Crestmont at Thornblade is a lovely place to call home. The grounds are clean and well taken care of, the staff is friendly, hospitable, easy to talk to and work hard to make sure any problem that arises is promptly taken care of. The community is filled with respectful, pleasant, and friendly neighbors. The one bedroom apartments are spacious, nice large bathrooms and closets, the balcony you can decorate and make it your own relaxing environment, decorate for any season. Between the gym, the tennis courts, the pool and the gated grounds for walks, you can stay healthy right here without getting in your car! I highly recommend choosing Crestmont at Thornblade to be your next choice to call home.

It’s a great place to live especially if you have a doggo. The landscaping is lovely, and we love our third floor apartment. The porch is so nice and the view is great. If being so close to the airport sounds like it might be too loud, don’t let that deter you! It’s not even noticeable inside the apartment!

As a resident of this community, i can say with certainty that this is what every place that rents out apartments should thrive to be. The office staff are very helpful and kind, and go the extra mile to help answer any questions you have. The maintenance crew works very hard to keep the community clean. The pool is always clean and feels great, and the tennis courts are a great way to spend free time. The residents are some of the kindest people Ive had the pleasure of sharing a community with and you are sure to make some new friends. Overall, Crestmont at Thornblade is an amazing, quiet place to settle down at with multiple amenities to entertain you.

I cant say enough wonderful things about Crestmont at Thornblade. My experience with them, and especially Kendra in the office, has been great. We leased an apartment for my Mother and she was scheduled to move in on October 15th. Unfortunately, she contracted Covid, and has been in the hospital since the beginning of September, and we dont know when she will be released. That being the case, I contacted Kendra, and she was completely sympathetic to our issue, and returned a major portion of Moms security deposit. We are sad that Mom never got to move in because the complex is beautiful, and the staff could not have treated us any better.

While apartment hunting, we called nearly dozen places to find out informations. While half of them didn’t respond or gave me a call back, Crestmont Thornblades apartment stood out. Kendra was so friendly and helpful with all of our questions that we decided to check it out. The location is wonderful being so close to everything, the amenities are great and the management has been wonderful and easy to reach out to!

The property is kept up very well and I have always had every question I came across answered. The staff in the leasing office is beyond helpful and made the move in process simple for us. I’m glad I feel as though I made the right choice to live here.

One of the best apartments to live in Greer/Greenville area. Its a nice clean community. The maintenance guys are fast and fix everything quick. My favorite thing is not hearing people above me. The wall seem to be extra thick which is awesome after a long day at work.

These apartments are up to date and look very nice! Dog park is spacious, the gym has everything I need, maintenance actually does something when you ask, and the pool has never been cold. Great place to live :)

This is a shout out to the maintenance staff at Crestmont at Thornblade. Ive been a resident for a little over a year, and I simply love our maintenance staff, managed by Robert Turner. This team is a truly exceptional group of dedicated professionals. The team is very knowledable, responsive and always respectful. Ive had a couple of maintenance issues (I caused) and the staff quickly responded and fixed. They are always on site, taking excellent care of our community and are easy to contact. This maintenance team is second to none and well deserving of the awards they have achieved from the Property Management Association. They truly care about our community and demonstrate that every day. I am so happy to live in this community with such a great team.

We have loved living here at Crestmont so far. Our apartment was clean. They replaced things before we moved in without us even asking. Small things like the refrigerator shelf that had a crack in it. Maintenance and the leasing office, mainly Bridgette, went above and beyond for my husband and I. It’s a great place to live!

Weve been living here for almost 6 years, I think that really proves how much we love Crestmont at Thornblade. How I wish we can live here here forever but I know sooner or later we have to leave this apartment and when that happens I would be so sad! The maintenance is super amazing, it never disappointed me. All the staff are very nice friendly and approaching. Our first 3 years here was awesome, there were lots of activities and events we get to meet new friends, but the last 3 years theres no more events going on though they were having lots of treats this few months and hopefully theres more to come! All in all this apartment is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! SUPER HAPPY HERE!💖😍🥰

Living here for almost a year and I love the quiet setting. It’s 15 min away from my job to Prisma and my commute runs smoothly most morning. I also like the fact that maintenance request are handled immediately. I’m a person with anxiety so I know that I can call with a lot of questions, they always listen and answer my questions.

I love this place!! I have lived here since 2012 and love it. You couldnt find a better location off of Pelham Rd and Hwy 85. Great places to eat all around you. Great community and wonderful staff. The ladies in the office are AWESOME, whenever you have a problem at your apartment, they get right on it. I feel safe here anytime of the day and I love that we are a gated community.

No longer a family community. It has changed so much. I used to love living here. We has been dealing with noises from neighbors that management are not able to solve. For months me and my children can not sleep... They are very tired. I am exhausted. It is not a quite place to live. I do not feel safe here anymore. Very disappointed.

We moved in a few weeks ago and have had the best experience! The staff has been extremely helpful. Jennifer took the time to answer all of our questions and ensured we were comfortable with everything. You also can’t beat the location! I also love how dog friendly the apartment is!

