This is my 5th time going to v nails and every time i have absolutely loved it they always do such an amazing job. they always keep you company so your not sitting there in silence. i 110% recommend you go to v nails and try them out there absolutely amazing.

Amazing experience! Very friendly staff that went above and beyond to make sure we got what we wanted done on our nails for a important occasion. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Highly recommend and will be going back!

As a nail technician myself,, I’m to lazy to do my own nails, Vnails have been my “go to” place since way back when they were located inside Walmart! They know I want perfection,, seldom have I EVER had problems with my services,, now a couple times I didn’t like my polish,, they redone it free of charge even though I’m the one that picked it out! I have a daughter who had not liked her nails after having them done,, They could tell she wasn’t happy,, they ask her let them redo the whole set and wasn’t gonna charge her a dime! People arnt perfect, we have our good days,, we have our bad days,, and the best thing about these girls are,, if they make a mistake or not,, they fix or correct it no matter the fault! I’ve seen how they treat people like family,, I’ve seen the tears for a client who has passed on,, to them,, We are family and though we’re not blood,, they treat us as such! I myself am forever grateful to these ladies and recommend anyone and everyone to support their business!! Took my girls for some much needed girls time out. The staff was very friendly and did an amazing job. Also, very clean!

BEWARE!!! This is by far the absolute WORST place to get your nails done!! Not only is the staff very rude, the prices are NOT posted, and it’s absolutely outrageous!! They charged over $130 for my sister, and 4 year old niece to get 2 manicures and 1 pedicure… on the 4 year old!! The quality of the work was not even worth $40, let alone $130!! We will most definitely not be going back there ever again!! SAVE YOUR MONEY, THIS PLACE IS A TOTAL RIP-OFF!!!!!

I have been going to these ladies for my nail needs for 20+ years, they do a great job and are very friendly. Keep up the great work Amy, Vicky, Nancy and Vy. They not only care about your nails but also you as a person.

Horribly unprofessional!! They did not write my appointment on their calendar. Hey, mistakes happen. Rather than apologize or try to find a solution, the scheduler said I must have called the incorrect number. She repeatedly asked what number I called. I showed her on my phone that I did indeed call the correct number. She continued to flash the piece of paper they use to record appointments in my face saying I’m not on it, I must have called the wrong number. They lost my business!

Ladies nice, did pretty good job. Did not grind out callous at all.

Daughter had an appointment at 5:00 this past Thursday. She didnt get called back until 6:00. She had 2 broken nails and was getting them all redone. The woman actually made one of her nails bleed and didnt even apologize. After she was done her nails looked terrible!! They didnt apologize for the ridiculous wait either! The next day her nail broke!! Had to go to LA nails to get fixed and while she was fixing them she found 3 more that were cracked from V nails. Will never go here again. Very rude staff and quality of the nails are terrible and not worth a dime.

Ladies were extremely nice however I dropped my daughter at 2:30 I ran to Walmart went shopping came back an hour later she was still sitting “soaking” the acrylics off. We finally left at 4:50. But her nails still weren’t painted. It was a HUGE waste of time because of how long it took.The little machine they used to take her acrylics went off three times and my daughter had to wait for them to come over and restart it.

Ive been here twice now, and even though there was a little wait because they were busy, it was well worth it both times. I love the chrome colors, and have gotten so many compliments on my nails

Stood at the counter for at least 5 minutes, was never acknowledged. Finally someone was checking out and I had to ask how long for a repair. This place is not friendly at all, bad customer service. I left

Friendly staff but I felt rushed and unheard. I hadnt had my nails done in a while so I wasnt sure what to ask for so I brought a picture instead. I ended up with something totally different by mistake. Theyre slightly uneven but not terribly. Theyre cute, I just wish the experience would have been nicer

Walked out. Waited for over 30 minutes without anyone saying a word. Lady walked in and sat back in the chair before another lady and I. The nail polish for sale looked years old. Hot, door left open to get air. Will not return. Went to LA Nails instead. I was helped right away.

My daughter and I waited for almost 20 minutes and nobody even acknowledged that we were there. Another woman walked in and sat right down. We walked out immediately and most definitely will not be back.

The shop didnt look clean or organized. I got shellac which at my usual salon stays on until the nails grow out and I have it taken off. This started coming off the next day. I will not go back.

They got us in very quickly, however there’s no proper sanitation at all. I got a pedicure and a manicure, after I got done with the pedicure I sat down to get my nails done.. they then put the next customer down at the same pedicure space I was at without even rinsing out the tub. The tools were dirty.. the table even worst and my nails look pretty awful. The polish is spotty and streaky. They were all very nice but for that price I’ll take my business elsewhere

Great place first time really nice and good prices

I had a horrible experience here. Not only were they extremely unfriendly and rude. When I asked to have one simple thing done like having my nails buffed instead of having thick bubbly clear polish, the lady looked at me like I was stupid then the lady next to her jumped down my throat as if I had offended her somehow by simply asking for a buff my nails instead of applying old goopy polish (which I had to remove when I got home and then buff my own nails). On top of that I had to file my own nails down because they were all different lengths and extremely crooked. So after an hour of working on them myself they look decent. Needless to say I will never recommend nor return to this over priced rude halfassed job of a establishment again.

People were very nice. However, 35 dollars for a full Pedi should not be just a foot soak and a Polish change . I dont believe that this was their policy as the lady in the chair next to me got the full treatment. If you go in for a pedi have one of the ladies do it, I think the young gentleman that works there doesnt really know what hes doing. My Polish is very pretty with little flowers, but my toenails are crooked....

Very very rude service for one and the lady who did my nails was so rude to my son and rough she kept jerking on my hands. And my nails dont look the best. The price was high as well.

I’ve only been here twice and once again the staff was very rude. Clearly they don’t care about new customers who don’t go there often. Getting snippy with someone and telling them to relax and being rough with your hands does NOT help a person to relax. Especially to someone who doesn’t relax easily anymore!!
