Two never returned call however Ace answered in person all three times I called. Was there on time and polite. Clean, comfortable vehicles. I will definitely be using this company again and recommending their taxi service!

I had an amazing experience riding with ace taxi. They are very quick and super friendly. They helped me with my luggage and got me to the airport 2 hours before the departure time. The rates to RDU are very reasonable. They always have a 10% discount on long distance trip which I used to tip the driver with. I will definitely use them again on my return trip to ECU.

Best cab company in Greenville if you ask me I call them spoke with Danny and he is always on Time as well as very respectable plus he knows his way around town he probably can drive it blindfolded with out breaking a sweat they take cash or card & and will email or text the receipt to you even when I had to go places in the early morning (5a.m.-7a.m.) you call them in advance and they will be there they will even call you a hour in in advance to make sure youll be ready I aint never had a bad ride with ace taxi just call today ask for Danny

I have used many taxi companies in the past but Ace taxi was the most reliable. I needed a trip from ECU to RDU airport on a very busy month and they scheduled my trip gave me the option to pay. They showed up on time and the cab was clean and got to the airport one hour and a half before departing time. I Recommend this great experience

Ive received consistently great cab service with Ace Taxi, from the dispatchers to the cab drivers from varying cab companies.Ive never yet been abandoned, and I cant think of a time when they didnt arrive within 10-15 minutes, with a personal call to let me know. I often refer other people to them with the same consistent results.Theyve been very cat-friendly for vet appts, and simply want to know what kind of animal and if its in a crate.

I called for a ride because i had overslept and was late for work. wasnt sure what to expect as it appeared that they were geared towered reservation, but the driver arrived within 15 minutes hed estimated. Dont make the mistake I did and see the couple of bad reviews mixed into the good reviews, and think this company must have just made a few honest mistakes. I should have heeded the warning signs. I reserved a cab five hours in advance and was assured they could pick me up and bring me to an important meeting. The cab never showed up, and when I called the company to try to figure out what happened, they did not answer the phone. I was late to my meeting because of this and had to call All Ways to come pick me up. Fortunately, All Ways responded quickly.

I have now taken Ace taxi a half of a dozen times for my business trips. What a great service! They offer everything that is important to me: reliability, friendliness, a spotless sedan, Vans, accessibility and competitive pricing.Ace taxi will be my go-to service from now on.

Driver came 20 minutes late, didnt call to say he was on his way til he was already 10 min late and when I complained that I was going to be late for work now he just said sorry didnt know that you needed to get to work and that he had other rides. Had the nerve to ask did I still need a pickup?!? Sounded on the phone like he was hanging out with people, not in a car. When he got there he was on his cell phone taking a personal call. Stayed on the phone the whole ride and didnt seem At all sorry about being 20 min late. Drove almost slow out of spite I think and couldnt remember what hotel I was going to. Will never call again for a cab ever!

Our cars brakes were bad and we didnt have anyone we knew who could drive us. So my boyfriend looked for cabs that could take me to raleigh. We couldnt find anyone that would take us from Greenville to there so we started to panic because I needed to get to work the next day. My boyfriend spoke with Dan who was happy to drive me there. Even stated that we would get a 15% discount. He was at my apartment on time (6:00AM) and ready to go. Ive never was on a cab by myself which made me pretty nervous but Dan who also was my driver made me feel comfortable and at ease. My boyfriend and I are also not familiar with the area since we recently moved to North Carolina from New Jersey and lamented about the 405 S traffic. This dude showed me an alternate route which made me an hour early to work when we left at our usual time! Amazing! He also kept his word about the 15% discount too which was even more amazing! This is the best taxi service within Greenville. The owner caters to the needs of their customers, by if his drivers are too busy with other customers he, himself will come and pick you up. I am highly impressed by how polite and courteous they are to their customers and how they will accommodate to anyones needs. Quick and affordable as well!!! I have been using Ace Taxi Cab Company for the past 2+ years for business travel. When I moved from NYC, I was looking for a reliable and prompt town car service for airport runs. They arrive on time in the morning (my typical pick-up is 4:45 or 5:30am) and for my return. Gopal, the owner, is my primary point of contact and driver and Ive come to appreciate that consistency given how often I travel.

Should be zero stars! Tried to get a time quote for a pickup for my fiance, and the guy on the phone was so rude. Was so upset I had to hang up and call another service. My fiance called back to let him know that he heard the whole conversation (since I merged the calls), and then the guy claims that he just couldnt hear me. (He didnt say that at all during our call)They tried to call me back, but I refused to pick up. Needless to say I wont be calling them again.

I called an hour ahead of time to request a ride. He got there 15 minutes late and made me 20 minutes late for work. The car wreaked of Black and Mild smoke. Then when we arrived at my destination, I asked if I could get money taken off because he was late and made me late for work. He told me the best he could do was take off two dollars!!!! Never again will I call this company again nor will I recommend them to anybody.

Everyone at Ace Taxi Cab exceeded my expectations! I had to rent a party bus for a bachelorette party and it was incredible! The driver, Danny was wonderful and professional and took us everywhere we wanted to go. The bus itself was immaculate, with every detail considered. Awful. I used this service for a long time without any issue during the day. If you need a ride past 5 p.m. at night, take it from me and choose another company. The drivers always show up late or not at all. If you call to ask where theyre at, its always Ill be there in 20 minutes or another driver just opened up, hes on his way then nothing. Its almost as though they want you to call another company. Had to miss an extremely important class even when I called these guys an hour in advance and followed up on the pickup twice. Duprees is usually on time, so Ill be going with them.