I have lived herr for two and one half years. It is a pleasant, airy community in a country-like setting-lots if vegetation and Woody spaces.The units are clean, generous in size and well-laid-out. Each has a balcony or patio. The apartments have one or two bedrooms, possibly three. Each is quite different. Some units include garages (for an added amount, I think)My neighbors are pleasant and polite. Many people here work at Michelin, which is a short distance away. There seem to be quite a few children and lots of pets! I enjoy meeting the variety of friendly dogs that clearly enjoy their walks in the many open spaces. People are friendly and greet on another. The amenities include a beautiful pool and an on-site office that houses individual mailboxes, coordinates tenant repairs and concerns. There is liberal onsite parking and the grounds are beautifully landscaped by a team of individuals. It is blissfully quiet, except for the occasional flight to the Greenville-Spartanburg airport. I find it easy to get work done at home.I have been pleased about my choice to live here. It.is close to Batesville and Pelham roads, providing access to restaurants and shops. If a problem arises (leakybsink, air-conditioning problem, for example), it is quickly taken care of. I am in a wheelchair and believe it is a comfortable place for the disabled. I see enjoy the international flair. One of the drawbacks is that, in my building, there are no elevators, making moving in and out more problatic.If you are looking for a rental in Greenville, this may be the place for you- an easy drive to just about all parts of Greenville, good local restaurants and competitive rents.....quiet, attractive and friendly. It’s been a year in this apartment. It’s a great apartment in great area. The maintenance and office staff are always friendly and quick to respond to issues. The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day by friendly courteous workers. I really appreciate Office staff for how they are handling the issues.Too add more it had good greenary around which is really peaceful.

Staff is super friendly and always helpful, we had a maintenance problem one Saturday afternoon and maintenance was at our apartment in less than thirty minutes to help! I was very impressed with how clean the apartment was when we first moved in. And I love the 2BD, 2B floor plan!

I have recently moved into the Crestmont at Thornbalde apartment complex. I can not say enough wonderful things about the whole office and this complex. Jennifer made my move so easy and stress-free! She was on top of processing and organizing my paperwork in a very quick and professional manner. It is always easy contacting and getting ahold of the staff- via phone or email.My apartment is beautiful and Jennifer made sure I was satisfied with everything inside my apartment!The complex has a very “homey” feel with many spacious parking spots. It is clean and well kept up, you can tell that the staff here at Crestmont cares about the community from the appearance of the grounds!

I have lived at Crestmont at Thornblade for 4 1/2 years and have been treated well by all members of the staff, but I wanted to specifically recognize Robert for his outstanding professionalism. Whenever I have had maintenance issues (which has been rare) Robert has always responded in a timely manner and gone above and beyond to fix whatever the problem was. On top of being handy and responsive, Robert is also just a really great guy. About 2 years ago on a Friday night there was a leak in my bathroom that required immediate assistance. Even though there probably couldn’t be a more inconvenient time for a maintenance call, Robert was very friendly and diligently worked to fix the leak. I’ve lived in 5 other apartment complexes before moving here, but none of them have come close to being as nice as Crestmont. And Robert is a big reason that is the case.Jesse

I have lived here around 16 years and just renewed my lease for another year. The reason I stay is because of maintenance. I have had two apartments and both were perfect when I moved into them. They have continued to be perfect because they are very well maintained. When I ask for something to be fixed it is always done in a timely manner and fixed right the first time. The maintenance team is courteous, trustworthy and professional.The ladies in the leasing office are nice and friendly. I usually deal with the Assistant Apartment Manager and she is not only nice; she has an incredible amount of patience. When I reach out to her, she always gets right back to me.The only negative is there are a lot of fees to living here. Residents have to pay a pet fee which is expected, but now we have to pay pet rent every month and a fee to pick up our packages.

My husband and I have loved living in this complex! The staff is so kind and maintenance is always helpful. We would recommend this complex to anyone!

My husband and I have lived here for over three years and we are proud to call Crestmont home. The grounds are maintained weekly at minimum. This year alone they have re-done the pool, pressure washed every inch of all buildings, and resurfaced the parking lot. The other tenants are friendly and quiet, no loud parties, or excessive noise. We live in one of the classic apartments that hasnt been remodeled and it is still very nice. Our three bedroom comfortably fits us and our three children; we dont feel crowded or cramped. We feel very safe here and our kids and others are always playing outside in the afternoons. The maintenance team is amazing, they are very timely and quick to replace appliances or broken fixtures. Two years ago our freezer stopped working and we lost everything in it. They replaced the fridge with a brand new one the very next day. The office staff are very friendly and agreeable, they have worked with us on our renewal price several times.

Great community nestled away in the hustle and bustle of daily life. Gated community is a perk. Management is nice and helpful, answering any questions one has promptly. 15-20 minutes from the beautiful downtown Greenville area.

