I visited 15 minutes before closing time on a Friday. The staff was willing to stay late to help me out with my flat tire! I was very grateful! While I waited, I sat in the waiting area with the company of the owner. He took the time to tell me what was wrong with my tire and how they would be able to fix it. I 100% recommend their car services!

This place is how a garage should operate. Theyre here for the customer unlike a lot of these shops. Your giving a diagnoses and walk through of the vehicles problems before anything. Very professional. The best part is the price is right along with the problems being fixed. TOP NOTCH.

This is the best auto repair place! They found problems that had not been addressed in a long time, nor found by other auto services. My car is 18 years old, and required a lot of attention, which it got at Performance Plus. Ill use their services from now on. Very pleased!!!

Being an GM Auto Tech since 1980 I found it very strange not to be able to find a shop who would work on my 1988 Chevrolet Silverado. I had left it at 3 different supposedly reputable shops in Greensburg, Pennsylvania, they kept it for a day and one told me he had no clue what was wrong with it and the other 2 said it was too old and they didnt have the equipment to work on it. Jim from Performance Plus took it right in and kept me advised on how the diagnosis and things it needed in a timely manner. The waiting area was very clean and the Shop was the cleanest I had ever seen!I Highly Recommend Performance Plus Automotive!

After having several garages unwilling to evaluate the issue with my engine, these guys were willing to diagnose immediately. They kept me abreast of all the details, explained every step, and even counseled me on how to approach the manufacturer to have the repair covered. Even though I had to take it to the dealer to have the repair (as required by manufacturer), they prepared a full report of their diagnosis to ensure I had my problems addressed. I will be using them in the future as they are clearly focused on gaining customers and not just making a sale.

My one and only mechanics! Joe and Dan are terrific. Not only they take good care of my car, but of me as well, like drive to pick me up and then to return my car. They also print out a detailed list of what has been done, and always ask what I want done. For example, they dont insist that I should have the most expensive tires, because they know I am on a fixed income. Highly recommended!

Five Star⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Excellent service.Excellent attention to detail.I needed to replace my trucks engine and a few other services, Performance Plus took great care of my vehicle. Not having a background in mechanics or very much knowledge on the subject, they took the time to make sure I understood everything that was going on. They always had options for me to choose from that best fit my financial needs. They even made sure I had a ride while my vehicle was being worked on.

My boyfriend had to get an interlock system installed. We had some problems with the system, but I know that has nothing to do with the garage that installs and recalibrates it. Performance Plus is clean. They have a public restroom, a Keurig machine with both coffee and hot chocolate available, and clean comfortable chairs. And, they help are friendly as well as professional! It was a nice experience despite a bad situation.

My car died on the highway and I was towed into Performance plus automotive. Everyone was incredibly helpful and very nice. They took care of the issue right away and were very accommodating. In general my experience with them was fantastic. I highly recommend them.

My car broke down very suddenly and I had to be towed to Performance Plus. They worked me in and made sure I was always informed on what was happening. They fixed my car relatively quickly and did great work on my car. I cannot recommend them more!

Top-notch service! My fuel pump gave out while I was traveling east and my car was towed to Performance Plus as they were closing for the evening. The crew was kind enough to wait until I showed up, coordinated a local hotel room for me at a reduced rate, drove me over there, and set to work on my car first thing in the morning. Asked for an estimate on a coolant leak for my Audi.This shop called me back after two days to tell me they needed to authorize more time and labor since they didnt know exactly where the leak was coming from.I asked if they felt confident on working with such a vehicle, they stated yes. This was not true, I did authorize the work to see what estimate they would come up with.TLDR: Ended up with a $435 diagnostic bill, their estimate was a grand over another local mechanic whom I took the car to first.

Do not support this place. They tried to give me a $3400 bill to replace a timing belt and head gaskets after my Subaru broke down on the side of the road 80 miles from home. I feel I was taken advantage of because I was a woman who knows nothing about cars. At first the bill was only to be $1100 but then once they had the car torn apart they started adding money. I felt I had no choice but to pay. Luckily a friend helped me out and we had the car towed out of that place. But before I could take the car they made me pay $1800 for doing nothing but tearing my engine apart! A friend ended up fixing my car for $700 bucks and had it back to me in a day. Do not let them have your car!

He charges more than other local garages. I tell him I dont want to pay 70$ for an oil change. He says ill do it for 18 then he puts 1 quart in but tells me its 13$ but when I pick up he charged 39. Plus he gives ridiculous prices to see if you will let him do the work. I will never recommend this place to anybody. Its not the few extra dollars its the point that he told me a price and no more than 5 mins later he told the girl paying that he cant do exactly what he just said he would do.

My son who lives in louisiana is working on a pipeline in PA and his engine went bad on his truck. By chance he found Performance Plus and they found an engine and changed it for him in a very fast amount of time. This really saved him while away from home. Truck runs great now. Their so called repair, which costs $900, failed within two months. They were arrogant and condescending when they spoke to my wife, made her so angry that she refused to deal with them. Should have trusted her instincts.
