So yesterday I used the service because my car battery died and the cab driver they sent was very nice and very helpful! He helped me jump my car and I was on my way. Now today I call for a cab for work at 1:03. At 1:33 I call back and dispatch picks up the phone and hangs up so I call back again only to be told there wasn’t any cabs available but initially he told me it would be a few minutes. I have to be to work at 2:00pm I call for a cab an hour early. The only reason I gave it 2 stars is because it’s not the cab drivers that cause the issues. It’s been dispatch for yeeeeaaaaarrrrrrrsss! I don’t get it, if you don’t like your job find another one!!!! The owner of this cab company should be a shame of how they just throw anybody in for dispatch. DISPATCH IS LIKE 50% of what keep the company going and the drivers are the other 50%. I have been riding in cabs here for decades and I have to say it has gotten bad. I’d rather take my chances with Lyft or Uber or just walk

The cab driver was not in the cab when I came out walmart he didnt return for 45 minutes I call a relative to pick me up . He require payment up front initially and I respected that so expected him to be hos cab but he when inside shopping for hiim self and the second sift dispatcher was very drspectful when I call for assistance. Horrible !!! Did not come. Called 4 times and kept saying they were on the way. Then 5th call they said had car trouble but didnt call us back to let us know. Wasted our time waiting

Taxi cab services are what I use most of the time, but tonight older son did not have ride home after work. I called a few minutes before his shift ended and they still lagged. I called back several times and finally the dispatcher said she could not find one. Why lie! If none is available just say that. And then when I tried to get another, they hung up the phone in my mothers face. Really unprofessional and rude. I am so sick of poor service.

Charged 15 dollars for a 3 minute drive, took 30 minutes to pick me up.

Terrible customer service. Person who answered was extremely rude, and impatient over the phone. Worst cab service I have ever dealt with. Was told to call another service before being hung up on and told they don’t pick up in Clemmons even though it says they service Forsyth county. Disgusted.

We called and the lady that answered was extremely rude. She said we couldn’t ask for a car at a certain time, we needed to call when we were ready. So we asked how long will it take to get to us so we know when to call and she rudely replied “I DON’T KNOW.” And hung up on us. She’s going to lose this place business is a world of Uber and Lyft. You’d think customer service would be top priority. Will NEVER use this place.

Caught a blow out on my rear tire so had to get to work somehow... Driver was pleasant and gave me some good info as well... I forgot how much a yellow cab cost though... Other than that was a good experience

Called 2 schedule a pick up & after giving my location found I was talking to dead air....NO CONFIRMATION was given that they even heard what I was saying... NOTHING! @ that point, Cab #32 drives by. I called back & mentioned 2 the dispatcher either I was accidentally disconnected or hung up on... the dispatcher claimed Cab #32 was on his way. I explained to the dispatcher out of courtesy I did not want to steal someone elses cab as car 32 came before I even called back & b/c I was disconnected b4 the call was finished it was IMPOSSIBLE 4 it 2 b my cab & probably was not my cab. The dispatcher stuck 2 her story & claimed Cab #32 was my cab adding I gotcha! (So ghetto) So when I saw cab #32 circle around I stepped off sidewalk, crossed in front of the cab (which was in a line), waved my hand & said hey!. Not only did cab #32 c me, he intentionally swooped out of my way 2 intentionally leave the parking lot! I called back, demanded that another taxi be sent explaining what transpired. The dispatcher then could b heard in the background SARCASTICALLY asking Cab #32 can u come back 2 this stop. This passenger is trying 2 claim that you intentionally left her! I was then put on a 18 MINUTE SILENT HOLD with no response or check-ins! All the while I called other cab companies which were booked! Then Cab #71 comes around. I go up 2 him & ask if he was taking the place of Cab #32 & the driver was clueless & asked about my ordeal! I let him know what transpired & he said he was sent to this shopping center without any details! I REFUSED 2 RIDE WITH INCOMPETENT DRIVERS & DO BUSINESS WITH UNITED YELLOW EVER!!!

Bad service have to keep calling to get a cab to right address

I called this service one night my car broke down in the middle of nowhere. I was told that he couldnt send a cab because I didnt have an address. I walked to a unknown resident that told me I could use their address & when I called back, I was yelled & cursed at and was told to call another service before being hung up on. I called back but I kept being hung up on. Ending result. I spent the night in my car.

