It was very quiet and quaint. Im not for sure if it was because a weekday or it looked like it was closed but not that many people were there we did go on a weekday it was a Friday afternoon some stuff could have been fixed some things were broken Im not saying lots but some things were broken The game machines little expensive for my taste they could have been like Chuck e cheese where you buy certain amount get it for a couple hours or something. Overall had a pretty good time

The kids had a great time!

Though we had a short visit and nothing was open due to covid of course. My children had a good time, and I’m sure would of had an even better time if everything was up and going. It wasn’t to bad price wise either would return.

Lilly was amazing! We had planned a trip to Safari Nation for my 3 year old today and got there to find out it was closed. Lilly didn’t want to turn us away and disappoint my two girls so she let us play for a little while! Very sweet lady and awesome experience! My girls thought it was awesome and appreciated her so much!!!

Plenty for kids to do to keep them occupied for hours & to make new friends.The staff were friendly and were repetitiously sanitizing the seats and play areas.Theres an amazing Italian/pizza joint attached to this building where the menu is vast and the prices are great, on top of the portions provided! Theres also a Greek restaurant and a coffee shop (I believe also sold ice cream/desserts) attached. I highly recommend this strip of suites for an all day schedule!

Very clean and large space for kids to play. Staff was very nice. I observed at least one staff person disinfect the climbing structure the entire time we were there. Thats a big plus. So glad we stopped by!

I can’t say enough nice things about the folks at Safari Nation (Market St)! We dropped in today (Saturday, June 5) with 21 church kids and they were so accommodating! Never having been before, we had tons of questions and “can we…” and so on, and each staff member was so gracious and helpful! Our kids had an amazing time and we will definitely be back again! (Maybe with a little warning 🤣)

My kids love going to safari nation. The staff is friendly and always willing to help with any questions or problems with the arcade area.

This place is wonderful! There is so much for kids to do and the prices are fair (plus they have monthly passes and discounts!) I was amazed by the low prices of food and drinks at the Coconut Cabana, I was expecting inflated prices as with most places, but they were so much lower! The best part about this place is that parents can join their child in the jungle gym! I also appreciate that the entry price is lower for children under 2. My son is under 2 and the other local indoor playgrounds I looked up were charging a flat price for all children. My son had such a blast, I wish there had been a place like this when I was a kid!

Awesome place for kids to just let loose and have fun. My boys really enjoy this place ages 3 & 6. They have had a few birthday parties here and we go for free play as well.

We loved this place!!! Kids talk about returning often. We made a pit stop here while traveling to allow the kids to play for a little bit. We had a blast. Wish there was one in VA. Kids are able to climb, zip line, bumper cars were so much fun even I enjoyed them. I had such a great time with my kids we laughed so hard together and made lasting memories.

I took my grandsons from Wilmington to Greensboro because I was impressed with the idea of an indoor zipline and bumper boats for my 7 and 11 year olds. We went on Thursday and got a room in order to be there when they opened at Noon. Initially, it wasnt an issue that neither of the activities were running because there were other things to do. At 2:30, the bumper boats opened but we left without experiencing the zipline. We had fun but we would have had more fun at our local Jungle Rapids.

Highly recommend! Clean, home like atmosphere, big bonus- you can bring in your own food. Our son Loved it!! You will too, no doubt!

My daughter had tons of fun, however your staff needs to do a better job monitoring the bounce house. There is no reason why it shouldn’t be monitored, having too many children in the bounce house poses a safety hazard. I had to grab my daughter out of the bounce house because there were way too many kids in there.

Lots of fun for the kids on a rainy day. We spent 3 hours here and kids begged to stay longer. Even a great area for babies. My 10 month old had a great time.

My child absolutely loved playing on the equipment. It’s hard to find indoor playgrounds that are fair in price like Safari Nation. There is so much for him to climb, bounce, explore, and tumble around on. The location is easy to find and close to shopping and food. I enjoyed seeing a smile on my child’s face.

Went here on Saturday AM, 2/6/21. The ladies working were phenomenal! They were everywhere at once and did a great job managing all the customers and COVID protocols. And they did so with a smile and were beyond friendly. My husband and I felt safe here. And the kids had a GREAT time! Definitely recommend as a family outing for the kids to run around and have some fun.

Had a horrible experience!! Was visiting out of town with my aunt, she wanted to take her great nieces and nephew to play. She is on oxygen and has always been unable to wear a mask, which CDC guidelines specifically say disabled people with medical issues should not wear one. The manager threw a fit and all but told us she did not care that my aunt had a medical issue, she sought us out shoved our money in my aunts hand and told us to leave we were making a scene or she would call the cops on us.I have never felt so uncomfortable and discriminated somewhere ever in my life.Definitely would NEVER recommend this location.

