Mr. Berry was a life saver for me and my home! He was an angel sent from above! I called the company and they didnt have any appointments until days later after I realized I had a flea issue (not to mention, I dont have pets). However, one of the assistants, Ms. Kathy, who also showed compassion to the issue, called Mr. Berry and he had just gotten home from his shift for the day. Mr. Berry drove from his home in another county, came and took care of my issue! He also performed a follow-up appointment and was extremely prompt, helpful with any questions, explained the process and was professional to the max! I could not ask for better service from this company! He has put me at ease and now I can get back to normal self, pest free!

I have used pest management twice now. Once for a general outdoor treatment and just a week ago for a yellow jacket problem. I have 2 young boys so I was eager to have the issue resolved. Rocky Billings was the technician that treated my yard for the yellow jackets. Mr. Billings quickly found the problem area and treated it I have not had one bee sting since. I will continue using Pest Management for all my pest prevention and control needs. I highly recommend Pest Management to anyone that is looking for a honest all around great pest control/prevention company. Mr. Billings and the office staff at Pest Management showed excellent customer service. The office staff also seemed well educated in pest control and pest prevention. Called Pest Management Systems of Greensboro this morning at 08:53AM the representative was very professional and scheduled a technician to come to our home at 12 noon on the same day. Wow! Andrew the technician arrived right on schedule, was very professional and knowledgeable. He conducted a thorough inspection of our home and was able to put our concerns to rest. He answered every question we had. My wife and I were very impressed with the service provided. Did I mention this was a FREE inspection. Highly recommend you give them a call if you have any need for their services.

The technician inspected the crawl space dehumidifier. I accompanied him to learn how to change the filter. The technician, Jason, was outstanding in every way. We have used PMS for years for termite control and we recently used them for the destruction of a large paper wasp nest in a bush next to our home. For the wasp nest PMS was considerably cheaper than other services that we contacted. Weve never been disappointed by PMS!

We had a major water problem under our house. PMI came in with an extremely professional team of guys that went to work. They cleaned out the old problems and fixed all areas to prevent future water from seeping in. I believe the process is called encapsulation. The team was very prompt, they explained the work as they went along and answered any questions we had. I would highly recommend this very reliable, professional and caring company.

Randall and his team from PMI were professional, communicative, prompt, thorough, and did a great job encapsulating our crawl space. He found and tagged two small water leaks for us, and made temporary accommodations while we get a plumber out to address them. The work was done while one of our dogs was recovering from surgery, and he was great about following our requests not to knock or ring the doorbell and possibly excite her to re-injure herself. All of this occurred during the age of Covid and he and his crew wore masks at every interaction. We are very pleased with the work he and his team did.

Called PMI to treat home for termites over 3 years ago. Not only did they take care of the problem, they return quarterly to check bait traps and report any activity before it can become an issue again! Great investment!

All of the PMI technicians are professional, friendly, and responsive. I like the fact that once a Tech is assigned, he is always the same for each treatment. This way he’s able to attack any ongoing issues with experience. In fact, with my quarterly treatments, all pests are under control. I also have a closed crawl space with PMI and the install and ongoing maintenance service has been excellent.

PMI came out to seal my crawlspace after I had seen their work on a customer of mines home. I was impressed initially, which is why I had them prepare a quote for my own home. Tim helped me out and was straight-forward and knowledgeable. The guys did a good job during installation, and then Tim came back to do an inspection of their work after they were done to make sure things were right. I actually crawled down there myself to inspect and I was very happy with the work done. I recommended PMI to a friend shortly after, and they too used PMI to get their crawlspace sealed. I highly recommend PMI to anyone when the issue of crawlspace sealing comes up.

I called Pest Management Systems, Inc. requesting information about pest services concerning a particular insect I was seeing in my rental property. The receptionist was very knowledgeable concerning the insect with regards to how they breed and their season for egg hatching. She also advised me of alternative approaches to handle the situation. I really appreciate the fact that Pest Management Systems, Inc. did not attempt to sell a service that probably would not have provided the results I wished (like other popular pest control companies in my area attempted to do). I will definitely consider Pest Management Systems, Inc. in the near future.

Very unhelpful company especially towards veterans. all they care about collecting their money. they could help a veteran with a simple help and all they could focus on was collecting their service fee first and did not even want to bother what was requested. A U.S senior veteran needed this company`s termite inspection services to finalize his home transaction ( this company did an inspection 4 months ago for this veteran, but we needed another one done because his loan took forever to fix the issues and get it to the final table so the termite report got expired) the first time veteran did pay this company`s services cost and so we called and see if they would allow to put the fee into the loan proceedings since the veteran does not have enough funds to cover the second inspection fee due to his fixed income, and we spoke with 3 different reps they have and they rudely denied us and kept saying they require payment upfront to to do anything. just unbelievable the ethics this company has against a senior veteran that has served this amazing country. they would not allow a simple fee to be put in the loan so they would get paid a week later for sure from title company but they said it is the COMPANY POLICY that they require payment upfront. We told them the veteran already paid them 4 months ago, can you guys help a veteran out and they rudely denied, this is where it does bother me personally. Unbelievable money hungry people...Update : reply to the company response down below. You guys are complete liars. Nobody reached out to the veteran to fix the situation. Veteran had to borrow money in order to pay for your companys services so he can close his VA loan. You call that help?Veteran said he had no choice but to contact you guys back so he can get his updated report.
