We use their services at our work office, constantly having issues after every time they Update our computers. More recently have been having software problems and when I reached out for resolution they asked for more specific details and the files I was requesting I needed for download to correct my problems. Same problem that has been going on for over a year and the files where sent in the first initial E-mail. This just proved to me they didnt even read my E-mail or specific problem I was having before responding. This was while directly communicating with the owner ! Poor communication on their part to resolve issues they they stated would be fixed time and time again for over 1-year.

Theykept calling me and did mot have the customer Id number so I did not respond to their calls and no one called back with the proper ID number

Well I know I won’t say anything negative about this company but I applied to a position and well I thought I was a good fit but right after the president says I’m not a good fit just loosing hope. But I have no words to say. Plus the job posting didn’t say anything about previous job experience at all.
