I just discovered this place recently when my daughter and her fiancé were looking for a replacement setting for her engagement ring. They got the most beautiful ring at a reasonable price, and their service was excellent. They had to change out her diamond and had it done the very next day since she was leaving town that day. I just had a necklace repaired and they had it done within minutes. Very happy with the service and they have a great selection as well. Highly recommend!

There are not enough kind words that I can say about Brian and his wife. I brought an old ring to trade in and they helped me find two rings (one beautiful morganite and the other a diamond) that I absolutely love. They were great at helping me find something that was exactly my style. They even resized them on the spot and they gave me an INCREDIBLE deal. They also helped me come up with an idea for bands to go with my new diamond ring and I will absolutely be back to have them make those custom bands a reality. They are fantastic and I HIGHLY recommend them!

I went into the Pawn and jewelry exchange to sell some of my parents things ( my mother recently passed away and my father had to be placed in a nursing home) I was very emotional and these guys were amazing, they were very kind,and understanding. The entire staff is absolutely amazing. I took a few vintage watches to be overhauled for my husbands birthday. I wasnt sure how they would turn out but was very happy when I picked them up and was husband was happy with his present. They never let me down. Even found something for perfect for me.

I stopped by this place last week to check out their crystal collection. I left buying 3 charms and left my wedding/engagement set to changed from yellow gold to white gold. I picked it up today. I looks absolutely amazing. I is more beautiful than I could have ever hoped. Brian is awesome at what he does and Ashley is so informative and friendly. I love this place! Brian is an incredibly talented artist and knowledgeable jeweler. He is very creative! I took him in a music-themed ring and he gave it a much needed overhaul and added a beautiful diamond in the center. He was even so thoughtful as to add an under-bezel so that the diamond’s tip doesn’t poke my finger when I wear the ring. I am super impressed! Also, I had taken him my favorite sentimental antique diamond platinum ring, (the band on it had broken) and he was able to fix it for me right there in the shop. My favorite ring was back on my finger that same day! Amazing customer service!!!

I came in with little to no knowledge on how the actual mass produced jewelry world worked. I came in trying to sell my 6 rings and necklace and bracelet hoping I could upgrade my 2 attempted wedding sets. They were very kind and mentioned the offer of a trade and then showed me multiple styles I mentioned were my favorite and then told me about the offers involved with each ring. Unfortunately, they did not have the ring I had in mind that I would love but I still got a TON of information regarding the offer process and what my rings and jewelry are actually worth. I was taken away and a little heart broken to know my husband and I paid SO MUCH in regards to how much the respected jewelry companies actually pay for these rings. I was noticeably saddened feeling I was wasting mine and their time with my high hopes, but the gentleman still offered to replace the missing diamond on my favorite ring out the bunch and clean it to add a smile back to my day. All he requested in return, was an honest review. And he even sat with me and we discussed more jewelry details to help me remain more informed. I can honestly say I have never been treated so well for doing nothing, even more when I paid for jewelry which is sad. I will be returning for my husbands resizing of his wedding band and to buy another anniversary band with FAIR prices! I have 8 more available fingers! Lol

I understand the previous comments, but since then the Pawn and Jewelry Exchange has been under new ownership. My entire experience went smoothly. The price tags are negotiable, so dont let them scare you away. I bought a 14K white gold engagement ring and they were able to size it while I shopped around. Later I was thinking about changing the stone out in the ring. I brought it down, talked to their jeweler, and he custom built me the EXACT ring that I wanted. For 1/3 the price of any retail! Id highly recommend going there, not only is their jewelry selection amazing, they also have all sorts of things. Ive been going back and looking for hidden treasures ever since. Their merchandise always chances, so Im constantly finding new things.

I went in here to get rid of some jewelry I didnt/couldnt used. The staff was so helpful. I was able to actually have a piece fixed on site in under an hour. I then was so happy with the help that I traded my pieces in for two pieces I will actually wear often!! There is a certified professional jeweler on site as well as two wonderful women that helped me look for certain stones and stay within my stated price range. I am actually having a ring made to pick up in the future. I could not have been more shocked and pleased with the kindness, help, knowledge, and organization of this establishment! I will be a returning customer :)I recently added a small ring to my collection after completing a masters degree and had this ring made for me by TPJE. I purchased and sold several items several years ago while they were in their former location. I always received fair pricing whether I was buying or selling. I have also taken my jewelry to their jeweler, Brian, for repairs and would not go anywhere else. I have had rings sized, bracelets repaired, and I am currently having a custom ring designed and executed using a stone from a family heirloom necklace. You can rely on Brian for creative ideas and quality work at very reasonable prices. I read the remarks of other commenters on this site and am not sure where they are coming from. I have been in the shop many times over the years and have never seen an immature sales force.

I took my son to spend his bday money on a laptop. The gentleman asked us our budget and gave us the options. I didnt know some of the lingo, so he explained the no hard drive concerns I had. I was referred to them by a customer where I work and Im not disappointed in the least!! So much so, I took my youngest back for his upcoming bday. Both laptops are blemish free, wiped clean (besides OS) and came with chargers and a 30 day warranty! Stop by and take a gander; I dont think youll be disappointed. This is by far my new go-to😁

I had an old chain I wanted to sell it was a 160gram Sterling silver Figaro chain, after they told me it was fake I almost threw it in the trash... gladly I went elsewhere and got a second opinion and it turned out it was rhodium plated and they didnt know to scratch thru it to do the acid test.

Will ba blatantly lie about the market price of gold & silver.Also the constant awkward cackling at everything from one of the associates will really get uncomfortable. I didnt tell a joke, she just makes a point to cackle as a response to everything & it makes her not seem trust worthy.Dont bother emailing them for information. They dont provide any useful online service and will just try to get you to come to the store - even when they dont actually have it. It doesnt matter to them that you drove 2.5 hours for specific items & theyll try to rip you off price wise on stuff you dont really want.Btw that 925 silver heart ring with the blue stone is literally $3 from the manufacturer on eBay. Not worth $10.

Came in today looking for small engine repair. I cant begin to tell you how helpful and outgoing the staff was. And they have just about anything you could possibly need to buy.

They wanted $75 for my iPad mini 3 thats 64 gigs. Clearly I didnt hand it over since the iPad was in great condition. The people didnt know the difference between a Samsung tablet to an iPad mini 3. Its a total joke.

Rip off alert. They lie right to you face of values of items and waste your time. The tool guys knowledge of tools is about that of a house wife and after buying a grinder from them in the past and it breaking within one minute of turnin it on and being refused a refund, Aldo being charged double of what harbor freight charges for it brand new, I can say I will not be returning to these crooks. Bad buisness practices.

WOW. This place is terrible. My wife and I went into this place and felt totally uncomfortable. The workers ther were probably like 18-20 years old. They were more concerned with their group of friends there than the customers. There was another couple there that were african american. We overheard some racist comments from the employees and owner. We immediately left.