Guy couldnt find my friends house on his GPS, even though its incredibly simple. My friend even saw the taxi drive by! He didnt have his phone and had already locked the house door so I called. And the guy was like Im not driving back all that way. I was hoping the mixed reviews would favor the positive but I was so wrong!!

Called the first time and told dispatcher we needed a cab for 7 people he said NO problem give me 15 minutes. 30 minutes went by no cab no call back called again he said driver didnt call you I said no he said give me 15 minutes n he will be there. I said ok waited another 30 minutes and still no call or cab. Called 3rd time n nobody answered! So I Called K & M Owner answered told me 15 minutes or less n he was there in 12 minutes. Dont waste your time with Ace like I did...call K & M!!

Ive been using Ace Taxi for over 2 years now. I travel for work, sometimes weekly, and its important to have a taxi guy you can count on.When I started flying regularly, I tried several companies... some places were occasionally late or just forgot about my 5:30am scheduled pickup - not pleasant when youre already cutting it close getting to the airport.Ace has always put a driver at my door on time. They are also friendly and courteous... one Friday I came back to RDU, and the driver had my hat which I had unknowingly left in the taxi on Monday - after that I was hooked.I also text them to schedule pickups and text when I land at RDU - that makes it simple to set up my rides when I dont feel like calling. Highly recommended!

Ok I have been riding with ace taxi for along time and my experience was always good but today I called for a taxi and the driver tried to over charge me he tried to charge me 12$ for a 8$ ride all of these months I have payed 8$ I told that MF he a lie I dont want the taxi. He have to be a new driver .

WORST! You cannot rely on them. Our ECU student called the day before and got a confirmation for a next day airport trip home for the holidays. Not only did they NOT show up, when they called, the person on the phone was rude and said they had no idea about a confirmation and that it would take over an hour to get someone. Luckily, another student (several were outside witnessing this) offered to drop our kid off at the airport (much thanks!) otherwise we would be at the last minute trying to find some other cab company. NEVER AGAIN ACE TAXI!!!

I was in the area on a business trip and found them on my iphone when looking for a cab to RDU Airport. They came fast and the fare was very reasonable. I enjoyed my stay here as well.

My 20-year-old son was in Greenville and needed to get to Raleigh Durham airport on Friday for a flight leaving at 2:50 p.m. I called from California on Thursday and spoke with Cedric. He agreed to pick up my son up at 11:30 a.m. and drive him to the airport. I called again in the morning to ask if he could get there earlier, at 11:00 a.m. He said ok. Cedric arrived at 10:50 a.m. He helped my son with his luggage. According to my son, the car was clean and Cedric was cool. I am very grateful that everything worked out as planned in what was a stressful situation for my son.

Ridiculous experience, set up for a pick up at 545 am to the airport with a days notice, cab didnt show up, i called twice with no answer and they left me completely high and dry. Wont ever use or recommend.

I have been using Ace Taxi Cab Company for a long time. I am EXTREMELY HAPPY with their service. They are so nice, frienly, polite and help me in any way they can to make my trip easier. I am an older retired woman alone and I travel a great deal and also do a lot of running around town. They always come at the proper time I ask them to, sometimes a bit earlier so I dont have to rush. They always get me to either the Greenville Airport or Coastal (New Bern) in plenty of time and do take advanced reservations when I know when I am going in advance. (Sometimes I decide on the spur of the moment), but they are always there for me. I have no problems ever going even 2 or 3 places in one day, they just come and drive me where I want to go. YOU WANT BE SORRY YOU CALLED THEM, I PROMISE! p.s. this is not a paid advertisement and no one told me what to write. THEY ARE FANTASTIC1

Will NEVER EVER EVER EVER EVER USE AGAIN. I took a ride 1.82 miles 3 minutes by Google Maps. Only made really one stop two stores right next to each other a total of MAYBE 5 minutes. The CHARGE WAS $27.00 and the driver was the owner. I know not because he had is information posted as required but the phone conversation he was having with a prospective driver. I have taken the same ride many times for $12.00. This MAN if I can use that word to describe him is a total scam and should not be allowed to operate a taxi service anywhere. CALL ANYONE ELSE BEFORE YOU CALL THEM! WALK RUN DO ANYTHING BUT CALL THE RIPOFFS AT ACE.

TERRIBLE! I called, talked to Richard gave him address three times!! I needed to get my husband to ER for severe back pain. He assured me said it would be about 15 mins. I called him back after an hour .. asked him where he was? in case he was lost.. not knowing how to get to our house... he wouldnt say Just said I am on my way, That was another 1.5 hours ago. Now my husband says he isnt going to hospital!! Took me three hours to convince him to take cab to go in first place! Thanks alot RICHARD! and ACE cab.. I called this company multiple times over a period of 4 hours. Each time the driver assured me that he would arrive in 10 - 20 minutes, but he never showed. If I had been trying to get to the airport, I would have missed my flight. As it was, the business I needed to visit had closed by the time they finally got around to sending someone over.

Called this company over 30 times this morning from 6:56am to 7:34am without any answer! Dont advertise 24 hour service if you are truly not a 24 hour service! Thank God for Uber!
