I have used this service several times because I am disabled and it saves me having to walk to and from the parking garage when flying. My car hasn’t been mistreated and the personnel at drop off and pick up have been helpful and pleasant. I can recommend them to others.

I’ve worked out of the Greensboro airport for over 2 years and have had the pleasure of watching all of these employees beat the hell out of these EXPENSIVE automobiles. I’ve been almost T-Boned several times pulling out of the Uber lot due to the attendant not stopping at the stop sign, seen them burn tires and quite literally “Floor” the gas in every car that’s over 35k for about 900 feet until they get to the next stop sign (that they also run but have to dramatically slow down due to it being a turn) I think the only person who don’t beat on the cars is the person who drives the silver crown Victoria fetch car... but they seem to be considerably older then the rest of the staff. This company is literally a law suite waiting to happen. Would not recommend it at all and wouldn’t let them drive my car not even if they paid me!

Used them for about a year. Theyve always been pretty nice, but they drive the cars VERY aggressively. I have an adapter on my Toyota Camry that records miles per gallon on trips, and I average 30mpgs. The last time I had them valet my car, it recorded 13MILES PER GALLON when they drove it from the lot up to the spaces when I returned... They had to have been slamming the throttle completely down to get that bad mpgs. I dont trust them to drive my vehicles anymore and no longer park with them. Occasionally my car wasnt parked in front when I arrived either, which is the whole value of valet to begin with. I wouldnt recommend you letting this group drive your vehicle.

I personally haven’t used this service but I see how the employees drive the cars that they park and I’m glad they don’t drive my car. They don’t stop for stop signs they speed.

Cars seem to never be pulled up when they should be... If i have to wait for my car when I arrive.. I might as well walk to the parking lot and get the car myself and save the $.
