I called to ask where I would be in my hair color process at a certain time bcuz I had a conflicting phone appointment that would last 10 minutes. Tracy blew up, canceled the appointment and then canceled the next weeks appointment. I was stunned. I was driving during this call. She accused me of raising my voice, I didnt. I think shes used to people canceling on her. So I am taking my business elsewhere.