I had my daughters 8th birthday party planned at my house and our power went out. We last minute called Safari Nation and they were able to accommodate us for the party 🙌 when I got there, Samantha was absolutely amazing! She helped us get prepared and made it so easy to get everyone in, riding bumper cars, etc. what I thought was going to be a party that fell apart was made possible and very successful thanks to her!

This is a FANTASTIC place to bring kids to play. Kids are free to be kids. Adults can actually get a break and not feel guilty about it. The place is very clean and well managed. I was impressed with all of the added measures to keep it a sanitized environment for the guests. All the employees are nice and polite to all the guests.The have an area designated to children under 4 years old so that they have a safe place to play. They even have bumper cars and they are so much fun! There is nonstop fun for all the children. This place is a great bargain for the price. Kids can come have fun, burn off some energy, and leave happy. I highly recommend this place to all parents of children of all ages.

My son and daughter both celebrated their 4th and 1st birthday at Safari Nation and they have been raving to go back ever since!! They all had a blast I would definitely recommend this venue for any type of celebration!

My boys always had fun here. They had a zip line, arcade games, and bumper cars in addition to inflatable bouncy houses the last time we went. Kids also love to shoot air guns at the top of the bouncy houses. They allowed us to bring in Elizabeths pizza, which is in the same shopping center. Good time, a bit pricey.

I dont think I will be back here with my son again. The manager and employees embarrassed me in front of my son and other people cause sometimes pull my mask down to breathe. First thing, she yelled at me in front of my son and others; I just keep a smile and explain, then said sorry. But its not done yet; they were calling the cop, and I didnt know why they call until the officer let me know. I own the business, too. I know about the rules and customer service. If I do something wrong, you can politely remind me. I go to DEFY or other places; they always remind customer to pull the mask up by politely, not yell or call the cop. Sometimes I have to remind my customers many times to pull the mask up.The place is fun, but training your employees for customers service, please

Fantastic time, my daughter (1.5 years) was able to play on everything and the staff was kind and accommodating. I will definitely bring my daughter back, she loved the toddler room but she wanted to go down the big slide over and over.

Hugely over priced but worth the money! My daughter had a blast! $15 for a 2 year old is a little steep but Id happily spend it again to see the smile on her face. She played and got her moneys worth at least! We had a ball with her 3 cousin! Paying for one child isnt bad but when you have 4 it gets expensive! Check your budget and if you can afford it take the kids, they are sure to have a blast!

Speaker system is awful. Cant hear the announcements when your party is called. Things were hardly explained to us on what to do and where to go this being our first time going there. We waited an hour beyond our reservation time. They initially forgot to give us our pizza that was included in the package we already paid for. The kids enjoyed themselves but it needs to be more organized.

My kiddos had a great time! I had just as much fun and the best part is that they dont charge for adults!

Kids love it. They are ages 4 and 3 so they can do pretty much everything I noticed, except the zip line (5-12). Cost is decent, especially when they have deals like this whole month of December (check in via FB or download app to check in and get each kid in for $9.98. Plenty of entertaining things to do. Snack Cabana, arcade games, and bumper cars (need an adult/age restrictions) also. Will be going back probably during Christmas break. I want to check out the High Point location as well (newest one). Thanks for being very kid friendly!

This place is just perfect for kids of all ages, but especially for our toddler. They really wear off alot of energy here which is great! It can get a little hectic on the weekends with older kids who might be there. But if you have a toddler the best times to go is during the daytime during the weekdays.

My daughter and I were invited here for my nieces second birthday party and we had a blast! I thought at first it was just for smaller kids but my 7 year old had the time of her life there. Even I was able to climb everything and play. Great for kids ages 1-10 and even there parents. The only thing that I didn’t like was how much my sister in-law paid for the party room, and got such a small room. But other than that excellent place to take your children and have fun!

This is a great place to bring your little ones and have a great time. They have one bouncing attraction, a big maze kind of type playground, a small section for babies and much more. They also sell food but I haven’t buy anything yet, the menu looks a little pricy. lways pay attention to your little ones is a big maze and accidents happend. Overall is a nice place, if you planning on going often buy the t-shirt special it will be worth it.

Some of the staff isn’t ve friendly. Went to buy something at the snack bar and the attendant seem like they hated their job.

My 3 yr old son loves this place! Everytime we go we play for at least 2 1/2 hours. If you want to wear your child out and watch them have lots of fun, Safari Nation is the place to take them!

First time visiting this place on 4/17/21 with my kids and I must say they enjoyed themselves. It wasn’t too packed and loved how there is plenty seating so you can sit while your kids play. Will visit again!!

