FANTASTIC experience! Walked right in and was very pleased with the professionalism and courtesy I expect. Its been three days now since Ive received my orthotic inserts. At 1,000 I wore these inserts for a year without relief. I ended up getting soft orthotics made at a prosthetic office and these took care of my planter fasciitis at only 300 because insurance paid on them. Customer service was ok with Good Feet it’s just over rated and misleading.

It’s a shame that people spend 1,000 or more on these. I was one looking for relief with these supports. I bought them and have been wearing them almost a year but the pain kept getting worse. I went to a podiatrist today who said people mostly waste there money on these. He put the orthotic up to my foot and showed me the gap that the orthodox wasn’t covering and recommended me to see someone who custom makes them to actually fit your foot and a fraction of the cost. Extremely disappointed with good feet. Would not recommend them to anyone. See a podiatrist first.

After the first day I would have to say I have had very positive results. My two reasons for going to The Good Feet Store were for knee pain and lower back pain. When I woke up this morning a did not have any of the usual lower back pain that I have been experiencing for months and maybe even years. The pain in my knee was also diminished drastically. I am still taking some pain medications, but my hope is to cut those meds out as soon as possible. I am experimenting with different shoes today to see if I can make it less uncomfortable. It isn’t the pain from the inserts, but rather the fit of the inserts, socks and shoes. Yesterday I used slip on shoes and most of the discomfort was in the heel. Today I use slippers for stage 1, sneakers for stage 2, and golf shoes next followed by sneakers. Looking forward to more progress in pain relief and getting back to the activities I enjoy in life. I can tell they are helping. Getting use to the inserts is difficult. My legs get very tired. When I’m wearing them I seem to be pitched forward. My knees and right hip bother me to most. I can wear the relaxers all the time without a problem except tiredness.

I came across the The Good Feet Store in passing. I thought maybe they could help me with my aches and pains, so I stopped to get some information. Not only was I given information, the level of service that I received was exquisite. I went in with questions and came out with a plan of action to correct my issue. And there was no pressure to purchase. I highly recommend anyone who has issues with their back,hips,knees or feet to come and see these guys. You won’t regret it.

I would not recommend The Good Feet store. After they fitted me and I paid a ton of money I walked out of there hurting more then when I went in! I followed the plan and my feet ached more and more. I followed their advice and that didnt work! They said they would refund my money but when I got there they only did a partial refund! They did not do me any good and I will not go back!

I made an appointment to determine if my knee pain might be offset with orthotics rather than surgery. Most satisfied with the attention to my lifestyle and work habits. So, I’ve been suffering for months with pain in my Achilles heel in both ankles plus a bone spur in on foot. My knees have started to ache as well as my back & hips. After very painful shots in my feet & ankles,& trying various pain medication and vitamins & supplements, I finally visited The Good Feet Store. With the arch support system I purchased, the pain is subsiding with every step! I cannot believe I suffered this long & all I had to do was go there. It’s worth every cent!

My experience with Good feet hasnt been a good. They tell you that if you realize that the inserts are not comfortable and you want to return them you can within 60 days. Alright Im not at all satisfied with the inserts, Ive called to inform them that Im bringing them back and getting my refund. Well, its has been so so hard to get my refund. They will insist on you to get a second fitting which the sales person failed to tell me. Now, theyre giving me the run around. Why, would I need another fitting when Im just NOT SATISFIED!!!!! I guess Im going to have to call NEWS 2 WANTS TO KNOW🤔

Sought relief from a medical misdiagnosis turned tibial osteotomy that resulted in leg misalignment. This overpronated my foot and custom orthotics only mirrored the problem I had. The inserts from the GFS keeps my arch from overpronating that resulted in pain. $1200.00 well spent!

The inserts are a bit expensive, but they are worth it. My knees feel better and I have less swelling in my kneecap. Nicest ladies ever! Highly recommended if you have foot, knee, hip, or back pain. I even have more energy.

I was so happy to find this store. I have been suffering with severe plantar fasciitis in my right foot. I immediately had relief while walking around at work. I am so very grateful and would recommend these insoles to anyone suffering with foot pain.

In 2008 I had a severe case of very painful Plantar Fasciitis. I trusted the Good Feet store’s claim that their inserts would help and support my high arches. After wearing the inserts, broken in as recommended, I had more severe pain and blisters on my feet. I took the inserts back since I could not wear them. No refund. Store credit only. Later, my Podiatrist said that this is a terrible product since it is made of hard unyielding plastic and essentially one size fits all. I moved away from the area but over the years I tried to negotiate a refund. To no avail. So, bought a pair of tennis shoes with some of the credit. Not good shoes. No arch support. And I still had Credit left. Recently I visited the area and used the remaining $159 credit on a pair of sandals they had to be ordered. Again, no arch support in the sandals. For a store that is supposed to provide foot support to sell any shoes without support is unbelievable. Also, if you want to use your credit they do not have any inventory of shoes to try on. You take pot luck ordering as I did with the latest shoes I ordered. I believe that these stores give no refund because they know their inserts are way overpriced and worthless to begin with. If you have foot problems stay away from them and visit a Podiatrist.

I had a wonderful experience at Good Feet. I got all 3 inserts plus a pair of Brooks tennis shoes. They arrived today.

Went to the store in Greensboro, NC for my mom. They didn’t have the shoe my mom needed. They said the store in Durham had the shoe and they said they would get it sent on December 27th and would be at the store by January 2nd. Called them before we went to the store since I never heard from them and they said the Durham store sold the shoes before they were able to send it. They said they tried to call me about it but I never received a call. When I talked with them they said they would call the Raleigh store to see if they had it. As soon as I hung up I called them to see if they had it and they did not. They said they called the Durham store and left a message and didn’t hear back from them. Also each store is different and shoes vary by location. I called the Charlotte store and they indicated this to me. Very frustrating experience.Update. Emailed this person below about the situation.1.11.2020 update: The manager called me today and said they are now not able to get the Propet Olivia shoes anymore. This just keeps getting more frustrating. My mom will be visiting again in a couple of weeks and was going to ask that the order them for her. Might as well just order them from the Propet website and it is cheaper.

I walk moe and further without pain...and they worked with me til I got the right arch support.

The staff is very helpful and willing to answer your questions. There is no pressure for a sale and they really want to help. The work with you to figure out where your problem is and what they can do to help. This is not a one size fits all place. they work to fit their product to what you need.

Please never shop here. They take advantage of people in pain, then make you sign something about only doing exchanges. The arch supports caused me excruciating pain after wearing them less than a day. I thought I could get a partial refund, but was out over $500. Of course I didn’t want to buy any more of their products. Terrible company, look them up the reviews on BBB and see all the complaints.

Do not buys these inserts. They will not return them after these really hurt your feet. Spend $100s of dollars for nothing. RIP OFF!!

Very expensive for what you get. They spend time with you and measure your feet and then supply a custom insole. As a previous reviewer stated it is a mass produced plastic insole that they charge $300 for. Non-returnable, and I was told it would take a couple of weeks to make a difference. I bought it, desperate for relief from plantar fasciitis. Never made one iota of difference. Save about $250 and get the blue superfeet insole. I felt relief with that insole almost immediately.
