My sister apartment has been leaking water for days almost a week. She put in a work order as high priority, spoken with maintenance and contacted the front office and still no one has addressed her issue. They keep saying someone is coming but no one has appeared...! Water leak in her lease is a maintenance emergency!!! I don’t understand what is going on. At this point they are not fulfilling her lease but I bet they want their rent on time!!!! I would not recommend anyone to live here...

I done reported that my AC not working they came out here 4 different time in said they fixed it but its still not working

People in the office are understanding and professional. The new management has stepped things up and made life a bit more pleasant.

I liked the complex when I moved here in 2017 and then I decided to try again and rental manager took it amongst himself and resubmitted my old application eventhough he say he didnt which is a whole lie. I didnt fill out no application on line or in the office I didnt give him the app fee or admin fee he didnt have my my current employer or no sign documentation that I myself did. He chose to run my app for 2017 and then deny me off of 2017 not knowing that the lady who rented me in the apartment the first time had to rerun the application because I put down how much the wrong gross pay. Now that I feel violated I dont want to go back.

Moved in month ago.. Marty and staff made move in easy experience. Maintenance staff go out of way to ensure apartment good to go...grounds are well kept.

My parents have been without power for the last week and the complex is not doing anything to help. We are contacting DEHEC.

Management always changes. The office is ALWAYS closed. When you can see john sitting in there during office hours. They avoid people when they are busy. They are great to you till you move in. Once you move in. Its on to being fake to the next customer. You are a number and the maintenance men have no clue what they are doing. JUST DRIVE THROUGH THE GHETTO AFTER HOURS. ITS A WHOLE DIFFERENT WORLD THEN DURING THE DAY. DONT BE FOOLED. THIS PLACE IS TRASH

I have been waiting 6 months to get 1 of 2 kitchen drawers replaced. I have been lied to by Gage the resident assistance about when the repair will be completed. Not happy here anymore. Ready for lease to be up so I can move.

I lived at those apartments for 4 years. Management was great but ... Some of the people living there not so much. It is a decent place if u live on a budget.

I walked in the office and saw the attitudes of both staff. I turn around and left. Didnt even try to move in.

Since the very first day that I moved in Mrs.Martie and her staff was very helpful to me and to this day they still are.if I request a work order mrs.martie makes sure its taken care of in a timely manner. She trully cares about her residents out here and she knows us by name not just apartment number.she have really made alot of changes out here and have also cleaned up the complex from what it used to look like.Mrs.Martie you are an awesome person who cares about your community and WE CARE ABOUT YOU TOO. So keep doing what you are doing👍👍

They are so rude to black people here and treat us like we are nobodies. But we are the ones filling their apartments. The grounds have trash everywhere. DONT MOVE HERE

I want to first say the cliche comment, if I could give negative stars I would. My family and I moved in the beginning of March, it was great to begin our stay. However, shortly after moving in I was offered a job that forced us to relocate. In order to break our lease they require a 2 month notice, in addition to that, they require a fee to be paid which is equal to 2 months rent and they keep your deposit. I have never heard of such a policy. If that wasnt enough, we discovered as we were packing and loading bugs that we did not bring into the apartment with us when we moved in. They make you sign an addendum in your lease for such bugs, which in short says that those types of bugs dont exist on their property. I would not recommend this property to even my worst enemy, so please beware.

Where do I begin? My gf lives there and has medical issues, when she calls the office it’s almost impossible to get in touch with anyone. The office say they open at 9am but no one is ever there on time! Big inconvenience. Then when my gf finally gets in contact with some lady name Martie she makes an agreement with her then all of a sudden she is hit with a thousand fees and all the lady do is get an attitude and blames everything on her boss. If you couldn’t do it just say no! She seems sneaky and disrespectful, I don’t know who hired her but you all need new management. I liked the other lady better, she was more understanding and polite. Bad choice! apartments are ok but management sucks and according to the other reviews and responses. I don’t care to talk to anyone because the lady is unapproachable.

Bad management, bad manager, dirty, insects, pets wastes everywhere, odor inside, terrible experienceI paid 2 months rental plus other fees for notice of move-out, and I paid another 2 months renal as penalty for breaking the lease, and they are still charging me sewer and water and other service fee for this month.And they never send me the bill before all the extra charges.Terrible, and do not live here

Omg! I went to view the apartments and I heard what seems to be the Manager arguing with a tenant and she was very unprofessional and started discussing the issue with others. I just left. Things happen and I think she could’ve handled it better. Not an office manager I would want.