Terrible experience! Do not recommend to my worst enemy. I had my daughters 2nd birthday party at the West Market, Greensboro NC location and everything was horrendous. The bathroom had roaches, toilet tissue all over the seats, the party room was dirty, the staff was very unprofessional and not welcoming, our child 1 and 2 year olds forced to go up and downstairs to go play on the playground area. The people at the front desk were unorganized, one of the representatives said this is so and so and she is your party host the woman responded that is not my party, you need to find her party host! I let the manager on duty know everything, she was extremely apologetic however, an apology didnt fix the fact that I paid $225 for a dirty space with unwelcoming people. walked into my Treehouse room to excessive heat with a fan and pizza and cheese all over the ground as the party host swept. I asked my party host not to help any longer because she gave us no instructions as first time visitors and no guidance with our toddlers nevertheless our space was filthy. With the package I also received a free pass in which I will not be using and have trashed because they do not even follow the COVID-19 precautions with their employees. The employees were wearing their masks on their chins as they continued to make announcements about the importance of wearing a mask or youd be asked to leave, quite a contradiction. This is alarming because the children that are their general population that they serve arent even of age to get vaccinated. I am extremely disappointed, I didnt intend to leave a review because I believe that everyone has their own experiences and Id rather figure it out with management. However, after being very graceful and begging for at least half of my $225 back, being offered $25 back, and after 3 follow up calls to the GM and her manager, I think that parents should be aware of what they are getting theirselves into booking a party here for their children. The icing on the cake for me was that right outside of this facility people were smoking marijuana and I care nothing about peoples habits but I do care when it affects people around them, our children had to inhale second hand smoke leaving the facility. This is not a healthy environment to have your children. I do not recommend and will never use this business again even if it is offered to be free. I did get half of my money back however, it was never that I couldnt afford the place it was just not worth it by no means.

I was just humiliated and was blindly called out for being disabled. I have never been so embarrassed in my life. They had stuff closed due to not wanting g to clean items. Treated everyone badly. Was told they was going by cdc guidelines but clearly not. I called greensboro police to make a complaint and thinking about putting lawsuit on these folks. Drove qn hour to get thrown out while after purchasing socks for 299 and tried to make me pay for a 1 year old and did not let me use my 25% discount. I do not recommend this place to anyone. Not even dogs. The staff was horrible and most folks was old grandma like me and was disappointed how everyone was getting 3 warnings anx then made to leave. I have paid and sarcoidosis granulamotos and was not allowed to stay near bathroom or in car while my great niece and nephew could play. They are lazy disrespectful folks. I even tried to show them cdc guidelines which I will attach. This white great aunt was done wrong.

You would think with three employees an covid there would be some cleaning getting done. We were there at opening hour an there was trash everywhere. Split drinks an empty cups up on the second floor. Trash on the third floor. If there is no walk thrus being done clearly no cleaning is being done. We will stick with the winston salem one.

My children under the age of 4 love this place. They have a room for young kids to play in without fear of getting trampled by bigger kids. In addition, they have age appropriate activities that spark the imagination in young kids. Also, the place is very clean, even before Covid. Every time I go there I see the staff wiping off equipment, and sanitizing various common areas.

Cant eat certain parts of the establishment and no indication of signs saying you cant eat there. Also they advertise food but all they have is snacks. Spent $20 on 4 slushies and 4 bags of chips. Not enthused

This is an ideal location for a young childs birthday party. The inflatables and interactive play areas are adequately suited for all children under 12. The upstairs party room is one of my favorite in this region. The play area with the soft balls is always the draw. It is not only fun, but collaboration automatically happens between children attempting to dump them or fire from the soft cannons. I would like to see additional warnings and/or staff staging at the end of the zip line.

My children and I love this place. For me one of the most important things is that the games and play areas are clean. It definitely is that because I constantly see people walking around with spray bottles wiping down the games. My children like to play in the padded room. No one over the age if 4 is allowed in that room, so they can run around freely without fear of getting ran over. I am glad to have found this place. Its perfect for young children.

This place is pretty cool especially for kids 3-8. They have a toddler section as well which my 18mon old loves. I appreciate the variety of activities under one roof and the snack bar is affordable!

Great atmosphere, very clean. We had my nieces birthday party here. I really loved the fact they supplied the plastic ware and bottled waters. I did not like that they did not tell my guests where too go. Fifteen minutes out of our 1hr playtime was missing because of this. It was also hard finding the party room which was tucked back in the corner upstairs. This place could definitely use a hostess but it seems to be run by kids so with that in mind, I understand. However, I do recommend this place, I am a stickler for cleanliness and this was pretty good.

We took our grandkids before the shutdown and all I can say they keep asking when can they go back as it was hours of fun for them