Called twice and was hung up on both times. The first time I called I asked if they had any cabs available in the East Market area and the lady hung up.So I called back and said yes ma’am I just called and you hung up on me. She hung up again, won’t be calling again. Your better off using Uber or Lyft.

Wish zero stars was a choice. The ones who park in the compare foods parking lot have almost hit me head on turning in the exit (which has a concrete median dividing the in and out lanes) twice this week alone. The picture is from last week vehicle #5.

They come quick but the driver always smokes cigarettes while in the cab I have to ride with the windows down the entire ride. He will put it out but it’s the point I gta get out smelling like a bucket of smoke. It has happened 3x now.

The driver James of cab 72 this morning was nice and more than willing to get me to the depot on time, but the guy that answered the phone this morning had the worst attitude (you could hear it in his tone) and he didnt understand what I was saying (if that was a mistake on my part I understand, but I tried to speak clearly twice.) I used to take yellow cab before if I was late to work a few years back, that driver was great and had a great personality and really friendly. My rating was mainly because james more than made up for it.

Really wanted to give 0 there customer service is non existent on numerous occasions i have called and either they have no drivers working or they cant give you an ETA when you ask how long it will be normally they hang up on you if anyone even answers your call TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

70$ quote to go to dinner and return? I have done taxi work for over 10 years and never charged a customer more than 2$ a mile for a ride and never more than 20$ extra to go out of area.Plus i specifically asked if they covered Reidsville. If you cover this area then you should NOT tell me it will cost me 70$.

The driver arrived a few minutes early and was very nice, but asked me for directions to my destination. He also didnt take cards and I had to be dropped off at an ATM. Made for a very stressful morning.

She didnt let me finish what I was going to ask and she just concluded she was going to send taxi to my house. Very rude and saucy. Glad I never used this cab services and will never make use of it. Called and asked if they took cards. They said some cabs do. Specifically asked for a cab that took cards. Got home and went to pay with a card. Driver said he didnt take cards. So I had to be driven to an atm. Never using this service again

Dispatcher is SLOW! Kept trying to tell me where I was located at instead of listening to me. It took 3calls and one hour eighteen minutes later for him to get a driver to me because of his non listening skills. Company should check to make sure he has a high school diploma and doesnt have special needs because well hes just dumb

Absolutely terrible. The guy cant even find the airport which is literally 10 minutes down the road. After he missed his first turn i had to google maps it and give him my phone. And then he still missed the next turn. Its literally 3 rights and your there! And when we finnally get there he looks at me says i hope you have cash even though i called yesterday and told them i was paying with card. So i had to run around the airport at 3 in the morning trying to find an atm. After i finnally found it and got cash. When i got back he acted surprised when i asked for my 15 bucks in change back! And then gave me change all in ones, then took another several minutes to hand write me a recipt....

Cab 69 just passed us on the right in the middle of the intersection because I and the car in front of me wouldnt run a red light for him. Called the dispatch and she told us to call the police. If you see these cars in traffic with you WATCH OUT!

Lets drivers honk for 15 mins in gated communities. EXTREMELY rude dispatch women. Going to contacting out apartment complex to see about not letting cabs in since theyre so rude and inconsiderate.

Very poor quality of service. Almost got late to the airport, because the taxi came 30 minutes late. The Lady driver was extremely rude, rolled all front windows down, and make our ride absolutely uncomfortable. Never ever will call this company again.

Get Uber or Lyft instead you’ll pay much less and it’s much more convenient, you can see exactly when the driver arrives and it’s a more professional service and for the price it can’t get any better

They are the WORST! The lady that answers the phone has a bad attitude and sounds like she doesnt even want to help you get to your destination. Then they ask you for your address and apartment number so I assumed that they knock on the door when theyre here because Ive never used a taxi cab. So when I called and requested one at 7:30, and they said 7-8 minutes I expected them to knock but nothing so I figured they were running late so I sat outside in the heat waiting until I called back and they said someone was there and left because I wasnt outside. OUTRAGEOUS! And now I am late for work. Makes no sense. I will NEVER use them again because of their poor customer service and lack of information. The lady on the phone should be FIRED!

The driver was at the wrong address even though she kept telling the dispatcher I wasnt there...when she finally came around to the actual address the dispatcher cursed and yelled at me and then hung up...wouldnt answer after that...all that rudness and vulgarity for a 3 mile taxi ride...beware riders!
