Great service from the time we walked in the door. They know how to make you feel welcomed and ensure you leave knowing all the important details when it comes to the service they provided. They didnt have any in stock to fit my car. Mike made a couple of calls. Got the wheels I wanted ordered. They got the new wheels on my car and even put the old rims in the trunk for me. I am a customer at the RNR here in Greensboro,NC (3738 W Gate City BLVD). My vehicle was towed in to this location due to a flat tire, I was told by the employees that the tire would have to be ordered.. I had no problem with that being that it was Saturday I was fine with the tire being there on that Monday. I was told that my vehicle would be pulled in and out of garage at opening and closing.. which I was also fine with. Monday came around .. no tire Tuesday came around .. no tire Wednesday came around ... no tire and no one had reached out to me either ? So I called the location and the response was I got was “ Oh your tire was here yesterday “ ... so why wasn’t it put on my car that Wednesday when it arrived? And why wasn’t I notified that the tire was there ? So I proceed to ask those questions and I was told that the tire would be put on the car within the next hour .. So I waited 2 hours and went to the location... why is my tire still not on my car ? The excuse for that was they had gotten “ busy “ ? Why am I not too priority and my car has been at your shop for 1 tire for 4 days ? They get the car in the bay and here comes an employee asking me to come look at something??? So I go back there and look and they’re telling me that the tow company bent my outer tie rod ? Don’t know how that’s possible and that’s not where my car was hooked and it was towed with a flat bed ? So I asked them was the car able to be driven me not knowing what that bent part means.. I was told it would be an “uncomfortable” drive so I said okay. I get in my vehicle after the tire is placed on and I try to drive away and the entire wheels turns completely in to the vehicle.. I have Timestamped pictures from the tow company of my vehicle and how it was towed and I also have their full cooperation as to RNR I got a nasty attitude from the “ manager “. If someone doesn’t contact me within the next 48 hours I will be taking legal action as well as the Better Business Bureau.

Second time customer, and I was absolutely thrilled doing business with RNR, and Salesman Mike! He is a man of his word, and goes above & beyond to get things done.

On 05-22-2021 my wife and I went into RNR today @12 and one of the customers service  reps that was helping us was very snarky and seemed to not want to wait on us. Passing us onto another customer service rep which then had me fill out paperwork. Gave me a price quote on the computer and showing it to me on the computer and had me waiting for an hour and a half at this point. We got hungry and went to Mexican restaurant next door and before we left, we made sure we left the key with them so they could get to it. We asked they guy before then when could we get the rims installed and he joked and said 3 weeks and then was like we can get them put on today. It was 2:20 then and while sitting at the restraunt, I got a call from the rep stating that the computer wasnt allowing the quote to be registered and could I come back Monday and could I come get my key. When I walked in they were saying they were about to close SMH! What behooves me is that I was shown a quote on the computer but now the computer all of a sudden doesnt recognize the quote that gave earlier on the computer. RNR in Greensboro is trash and wasted whole day SMH! They get no stars from me. I feel as if they were rushing and didnt want to serve me because they were about to close and I was there several hours before it closed. That is a deal breaker for me.

If you need tires and don’t have the money to spend right away, go to RNR and see Mike he’s extremely helpful and professional and is there to help you get the job done and on your way

Poor service they didnt have but like two different styles of rimmed and they wanted to tell me that the pattern that my car has was ineligible to get the piece that would make my pattern work on any other type of RAM but they couldnt order in it until six to eight weeks before it could come in and then they couldnt promise that I could still get the rims that I wanted very poor customer service rude as hell and they could not even try to help me order the rims that I prefer prefer from a online tight that they even dealt with

The guys at RNR did a great job on my wifes car yesterday. They was very professional and courteous. The guys there also done a very good and it fishing job and then theres a good quality and efficient time they were was on the paperwork that was very good and proper only explain everything for my wife on extra on everything on what you need to do if she has had a flat tire whatever the guys theyre all good at what they do and they all need to be amended it for their jobs because they do it very professional.

