Took my phone in as it wasnt charging right when I plugged the cable in. I was prepared to be told that it wasnt reparable, or that they could replace the port for $$$. Took in a laptop for a keyboard replacement. That took forever in itself. When we got it back the battery wasnt holding a charge. They blamed it on being a bad battery. It again took forever for the part to come and them to fix it. Ill never go back there for a computer repair. I sure hope theyre better with cell phones.

We had a screen replaced on an iphone, 2 weeks after the repair the phone case was removed for the first time since the repair. When the case was removed the entire screen came off with the case. The whole screen is now off of the phone. I took the phone back to CPR and they refused to replace the screen without paying another $189. A brand new screen lasted 2 weeks, do not waste your time and money!

Got my screen replaced here about a year ago, but I just figured to leave a review for others to never go here. I recently got a new battery in my phone and when BestBuy took my phone apart. My screen was actually never in correctly and I was just dealing with low quality “apparently OLED screen” the guy at CPR put in. The “OLED screen” the guy at CPR put compared to a an actually OLED screen was utter trash.Save your time and I suggest going to apple’s website to find certified places to have your phone issues resolved.

Service and timing was awesome! I think you guys accidentally didn’t glue on or attach the home button on my new screen correctly, however, given they give you the lifetime warranty, I know it’s not going to be an issue fixing it. Staff were very accommodating and pleasant.

Great place! One day service. They replaced the screen on my ZTE MAX XL. The first time there was a problem with the speaker. It was crooked & the screen cracked as they were putting it on. They applied some glue to the small cracks. I paid them full price as I had faith in their work. Not sure how much time went by & my phone fell out of my hand as I was trying to carry too much. I had a protective case on it but the screen cracked down the middle & on each side at the top by the speaker. I called them, returning for them to replace the way cracked screen. They replaced it for free, while straightening the speaker that was crooked. Its like I have a new phone! A-1 service! Polite & appreciative of my business! This is the place to go. They also sell phones of course. Check them out. You will not be disappointed!

Service was good but 2 weeks later my phone started glitching, my phone automatically deletes apps and switches back and forth between screens on its own and it never did that before I got the new screen...now I have to go buy a whole new phone. My phone is not usable until I get a new one

Very prompt service. I had 3 cell phones repaired and even though 2 of them had parts that needed to be ordered I am very satisfied with turn around time. My only complaint is that it seemed a bit pricey in comparison to the I-repair kiosk in the mall. Overall it was a great experience.

I had been getting my phone fixed here for awhile, but it wasn’t until recently where i had decided i won’t be making anymore trips up. i got my phone fixed, battery and screen repair, that alone was pretty pricey for me, so i expected it to be good as usual. but the battery will completely die and shut the phone off when it’s already at 50%, unless you plug it back in, and then it just says 50% again, meaning it was never dead. that was the first problem, but when i was there, one of the employees didn’t know a thing about what he was doing? apparently he messed up or was taking so long that they thought they needed to give me some cheap phone case to make up for it when it didn’t even fit. needless to say, i’m disappointed. kinda glad to say we will be going elsewhere from now on.

They are good. When I initially came in to get a warranty replacement for my screen protector they told me that it was not a particular kind until I had to point out the color change on the protector to prove it was the one I bought. They guys was meticulous getting the new screen protector on but did manage to leave a few pieces of clothing particles under the screen protector as he couldnt get them off after a couple of tries.

I called the store before leaving home to discuss the problem with my IPhone 7, which appeared to be a dying battery. We discussed cost of replacement (about $60. + tax) & determined that they had the correct replacement battery in stock. When I arrived, Because of “social-distancing”, the tech met me at the door. It was ready in about an hour, at the stated cost.That was a week ago, & I’m happy to say that it solved the problem! I had considered ordering a new battery & changing it myself, with the help of YouTube videos. So glad I didn’t! The service was good, the location was easy to find, & the cost was fair. I’ll use CPR again.

Stay away, dont drop anything for repair unless you can watch them. Dropped Samsung T2 tablet off for screen replacement, and new battery. Returned with no sim card and all data lost. Stay away never again.

Wish I could leave lower then a star. Should read all. So we took my brothers phone there for a repair after 3 times of them apparently ordering the wrong screen which one time I can understand but 3 like come on. Then after being told we would get a call when it comes in we were completely ghosted no call nothing. So the new phone my brother just bought who only wanted a new screen cause it had a couple cracks after a drop was kept and his little over $100 payment for the repair is just gone and after reading the receipt its in their policy after 30 days they claim the property basically as abandoned. Biggest BS scam Ive ever dealt with Id recommend any other place but this one.

Had my IPhone X screen replaced here. At first I loved it. After a few weeks I realized that I had multiple issues with the screen. Intermittently it doesn’t react as it should. Also colors are no where near the same as the OE screen. Don’t get me wrong, It’s acceptable but had I known it would’ve been a down grade from the OE screen I would’ve driven to the apple store.The service was great here! This review is no reflection on the employees. They were great! It’s just an inferior screen!
