Every day we find more and more examples of how low quality and rushed this job was. Sadly at this point, we’d rather have our 100-year old windows back. Look at the photos and decide for yourself.Paid for replacement of 32 windows. Didn’t get the style (contoured grids) we agreed to in the contract and paid for.We get to look out of a very lopsided kitchen window install (Pictured) that I don’t believe anyone would find acceptable.Old plastic trim was reused. Had thought that would be replaced with aluminum like every other new window replacement (“white aluminum capping around entire perimeter”, per contract) but apparently not. Leaves our new windows looking cheaply installed. Especially because the plastic trim doesn’t line up with the new aluminum on the bottom. Overused silicone caulk in a way I hadn’t thought possible by a professional.We were also left with more clean up than we expected. Still finding aluminum and wood shards a week later and had to clean up silicone caulk from our wood floors. Cleanup and debris removal was also supposed to be part of the contract.Didn’t meet the standard we expected from other pictures and reviews of his work. He used a large team of subcontractors so perhaps that was the issue.

City Wide Windows did a fantastic job ordering and installing our front door and storm door. Anthony was very knowledgable during the ordering process and made it a much easier and smoother process. When installing, they take their time, pay close attention to detail and make sure everything looks clean and beautiful upon completing the job to perfection. Not only did they install our doors, but they also installed black, metal flashing to cover the exposed wood around the door and above the adjacent window in order to eliminate upkeep on the wood, such as painting. They ordered and installed the large, adjacent window a year ago and did such an impressive job I went back to them for the front and storm doors! The front door is BEYOND what my husband and I dreamed of having! They are very professional and I highly recommend! I will definitely be keeping City Wide Windows around for future jobs like I have been, and I will continue to recommend them to family and friends.

I had City Wide Replace 5 windows in my house. From start to finish Anthony as A1. Once i made the original call we made an appointment for him to come to the house, measure the windows that needed replaced (Original 60+ year old single pane casements) showed me my options for new windows. Had an estimate for me within 48 hours. I work long hours so Anthony met me at my office to go over the contract and get the deposit.Once my windows came in Anthony called and told me he had an opening the following week to put them in. We agreed to 8am he was there at 8am ready to go. His crew was very professional and courteous. They were done in roughly 3 hours. (only had 5 windows replaced, its a small house) I came over to see when it was finished and was blown away by how great it looked. Everything was cleaned up inside and outside the house.I would give more than 5 stars if I could. In a time where supplies are hard to get, and workers are even harder to find, Anthony and his crew are a cut above the rest. If you need windows absolutely give them a call!

Fantastic service! We had a bit of a window emergency and Anthony called me immediately back and had our problem solved within 2 hours. On a Sunday. Exceptional service. Exceptional response time. We will never use anyone else!

We had several companies provide estimates on a new entry door to us only to be either astronomically expensive or they ended up not being able to have the door made. Anthony came to our home and used a computer to build our door to our specifications which gave us a really good idea of how the final products would look. His final price was very reasonable so we decided to hire him to do our project. Anthony was able to have our door custom made and installed quicker than other companies were able to set up a time to measure the door opening. The final results were excellent, Anthony and his team were able to install our door with a sidelight and 2 basement windows in under half a day. We are very happy with the results and would only want to use him for any work we have in the future. Very professional, great communication and excellent work at a reasonable price. Thats really hard to find nowadays.

After moving from California, it was not easy to just pick a window company out of a hat and just go with them. I called up Anthony after seeing his professional website; he offered to come by to take a look at the windows I wanted to replace. Anthony provided me with a very affordable quote so we decided to go forward with the purchase and installation. We did wait a little over two months for the windows to come in, then two weeks later Anthony and his team came by to install them. It took them about 3 hours. They did an amazing job. I would highly recommend him, and contract his services in the future.

City Wide Windows did a great job repairing a commercial window in our kitchen that had a crack. They had to remove the window to measure the glass and then replace the glass when the new glass was ready.