Needed to have wheel adapters installed for some wheels that I bought. I did not buy the wheels or tires from RNR (although after seeing their selection, there we a few styles I liked, and the prices were competitive enough to consider them for my next purchase) long story short 95% of wheel shops refused to install them. Even though I didn’t buy wheels or tires from them RNR hooked me up, even had the extra pcs I need for the perfect install and the price couldn’t be matched. Extremely satisfied with their customer service and fair pricing.

Came into RNR and was greeted right away! I came in because I had a cracked rim and found a set of replacements for a reasonable price. Was referred by a co-worker. Ordered a wheel to have replaced, brought it in my trunk, told the young guy I had it in my trunk, he failed to write it on the ticket. Long story short, they called me a liar, that I did not tell him. The wheel was disposed of and I lost 139.00. Will never go back or refer anyone else. They dont even deserve i star but it wouldnt let me post without.

Update 8/11/2020: So. Went back for a set of tires for my daughters car. Jose was great, everyone was kind and friendly. I will be going back to check on rims and tires for my car in the next week or so. Still doing a great job and everything below from my first visit is still all good.I had a great, fast and very easy experience with the staff at RNR. I called them on the phone to set up an appt. for Saturday and they told me that if I had time to just come on in and they would take care of me. The application process was easy to fill out and the terms were just as easy. I think it tool the, about 20 minutes to change all four tires. I would highly recommend RNR to anyone.

Needed tires Discount Tires were a little cheaper but they wont all their money at one time. I am pay only $25 a week and total cost is only $50 more than discount. RNR also gave me a year Road side assistance. I am hooked for life!!! Guys made me feel like family.

I came in to get a new set of wheels. I told them I had till 5 which gave me about 3 hours. Everyone was friendly. I realized the rims were scratched this morning and the red paint was cheap and we were in a rush to get out of there since it was 5 PM already. Anyways I came back this morning to tell them I honestly was not happy with the tires at all and that the red was cheap and I would either completely return them or switch for new ones. They got me all set up for an order of brand new ones that are completely just black, which look so much better and wouldnt have a chance of having cheap colored paints for almost literally the same price. Everyone understood my concern and put an effort in trying to make me happy with my wheels. I appreciate everybodys help and concern. Thank you guys for trying to do your best. If you simply Express your concerns and its legitimate they will help you out. Not to mention the payment plans that are available are so nice

Wish I could give zero stars. I go in with cash in hand to buy rims and tires and I get told no because the air compressor is broken. This is after I wasted a hr and hearing the guys behind the counter talk about just putting on rims and tires for the lady in front of me. Biggest wast of my time.

Needed tires very badly, but I was low on cash. I stumbled across a marketplace post on Facebook for RNR tire. I called and spoke to Derrick and he said to come in and he could help me. I went in filled out papers and received 4 brand new tires with a front end alignment that same day. Also came with a Roadside assistance package with many extras. All I had to pay was $20 that day and $27 every Friday. Awesome deal if your short on cash. Staff was very welcoming and friendly. Would definitely recommend and give more stars if I could 😁

They couldnt get me approved because I bought a house in Burlington. And my address hadnt changed in some system they search on. Regardless of my job and references and my title to my house showing where I lived. So it was a waist of time. I rather buy straight out anyway but I wanted the 24hr roadside assistance.

Got new tires last week, I came in pretty late in the day and they were still able to install new tires for me, which I really appreciated. The staff was friendly and helpful. They explained all of the paperwork before I signed. My tire pressure light didnt go off so I brought it back in a few days later. They checked it out for me, told me, what it was, and that I would have to go to the dealer to get it reset. Even though they couldnt fix the issue I was very happy that they took the time to check it for me!

These said they would file charges on me just after a couple weeks of not paying them.I would like to know what the charge would be!?!?!? how can they file charges when I didnt steal from them???? Does it say in the contract that they can charge me with a crime if I dont return the tires to them???
