The woman with glasses was extremely rude, and simply wouldnt listen to my needs one bit. Kept trying to sell my a Viking when I specifically said they were out of my budget, told me I was foolish to want a Singer in the first place, and refused to answer questions about any Singer, because, you obviously arent serious about buying. Needless to say, I will never buy a machine from their gallery, and instead will happily but from Amazon instead. Rude, inattentive, and a waste of my time. If I could, Id give zero stars. The women working elsewhere within JoAnn Fabrics were much more helpful in aiding me with my future purchase.Edit: Her name is Dorinda!
