Perfect experience. Very friendly. Got my two-story house cleaned, gutters scrubbed and patio pressure washed. Price was reasonable, and it looks like new. They got me scheduled within days of my calling and came back later that evening, working around my work schedule, to make sure everything was satisfactory before taking payment. Nearly three months ago, I had Express Jet Pressure Washing power wash our roof, brick siding, sidewalks/driveway, and wooden deck (for $1300). Overall, they did a good job, but we noticed that the algae/mold on the north side facing roof was still in bad shape (no better than before they put chemicals on it). When I brought this to Tims attention, he said they would get right out to spray it again with a more aggressive chemical (he called it roof snot). Well, itss been nearly three months later, and Ive made DOZENS of calls to them, and left many messages, and spoken with Tim probably 3 or 4 times. Every time, they say, well be right out or well be out this next Monday at 7am or we apologize and well provide you with a credit on your invoice. None of that has occurred, and I doubt they will ever come out to finish the job for which I pay so much money for. Whats even more disappointing is that the president of our neighborhood HOA (52 homes) was considering having the majority of our homes roofs sprayed, and was looking for a recommendation. I wanted to say Express Jet, but given how they have treated me on my house, I didnt want my neighbors to experience the same level of neglect and poor service.
