Actually came and on time! And I think Ill stick with this company the next time Im sick and STUCK AT THE CANCER CENTER PAIN CLINIC and calling 4-5 different companies and getting the run around from 3-5:38 p.m. waiting for service

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE, THEY WILL DISAPPOINT YOU! Just look at their low ratings from others.Take note. They are either loved or hated (mostly hated) by their users.it is obvious that they have family members and friends give them the excellent marks while the real customers know how much they SUCK.

I called for a cab 20 mins go by and nothing . I called multiple times nobody answered and when I first called the guy sounded asleep so I kept calling to see if he heard me and confirm. Well apparently not because no one showed and nobody answered the phone!! Wow will never call or recommend them

Very friendly guy. Knows the area very well. Vehicle was very clean (which was a relief)... Driver offered to pick me up for my return transport and gave me a card to call.... Really great service. Very professional and friendly!

I will not use Duprees transportation services again! On Saturday October 12, 2019, I was supposed to have been picked up at 5;30 am for dialysis, never showed up or called. I kept calling, and nothing! I end up missing my dialysis treatment. Unprofessional and uncaring. This is unacceptable, in the care of playing with someones life!!!

Ensured my Mom arrived safely and on time for her 7 a.m. surgical appointment in Greenville - this required a very early journey as she lives over an hour away from Greenville. Highly recommend and would definitely use in the future.

Very unprofessional ! I called and told them I needed to be to my location at 9 they told me it will be a little after and I said ok that’s fine how much will it be. He said 12$ 20 mins went by they never showed up. I called them and text. And no one responded I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone what’s so ever ! Very unprofessional

FANTASTIC.. This is a true transportation service, we took a group out for the evening and Duprees was on time, the van looked and smelled new, and the driver was polite and safe. It was a great night out and we appreciate this professional service! We will be using you again. Thanks

The WORST service Ive ever had!!! I reserved a car a month in advance and it never happened. The guy who answer the phone was so rude! He never contacted me. I called him the night before I was supposed to have the car and he gave me some scam story that the vehicle was in an accident. I was fine taking another car. He said he find me a car but he NEVER did. I feel that I got scammed and they have all my info drivers license and credit card. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

On 2 occasions the man never showed up.... He will say ill be there in 25 minutes and will never show up.... Worst taxi service NEVER EVER CALL THIS PLACE YOU WILL BE VERY DISAPPOINTED BY YOUR RESULTS...

Great service! Very clean vehicle. Driver very knowledgeable and friendly. I was running a bit late for a speaking engagement coming from RDU to Greenville, NC. The driver actually got me to my engagement with about 5 minutes to spare... And I wasnt sliding around in the back or scared for my life.. Lol. Will definitely stick with this company. Past experience in that area have been very poor till I tried these guys... Will be my Go to transport company whenever Im in EASTERN, NC.

I have to mark a star in order for my post to post....This company sucks. Took us to ECU for concert from Rodeway Inn Hotel. Told us to call when ready for pick up and we even called his phone number while he was standing with us to make sure we had a connect. Called while at the corner of 14th street and Hasket Way where he dropped us off....could never get anyone to answer the phone...there were 10 other people waiting at the same spot for Dupree Transport. Some got an answer some not....one guy reached someone that told him he was on his way....they never showed for any of us....two hours later the cops retrieved us a taxi....these people cannot be trusted to get you there...next time I will drive no matter how bad traffic is....Penny Frisby -

Called 30 mins in advance, said they would be there in 10 to 15 mins. 45 mins later we are still waiting and decided to call a different cab. This companies cab never showed, dont waiste your time and use a different company.

I called for a 7:30 am pick up >>>>>in two days...i called the day before to confirm..4 times !!! Over 4 hours.. All I got was a voice mail saying We r helping someone else and we will call u bk within 10 minutes. FOUR TIMES!!! NEVER got a call bk!!! Called MPD and he WAS there EARLY>>Duprees is in my opionion is NOT reliable.....MPD is.

Dupree’s transportation is the worse company I ever used. We got charged $21 to go 1.5 miles down the road to pirate cove apartments. After ripping us off, he sends me a text messages receipt. If u would like to be over charged please use them.

Rude company owner!! Disrespectful when I asked how long the wait would be for the taxi, and he stated where he was at, and said I could map it out for myself, very unprofessional!!! Do not use this company. Need another driver for this company or just stop being disrespectful to customers.

Needs to find someplace to park his Vehicles you cant even get in and out of your own driveway for his Vehicles all over the street
