindi was great to work with and we would happily recommend him and the Barbour-Hendricks Honda dealer to anyone looking for a new car.

Monte Williams was our salesman when we bought our car last year but he has gone above and beyond what a salesmen should do, Monte will pick my car up for oil changes and anytime I contact him he is right there to assist in any way possible and today our daughters car was having some issues and needed to be Towed into the dealership but Mr Monte kept me informed about the car. And Mr Gabe in the service department went above and beyond today to get us in and fixed and not charge us anything, I can’t say anything bad about this dealership they are all great to work with and I will only buy my future cars from Mr Merry Christmas aka Monte Williams.

I was very impressed with the service that I received from Barbour-Hendrick Honda in Greenville. I want to take a moment to complement them on them on the privilege and honor of working with such a fine sales man such as Jimmy Varnell. Jimmy was the first person that ever came in on his day off from the beach with his family just to sell me a car. That alone was so impressive I knew I had to buy a car from him. Jimmy took the time to go over every little detail and option of the vehicle so that I knew how it worked and if I had questions he couldn’t answer, he quickly found the answer for me. Before I left the dealership, I had been introduced to the sales manager, parts people, service team, and had a tour of the dealership. I felt very much at home and comfortable that when I brought my vehicle back for service; myself and my vehicle would be well taken care of. I don’t look very important but when I choose Barbour-Hendrick Honda to make my vehicle purchase; they made me feel like a VIP.

Purchased 1 vehicle from here and continue to return for service and recall repairs. The facility is always clean, the service check in/out is extremely hassle free, and everyone is always so friendly. They explain what they are going to do and provide a estimated costs prior to completing anything not previously agreed to. The service department here is so quick as compared to another dealer where we purchased our daughters car from.
Went in today to see about a new vehicle. I know what my vehicle for trade is worth and what companies are used to pull the values of your vehicle. Once they came out with the prices and I sent them back with the values of mind the sales manager would not even come out and speak to me and said that he would not change. He was intimidated by my knowledge. This sale manager does not want to deal so I would not go to the dealership. The person that helped with us looking at the vehicle was awesome. Her coworkers are not like her. They are sorry and intimidated if you know what they think you dont.
I received great customer service when I recently had car trouble. I rushed across town after work as service was closing, but Michele was kind enough to come out to my car and check it for a burning smell. She asked a technician, Michael, to come out to look at the car, which he did and advised me that I should leave it. Even at the end of the day when we are all ready to go home, they took the time to help me. I appreciate both of them for their kindness.

Thanks to Ben, he made sure my CRV was serviced and I received excellent service. I had a recall notice and they took care of this issue. During maintenance check; Ben called me to let me know, that my tires were not looking so good. He remembered that we are going on a family trip soon. On this busy Monday, after the pipeline shutdown, Honda’s service rep Ben Rhyneworked me in at 4:20pm when the rush crush was over. They do not schedule service at 4, so everything is done by closing. It was easy to work me in. Ben is always kind, refreshing.My rubber on the sliding door was sticking out at side bottom. Not fully seated. They will see what they can do. It doesn’t glue on. There is nothing he can’t handle. Also I appreciate the team closeness & unity in team work.

I purchased my used vehicle from another Hendrick dealership two weeks ago because they had the car I wanted there and not one like it here at my local dealership. I did not realize I could have just had it transferred to Greenville to make the deal here at the time, but just in case anyone else is in the same boat... you can do that! The Hendrick dealership I bought it from said I could get it serviced at any Hendrick dealership. I noticed the car shook went driving over 70mph so I brought it to Barbour Hendrick Honda to have them look at it and I am so glad I did!Candace helped me when I came in and we had to jump through a few hoops to get the work that was needed done (no fault of theirs). It required approval from the other dealership since the initial work was done there and they needed to honor it. I tried calling the other dealership to get some answers and got no where. Candace called and then got her team on board to make the calls needed to make sure that not only was the issue resolved, but that it was of no cost to me. They went above and beyond to handle my needs and will have me back on the road quickly.Cannot recommend them more! 5 stars isnt enough for the service I received today. Great work by Candace and her team.