I lived at Crestmont for a year 18-19. My apartment was beautiful, clean, and spacious. The staff were nice. The only trouble I had was my noisy upstairs neighbors. They made so much noise, we had to complain. The people next door were a little noisy as well. But these apartments are nice. The parking is good. Its mostly quiet. Valet trash! Nice clean neighborhood. I miss my place.

So happy in my new apartment. Nicky and Tammy are very sweet and I could not be happier living here and being so close to work. Nicky always makes sure Im okay and my apartment is good. Great customer service and very genuine.

I vacated last year in December. They charged me for one of the move out charges which I never made. I spoke to the manager, she said they will look into and instead reported to collection for charges. They are very rude. I never recommend these apartments

I was a previous resident at Crestmont at Thornblade. I had a fantastic experience! The location was perfect, the amenities were great, and the office staff was always very helpful and friendly. I would still be living there if I didnt buy a house. I would recommend Crestmont at Thornblade to anyone.

I do not recommend living at Crestmont at Thornblade. My first year here was an overall good experience (with a few hiccups), so I recently renewed my lease which I am regretting very much!First, my A/C has broken three (3) times since mid-May 2019. Twice the A/C broke within a 2-week period. The maintenance team responded in a timely manner (the maintenance team is very good!) since the apartment was very hot in these high temps, but when I emailed the management team to voice my concerns, they didn’t bother to respond to my email or even call me to address my concerns.Second, when the complex announced they were doing a mandatory walk-through, whoever did the walk-through in my apartment left lights on. I addressed this in my last email regarding the A/C which I got no response to. I would like to mention that since I’ve lived in this community, this isn’t the first time this has happened. Shortly after I moved in, a walk-through was done, and lights were left on. I’m the one paying the power bill so have the decency to ensure the lights are off!Third, people that do not have handicapped placards/identification park in the handicap parking spots daily. This has been brought to the management’s attention more than once (and even when there was a car parked there) but per usual, nothing was done, and nothing has changed. The same cars park in the handicap spots over and over. This does not affect me personally; however, it just isn’t respectful that this community allows this to happen when someone who may really need to use those parking spots cannot do so. There are towing warnings on the handicap spots, but everyone knows management isn’t going to do anything so they just park there.Lastly, we pay for valet trash that is supposed to be picked up Sunday-Thursday if we have it set out by 8pm. I’ve lost count of how many times I have set my trash out on those days and before 8p, and my trash is still sitting there the next day. As a matter of fact, I set my trash and a box out last night a little after 7pm, it was per the rules (in the container with a box broken down lying flat – I have photo proof) but it was still sitting there this morning, so I had to take it to the dumpster myself. Why am I paying for this “service” if it’s not getting done? I didn’t bother to take the time to notify the management based on my most recent complaints getting ignored.They put on a good show for you when you come by to tour the community and they show you the newly renovated units, but the day I moved in they were like “oh, you’re getting a non-renovated unit, I hope that’s ok.” It didn’t really make a difference to me, but what am I supposed to say when the moving truck is sitting outside?I hope this review will help someone else avoid these frustrations and unacceptable behavior from the management. Im only giving 1 star because google wont let me give zero stars, and the first year here wasnt so terrible, but I cant wait for this new lease to be over!

Granted I am only moving in this weekend but I must say that Nicole and Tammy seem to be very professional and very responsive to my wife and I and have been very easy to work with.

I will be so glad when I move from here, the staff don’t care about your living here. My apt had an serious leak because the apt above had an leak from a washing machine they was suppose to call me back and I never got an call back. The bad part about it the staff never came in to check on my apt after they came in and placed loud machines to supposedly dry up the water. I was told if I wanted to her a hotel that I had to pay out of pocket and they would take off my rent the next month, I just paid my rent it wasn’t my fault. I have to school age kids that can’t get proper rest because the fans are very loud. This apartment complex is the worse I have ever lived in. They rush you off the phones because they don’t want to help you at all.

Terrible customer service all the way around with everyone who works there. I was visiting and I was told not to let the kids play outside with sidewalk chalk. Which washing away real easy. I was treated like I was lower than dirt. A man drove up in a golf cart and said she needs to speak with you. I did not know who he was referring to. He did not introduce himself and the woman on the phone did not announce herself or who she works for or title. She told me that I was not aloud to use sidewalk chalk. I told her ok that I would clean it up. Than she found it necessary to repeat herself like I was a child and did not understand. So I told her affirmative, I Roger that, yes, thank you, si. Again I told her that I would try to clean it up the best I could. I handed the phone back to the guy on the golf cart and I hear her say what does she look like, take a photo, what does she drive, tag number. I stopped him and told him that he could have just told me out of respect for me. He said that he was not able to say anything. I told him yes you can out of respect for me and others. I was just a visitor, if this is how the treat someone visiting than how do they treat their residents.

This place is AWFUL! I wouldnt move in this place. They rip you off and the staff has absolutely NO customer service...very rude. They also have TONS of bugs. Gross.