The associate Michelle that assisted me was very kind and helpful. But the set up in the service area needs work. I said excuse me to one if the workers he kept walking. You really dont know what to do once you pull up in that area.. Then when others walk by they didnt speak to the customers nor acknowledge us. There was one other associate that was customer friendly, but I didnt catch his name.

Unfortunately today was not a good experience at this Honda dealership. I have owned multiple Hondas over the past 20 plus years so Ive dealt with a few dealerships. After 2 hours of waiting for the oil change and tire rotation to be complete on my Ridgeline, I was told that my service order had sat for a long time on the desk of a person that wasnt even working. Apparently, someone finally noticed and completed my service. When I went to pay, I was told that the total was over $120 even though Barbour-Hendrick Hondas website, where I scheduled the service, clearly stated that the required B1 service would cost $44.95. There was also a lady standing behind me that had the exact thing happen to her. Hopefully this was just an off day for the service department and experiences like this are the exception rather than the rule.One month later ... I want to publicly thank the great people at Barbour-Hendrick Honda for their prompt and courteous reply to this incident. I was contacted by multiple people who went above and beyond to rectify this situation. In fact my wife and I just bought a brand new 2021 Honda Passport Elite today and plan on doing all of our future business, both purchases and service, at Barbour-Hendrick Honda. Thanks again! Also, Dawn Peters is a fantastic salesperson and we so appreciated her kindness and hospitality.

Mr. Hindi was the most genuine and happy individual that I had the absolute pleasure to meet, not only did he assist me in purchasing the right vehicle, we got to know each other on a friendship level (I did not feel just like a buyer more like family). Sales Staff Cameron Reed was excellent. Friendly, greeted us with a smile and firm handshake. Asked what we were looking for. Gave us info on several vehicles. Took us to the one we wanted to see which was just outside the door. Showed us the features, explained them all. Asked if we wanted to test drive and we did. Gave us private time to talk about the purchase. After we decided to purchase, he tools our trade in info and key to his manager. Worked with us as we negotiated a price. Once that was done we were introduced to Brian, the finance manager. He explained all of the process of what needed signed and completed it quickly. The electronic sign on board in the desk made it so easy. Every step of the way was excellent service and very friendly and helpful. Ver pleased.
A friend referred me here because they offer car wash and inside detail packages. I dont enjoy cleaning my car and would rather pay them to do it while I catch up on email/work in their cozy lobby. There is something so refreshing and uplifting to drive your car when its clean! Im grateful for their service!

He mentioned he had started working at another dealership, but came here to advance. He was sure to explain everything in detail. Initially I had asked for Ronald Williams, but he had another customer and introduced me to Mr. Reed. I had purchased 2 other cars from Barbour-Hendrick previously. The 4 people mentioned above made this experience the best one I have had purchasing a car here.

Unfortunately, when I purchased my Tahoe I was given 6 free oil changes at a Hendricks. This place is the absolute worse!! Even though I have an appointment I have always waited Atleast two hours. So today I scheduled it at 730 thinking I will be one of the first cars in and out. Well it’s 810 and my car is sitting in the parking lot and hasn’t even been worked on. They need to take notes from chick fil a. Last oil change and I will never step foot in this place again!! I refuse to even buy a car from here. Horrible service!!!

Excellent service! Jared Price did a great job answering all of my questions during the test drive, and he was polite and attentive the entire time. His warm demeanor and calm nature put me at ease. Unfortunately, he was not available when I returned for the actual purchase, but Ned Hindi was, and he treated me like family from the minute I pulled into the lot. He was so kind and walked me through the next steps. Jason Benson in the sales department answered questions following my first meeting and helped me come to a deal for a car I’m so excited about.I cannot say enough about the level of service this dealership provided. Everyone we encountered was very nice. Our salesman was super nice and we had great conversations. The finance guy gave us a good deal on our trade-in and was able to meet us on the price of our vehicle. Highly recommend! We will definitely go to them the next time we need another car!

After going there the first time, the numbers wont right but I decided to go back and I seen Monte Williams, he helped me and I can say he had superior customer service!!!
